I have been using Faught for years to service my existing A/C and had been very pleased with their service. This spring it was time to replace the 24 year old unit. I ended up using Faught again for installing a new unit and could not be more pleased with the experience. I had never before purchased a new central A/C so I did a lot of research and had lots of questions. My sales rep Brandon Faught spent over an hour patiently listening to, and answering all my questions. Once I made the purchase decision, Brandon told me in detail what would happen next and when. Everything happened exactly as he said it would. I have a great new A/C system which is far quieter than the old one and I got it at a good price.

We had Faught Service Company replace our ancient HVAC system - after getting some quotes, their prices were very good. We also really liked Brandon, who’s clearly very knowledge; I’d read about things like duct leakage, air exchange, thermostat options etc and he helped us understand which factors matter in our house. The crew who did the actual installation were also excellent - polite, professional, careful to protect the floors as they moved heavy HVAC equipment, and they left the house immaculate.

Absolutely could not choose a better company than Faught. Professional and personable. Prices were the best of 3 companies I had bid the work. The person who came out to do the bid work was extremely knowledgeable. Didnt try to up-sell me like the others did. Presented options, but not in a scare tactic kind of way. The technicians who did the work were OUTSTANDING. Did all the little things....no shortcuts. You absolutely will be glad you chose them.

Our AC went out recently (on a Sunday naturally) called Faught Service Company (been a customer for years) and needed to replace our outdoor unit ‘05 & indoor unit ‘93. We had planned on being pro-active by replacing the entire system this coming February. Bottom line, they were absolutely awesome! Faught Services installed a new furnace and air handler at my home three months ago. So far so good! They were very responsive through out the bidding and installation processes; additionally, they explained the issues the saw in my old system and provided several different solutions, featuring different efficiencies and dollar amounts. I plan to use use Faught for my preventative maintenance as well because I trust that the will take care of my system and my home.

I do not normally give reviews, but since I received such exceptionary service, a review is necessary. After 25 years my AC stopped working. I checked around with neighbors/friends and Faught Service was recommended. I called and they immediately checked the system for me and identified the problem. I briefly considered repairing it, but decided to completely replace the HVAC due to the aged condition. I couldnt be more pleased with the professional service, the equipment, etc. The workers worked hard and made sure that the work was completed at a high level of competence. It seemed that extra effort and time given to make the whole process relatively painless. Ah....Austin heat and nice cold AC. Life is good! Thank you!!!

I replaced both HVAC units in my house. As they say, HVAC costs 3rd highest in the line (house, car, HVAC..). Costco Lennox rebate program does not work in Austin.I reviewed up to 8 contractors (Lennox, Carrier). While Carrier was cheaper, I ended up going with Faught Services. I chose to go with 4 ton and 2 ton X25 Lennox units. Faught Services folks installed well in 2 days and did a great job (finished install today). Attic space work is clean and looks good and the units are doing well.Many thanks to Brandon and crew for working diligently. Even though not the cheapest option, felt that I got the best value (top of the line systems and extensive work to replace plenums etc). I am impressed with their 3 year labor warranty coverage as well. Hope that these systems will last for long time. It seems like best time to replace HVAC during winter

Incredibly responsive and great customer service! Faught Service Company really know their stuff and did a great job helping us understand the different tradeoffs of all the options.At the time that the unit was installed, we didnt yet have internet service, but once we set it up, Brandon was kind enough to come back and help us configure our new thermostat.We really appreciated how flexible these guys were with our options and how quick they were to answer questions and get the new unit installed. I called Faught based on multiple recommendations from our neighborhood Facebook page. Their communication and service was stellar. My old AC needed to be completely replaced. They had a technician out same day to evaluate it, on a busy Friday and had the whole thing wrapped up Tuesday afternoon. Pricing was straightforward, and they filed the City of Austin rebate for me. I feel like communication and service is such a struggle for many construction type companies, and I was super impressed with Faught!

I called Faught Service Company when my A/C wasnt cooling properly and they were able to make it to my house within 2 hours. My A/C had reached the end of its life and a leak was discovered in the evaporator coil so I opted to replace the entire system. We had a replacement system installed about two months ago. Faught was replacing a system that they installed for us 25 years ago. The removal/install was great - quick, efficient, and very professional. I cant recommend them enough.

Our 23 year old Lennox was working fine, but we knew it was just a matter of time before it passed away, and we didnt want that time to be mid august, so we decided to get some replacement estimates. We contacted a number of service companies and most were pushing Carrier or Trane as replacements. Brandon Faught came to our house the next day for an estimate, he recommended Lennox, but I never felt pressured either way. Why change whats been working so well, for so long, we wanted a more energy efficient model. So we went with the Lennox Elite series, an upgrade from what we had, with the variable speed blower and the E30 icomfort wifi/Alexa friendly thermostat. We could not be happier. It is so quiet when running. Brandon was pleasure to work with, answering all of my questions, and there were a lot of them, even late at night. His install team were prompt, clean, efficient and a pleasure to work with as well. They protected the flooring, answered all of my questions, and vacuumed up when they were done. All completed within 6 hours after arriving. That included blowing in more insulation to bring it up to code. It was nice not having to find another company to add insulation. Brandon even gave me a tutorial on using the new E30 thermostat, when the install was complete. We will also be switching to Faught Services for our ongoing yearly service calls. Everyone I have met with this company has had a great attitude. Everyone always explains what theyre doing or how the system works. The answer questions and I never feel like theyre trying to work fast to make it to the next job. What I really liked was one tech told me he really enjoyed working with the other co-workers and everyone here seems to get along really well.

After 18 years of cooling, my downstairs unit gave up and crashed.It was the first 100˙ day in June 2020. I did my research and remembered Faught from 20 years ago so emailed for a quote. Brandon Faught called within hours and came over the next morning. He was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. My wife was not going without a/c too much longer, so within a day, Brandon had Robert and Daniel over with a big truck to take out the old unit, right on time, and the next morning had a new unit in within a few hours, cooling the house in 45mins. Amazing professionalism, craft and they go the extra mile when an extra step is needed. They dont cut corners and offer the best price for the cadillac of an a/c unit, the Lennox XC21-25. Mark was extremely competent and they treated us very fairly. And after a full day together we still had problems with our unit but Mark came out on a Sunday did troubleshooting and we believe correct the problem. They show up when they say they’re going to be there and stay on it until it’s done.

Terrible customer service. I called on 5/29/19 at 11:04 AM and tried to talk to the existing customer line. A woman answered and I have never talked to someone so rude. When I asked my question, she quickly mumbled something I could not understand. Before I could ask her to repeat it, and before I could say another thing, she quickly said goodbye and hung up.If you don’t want to be treated like dirt from someone who is supposed to be doing customer service, then stay far away from this company.

The service engineer is great but Im about to pay 300 bucks for a part that costs 20 bucks at Walmart.

Honestly, the best, most responsive, reasonably priced HVAC contractor Ive come in contact with, and I contacted a bunch of them. They were recommended GLOWINGLY by my brothers and parents, so I gave them a call.Showed up at my condo, diagnosed the problem on a Friday, explained it concisely and clearly, checked the system for any other issues, and then promptly came and fixed it Monday morning. All of the work was well done, and done quickly, and the price was great (especially for someone like me whos pinching pennies on a remodel). I never leave reviews, but in this case, they earned it. Would definitely use them again. Thanks!

Faught Service Companty rocks! Originally had my 14 year old Rheem unit replaced with Lennox XP17 in spring 2013. Since that time Ive had the annual service agreement in place that provides 2 tune-ups, and inspections per year.With Faught you talk to the owners, and the same office staff year over year. Mark G is our service guy and knows the house and system; good guy. Whether its Bonnie, Robin or anyone else like Brandon you talk to they are knowledgeable, friendly and they see the problem through your lens.Their pricing is competitive, and the service is unbeatable. Customers should shop around, but if you want the value of a relationship over saving a couple of bucks, Faught is your company. I will use them for service for many more years.Good luck!

He was able to re-prioritize his current projects to quickly install a high-end Lennox system -- sparing our family from a heat wave that killed our old HVAC. I have worked as an HVAC technician and know what high quality looks like. His team was stellar. The final install was a work of art, and our Lennox HVAC is incredible. Additionally, his team installed the necessary redundant safety systems to ensure that water would not leak from my ceiling ever again (at least from the HVAC).Faught was also the only HVAC company which addressed the issue of my prior system having different sized return and supply plenums compared to my furnace and evaporator coil size, His team rebuilt and properly sized the plenums to my new systems specifications.Lastly, we had another AC company rerun a new thermostat wire to the outside compressor unit which had been done improperly because they did not shield the wire on the outside of my house against the elements. Faughts team replaced all the wiring to the outside units to make sure it was weather-proofed and protected. Overall, my system looks professionally done and is a (surprisingly) pleasure to look at from the outside.To state again, I highly recommend Brandon Faught and his crew.

Our Lennox Signature Series heat-pumps were 22 years old and needed to be replaced. So, Brandon Faught suggested we go again with the Lennox Signature Series two-stage units [XP21] for greater efficiency and lower electric costs. We also received bids for comparable Carrier and Trane units from other HVAC companies. Surprisingly, we didn’t have to pay a premium for the Lennox units from Faught.Brandon Faught was a joy to work with and he delivered on all his promises. His crew was competent and friendly. And, they had to work in the very confined spaces of our attic during 100-105°F temps this past week in mid-August 2019. Our 4-ton and 2-ton units were installed in two days. We decided to keep our metal ductwork instead going with the flex duct; all agree it provides better airflow. It’s just too expensive to install for most homes today.We love the improved air flow (more CFM) and the humidity control provided by these upgraded systems. The Lennox iComfort S30 fully-programmable thermostats are outstanding. All the features we want and more on a slick looking device . . . looks like an iPad mini. We also use the iPhone app to control our units when away from the house.The temperature in our home is now much more consistent; no more wide swings in temp. In part, this is due to the two-stage units that run at either 100% or ~60%, depending upon the demand. Once our house was down to the right temp, it runs almost entirely at ~60% . . . and this when temps outside have been between 105°F during the day and 78°F at night.Well have to wait and see how these heat-pumps perform during our short winter.We highly recommend Faught Service Company.
