Reid was out today to diagnose our 1.5-ton upstairs A/C system that has failed to cool. He is very personable, professional, and efficient. Reid quickly evaluated the system and provided guidance as to whether a repair or replacement was most appropriate for this 18-year-old system. Iappreciate his honesty and his clear explanation of the issues. We will have further discussions with TemperaturePro regarding how to proceed with replacement. We had an air conditioning system installed on 5/10 by Temp Pro West Austin. It has been over two months and after phone calls and e mails, we still have NOT received our warranty paperwork nor our rebate $ from Pedernalees Elec. We are pleased with the system but horrified by this lousy customer service. They were so eager to sell, but then the customer is ignored. If this is an example of their service, we will think twice about having any annual maintenance. We are very pleased with the communication and professionalism after this experience.

Im long overdue in writing this review, but wanted to say how amazing Tim and the team at TemperaturePro Austin are. This is the second time Ive worked with them (we have 2 AC units) and both times it seems my older system has decided to konk out at the worst possible time.This time being the summer wedding of our daughter, that was rescheduled to happen at our home due to COVID. Though only both sets of parents and siblings in attendance, having the A/C break on this day made for a problematic situation for preparing for a wedding!Id reached out and asked if we could get on their schedule, assuming it would be the next week at some point that we could get this repaired. Kudos to TemperaturePro! I inherited a Nest thermostat with no instructions on how to use it with the house I bought. I was having problems changing the thermostat from heat to air conditioning and could not get the A/C to activate. I called Temperature-Pro around mid-afternoon and described my problem to the very cordial lady named Jennifer who answered the phone. Within a couple of hours, the owner of the company, Tim, called me back. He was very pleasant and first talked me through several steps over the phone in an attempt to identify and fix the problem. When he determined that the problem required more hands-on assistance, he drove to my house - after hours - to fix the thermostat. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Nest system and soon resolved the problem, which involved a wire that was not functioning properly. He also connected a common wire to make switching from heat to air conditioning and vice versa very simple in the future. Tim was cordial and professional and even gave me a mini tutorial on how the Nest thermostat works. He also gave me his personal cell phone number to call if I have any problems in the future. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from TemperaturePro and will not hesitate to call them again in the future if needed.

I used Temperature Pro to install a new AC unit 3 years ago. The unit went down last Saturday and I called Tim on Sunday morning. He came out around lunch on Sunday and had the unit back up and running!

My AC went out on me on Friday night. I made contact on Saturday morning and it was fixed within two hours of that first call. My wife and I have been fighting issues with our heat pump unit for a year now. We suffered through last winter and decided we couldnt do that again with a newborn in the house.On short notice, I called TemperaturePros at 5pm on a Friday evening. Tim tried to walk me through some Nest settings over the phone, but decided we needed to do it in person. He met me at my house 45 minutes later and proceeded to diagnose our problem. He was unable to permanently fix the problem that night, but he showed us how to force the Nest to use the heat strips in an emergency.Paul came out a few days later, diagnosed our issue as a dead control board and had the part ordered a few days later. David came and replaced it and weve had great heat ever since.My wife and I are grateful for all their help and will be a customer for life. You cant go wrong with TemperaturePros.

I purchased an old house and assumed when my HVAC quit working it was also old. Tim, the owner, came out and assured me my unit was not old and I did not need a new unit. The heat strip had shorted out the heat. Instead of spending mega bucks, they repaired my heat for $200. He could have sold me a complete unit and, because of his integrity, I will only call TemperaturePro from now on.

I received great and honest service from Chris at Temperature Pro. He was the second A/C repair company to check out my system and correctly diagnosed the problem (broken service value verses a very expensive condenser coil) without trying to up sell me on a completely new system. I would highly recommend them.

We have had TemperaturePro do several services for both of our AC units, from repairs to yearly maintenance. They always do an honest and professional job. They even alerted us to a leak in our water heater that we didnt even know about. Potentially could have been very bad.

Found them to be honest, timely, & professional. I thought there was a problem & it wasn’t. I had them replace furnace earlier (very affordable) & a month later I thought it should be checked as I thought I had a problem. They came out & checked out everything & made some adjustments that I could have done & had forgotten what he told me. He didn’t even charge me for trip charge, he said he was on his way home anyway. Beside the point, he could have & many would have charged at least a trip charge. They are in my go to list for help with any heating or air conditioner problems.

Our upstairs A/C quit blowing cold air on Wednesday night. After looking into it myself on Thursday morning, I gave up and decided I needed to call an expert. After looking at recommendations on the Circle C Community Facebook page, I called up TemperaturePro. I was very pleased that they were able to fit us in that afternoon. Chris E was the technician and was very knowledgeable, fixed the problem, and didnt try to upsell us on needing to replace our 13 year old A/C unit at this time.
