So its still August and the heat actually just got loose after all the storms we had here in the area late July. Our unit was 16+ yr old, original to the house we bought used, and it finally said Im done yesterday. With a Mom who stays home with little ones, this was bad. The TRS team sent me a quote immediately, gave me a better unit than other quoted for a slightly better price, and got me taken care of next day. They also kept communicating throughout the whole process with text and email. Highly recommend this professional local business. Thanks yall.

Our ac suddenly stopped working one afternoon. Called our landlord and reported the issue. Husband tried working on the ac that evening, and did a few things to get it somewhat back up and running.The next day Juan and Nick from Texas Reliable Services came out to take a look. I really appreciated the fact that they did not walk in to my house and saw a working ac and assumed everything was fine. They were so incredibly professional. Very thorough in their work. They took the time to listen to me as I explained what had happened. I told them my husband basically put a bandaid over the issue and only temporarily fixed the ac. They went through, inspected the ac. They checked all of our vents to make sure they were circulating/ventilating properly. They found out what the issue was with the ac and fixed it right there.Highly recommend this company. Juan and Nick are top-notch at what they do! Thank you!

First off I just wanna say I would recommend them to everyone, they cared and came in and did the job. We needed a whole ac unit replacement due to old system that wasnt blowing cool air and flat out just not working, I told them the issue they came diagnosed it and fixed it with their team. Im so happy that Im only dealing with them for repairs because the work and services was outstanding thank you so much!!!!

We used Texas Reliable Services to convert attic space to a bedroom and a half bath to a full bath. Juan and team were awesome and we are really happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend Texas Reliable Services as they were professional, fairly priced and reliable.

They started out great on a new AC install. The short version is now I have over $20k worth of water damage because they didnt repair a drain line correctly. Ive been trying to call them and text but they will not answer my calls anymore. Over 6 weeks now with no communication or working AC downstairs. I had to call another company to come out and fix their AC issues and now have contractors repairing the sheetrock, paint, carpet, and hardwood flooring damage. Be ware.

Juan came out right away, and he even wore a mask! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. He was incredibly honest about what was wrong with our AC anddand spare any details. Our AC stopped working at home and we called the business late night around 1:00 AM. The business owner himself returned our called and gave us some steps to get it going. We were recommended Texas Reliable Services through our warranty company and couldnt be more pleased with the effort, attention, and service that they provided. Ruben is a great technician! He was extremely personable/professional, explained everything he was doing, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Our house is 15 years old with the original air conditioner. It took a few visits to get the problem 100% solved but each time we called they scheduled a visit for that day or the next (even on a Saturday and Sunday), came on time and were extremely patient with us. They were easy to work with and do solid work. We will be using them in the future for maintenance.

I wish I could give them a zero. The guy came out the same day I called which was nice but it all went down hill from there. The technician claimed the coil was dirty, and said that he scheduled me for an appointment. The appointment time came to find that I wasnt on the schedule at all. They then scheduled me later in the day to have the technicians show up late to the appointed time window. After they cleaned the coil, my system is still not working. I have been 7 days without A/C and this is ridiculous. They are super unorganized and are NOT reliable. Do NOT use this company.

I was assigned this vendor from my warranty company. Usually I have to call the vendor several times, to my surprise, they called me within five minutes of me getting off the phone with the warranty people. They asked me if I was available to have the technician come out within the hour. This was the fastest, most thorough and professional service call I have ever had for anything. Their technician was clean-cut, well-dressed and friendly. He was done and gone within about 30 minutes. This is the best case scenario for a service call from your warranty company.

Called them at 0800 on July 4th. Juan called within 30 minutes and was on site and had my a/c up and running in 15 minutes with a new flux capacitor. Now my wife and I can get back to our time!

TRS worked on my remodel and the actual work that was done was great. They come to the house when they say they will, they are professional and they are efficient. The most difficult part (which has been SO VERY difficult) is trying to coordinate for final inspections, which should be the easiest part. Ive been delayed for weeks waiting on them to schedule a single inspection. Its been very stressful trying to coordinate with them.

Home warranty company sent these guys to check why our AC was leaking. They wanted to charge us 350 to clean coils. We closed on our home in April and coils were cleaned at that time. So before agreeing to have services done we called our inspector that we used to come take a look. Turns out our coils were perfectly clean and the leak was due to dirty filters. Glad we didnt pay 350 dollars for work that didnt need to be done. Its sad to see companies trying to take advantage of people.

Reliable is the exact opposite of what this company is. Theyve come out 6 times over the past 2 months and STILL have not been able to fix our AC. Do not use them.

I submitted multiple requests for a quote to have somebody come out to resolve a clogged HVAC drain line. TRS was the first to respond with acceptable availability and prices. So we setup an appointment.While here, I also opted to have the 7-year old HVAC system services, inspected, and cleaned. During the process, the technician was very helpful in explaining what he was doing, and providing tips and suggestions along the way. It seems you get different guidelines for maintenance intervals depending on who you talk to. In either case, it was useful feedback.He found a capacitor nearing failure, and was able to quickly replace this for less than if I had waited for it to fail. With Texas summer approaching, thats never a good thing.The only issue was not being able to actually address the drain line issue. I ultimately called another HVAC specialist who also didnt immediately have the answer, but was able to quickly determine the issue (which there was no issue) and verify everything was working perfectly. I was simply given incorrect information from the original home builder.That really came down to experience. Which unfortunately cost me another expensive service visit fee. As such, that somewhat left a negative impression with me. Although to be fair, overall, it wasnt a bad service experience. Just not ideal.

Juan and his team were honest and great to work with. My Home Warranty Company made the process of fixing our AC extremely difficult but TRS took care of us with quick reliable service.

ARS wanted to charge me over 300$ more than Texas Reliable and they did more work than ARS was going to do. Customer service was outstanding and I recommend them very highly thanks yall for getting our AC working again.
