Our 16-year-old air conditioner was on the way out and we decided to replace it before it broke completely. Boy, great decision. The Indoor weather professional crew were professional and efficient in removing the old and installing the new air conditioner. They also hauled away the old one! The Bryant air conditioner they recommended is ridiculously efficient and significantly reduced the humidity level in our house. My energy bill went from $383/mo down to $201/mo; a 47% savings. AND THAT’S WITH THE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE INCREASING FROM 89° TO 98°! I would definitely recommend this company. They know what they’re doing!

I used this company two years ago when I purchased my home. Steve came out and went over the system with me. Steve suggested I put a float valve in place and took the time to explain why that was important. 20 months later I am so glad I listened to his advice. Even better when I called because the unit appeared to be turning off, Steve offered to come out after hours if needed. He showed up just after 9am the next day figured out what the problem was easy fix and my AC is running great. Maintenance is key! I know it’s hard to part with that $109.00 to have a check up but it is part of home maintenance. Thanks Kris, Chris and Steve for the great customer service and speedy response time.

AC started leaking in the middle of COVID19 lockdown. Was able to get an appointment for the following morning and repair was completed within a matter of hours. The repairman wore a mask, gloves, and maintained distance as much as possible through the entire process. Highly recommend!

Steve was fantastic. Once he heard that we had gone a day and a half without air conditioning, he came out early to fix our issue. He also took the time to teach me how to fix the same problem in case it happened again. He also showed me how to maintain the unit to prevent a repeat issue. Lastly, he took me outside to show me how to clean the outside of the unit which will help extend the life of the unit. Great service! Highly recommended!

Quick, efficient, friendly. Called them on Sunday, Steve came first thing Monday morning, fixed it to the best he could without the part, and then came back Tuesday to finish the job. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Indoor Weather Professionals. Our 18-year old R22 a/c wasn’t going to last forever. We asked for quotes to replace the system from several a/c contractors. The folks at Indoor Weather Professionals offered a fair price to install a new Bryant a/c and furnace. We selected them to do the job and we now have a variable speed system that is super quiet and super efficient. The installation crew and office staff were friendly, respectful and answered all questions thoroughly. We are more than happy with the work performed by Indoor Weather Professionals.

I just had this company install a zoning system in my house and they did a horrible job. The first night after the install we started hearing noise in the attic. Called them to come check it out, they said they needed to charge me a fee for after hours and I should just wait til the morning which I did. The next day the air wasnt flowing at all from the vents. Called them again said they would fix the issue when they come to fix the noise. Two days later the unit started leaking and now have damage in the ceiling and I have to probably get a new unit. I called them again last night and they once again said that they have to charge me the fee even though the lady on the phone said thats not right when I told her about it. I would NOT recommend choosing this company if youre planing to do any kind of installation. So yeah basically I just threw 2k in the trash, very frustrating :(.Edit: I had the owner(Kris) come and look at the AC unit this weekend. He was very nice and spent a couple hours trying to figure out whats going on with the unit. He also agreed to remove the after hours fee. I updated the score from 1 to 3 starts cause the owners seems to care about their customers.

Called them because we had a leak in the AC. The pipes needed to be drained. After giving me the quote for it the Tech drained one pipe and said he will charge extra to drain the other one and wanted to charge extra service call (so two times the service call when he was already there fixing it....what a joke) plus extra for draining the other pipe that was the part of same AC. Unbelievable! When I called the office to check why I am being charged twice the person I spoke to was the same. Beyond disappointed!!! It’s not the first time I was getting the pipes drained so I know how much it costs. It’s just first time using this company because my usual tech was not available. Will never use them again and won’t recommend to anyone.

The technician Steve is really good at identifying the problem and giving different options to fix the situation. The office is very easy to work with and knowledgeable about different financing options. Great company and will highly recommend to anyone who needs A/C service!

These guys are great. The AC company Ive worked with told me I needed to replace my entire unit only less than a year after doing expensive repairs. I always get a comparative quote, so I was referred to Steve and they told me they only needed to add a new part since I had just bought the other expensive part. They were able to save me over $3,000 and get the job done even faster. I would trust these guys any day and look forward to working with them in the future.

Bro, from the time I called IWP I knew I made the right call. I was met with a silky smooth, masculine voice on the phone that promptly sent a technician over to my house. The tech showed up dressed to the nines to offer his assistance. I told him my AC drain line was so clogged, it was like it hadnt eaten anything but cheese for week. He said, No Prob, and cleaned my lines like you wouldnt believe. Im talking so crystal clear that I would have no problem putting my mouth on the line and drinking from it like a clear mountain stream. My experience was so great, I would consider breaking my AC on purpose just to go through this process again. Do yourself a favor and get the IWPs to come hook you up.

I called Friday morning around 8:30 and they were at my house by 10:00. Steve was courteous and professional and replaced the bad part we had on our AC quickly. AND he showed me how to clean our AC unit outside to keep it running cooler and to prevent future problems. Would DEFINITELY recommend them and will use them again.

My heater went out on Christmas day. They came out and gave me a quote on Tuesday and said they could have it replaced Thursday or Friday. Very professional and the replacement went smoothly.

Spring is here and of course our AC went out in the middle of the night. We called them on a recommendation from a friend in the morning and they came out right away and fixed our air conditioner. Best AC repair company in Austin in my honest opinion.

The technician came out and said my freon was low and he checked and said he found a leak in the coil, but determined that it was under warranty so I wouldnt have to pay for the part, just the labor. So it was $1250 for the labor... 2 guys about 3.5 hours.... That seems pretty steep for an hourly rate. $178 an hour??? The guys that did the work were very friendly, but they seemed pretty green and did not speak much English....not really 178 per hour type people, in my opinion.Not sure I would trust this company with my business going forward.

6 Stars for sure…I called Indoor Weather because they are really close to my house. I had two other companies tell me I needed major parts replaced and that it would be better to buy a new AC. I never spend that kind of money without at least three contractors looking at the problem. Steve came out, did troubleshooting the others didn’t, and then refuted their claims immediately with solid reasons why they were wrong, educating me in the process. In the end, the problem wasn’t failing components it was a dirty coil. The fix? Five minutes with the hose.In a world filled with mediocrity and those who use their knowledge to prey on the uninitiated, it is wonderful to find a company, like Indoor Weather, who still hold to the old standards of pride in their work and integrity.

Make sure you ask what the labor charge is before you approve the work. I had installed a new capacitor and inadvertently popped the main fuse panel. Technician shows up and resets the breaker panel switch. Everything seemed to be working. He told me I should replace the contactor, said it was getting old and the part was only about $3.50 and since he was already there and that I was being billed for a service call anyway. So, I said go ahead. He replaced the $3.50 part and the AC unit wasnt blowing inside, although it had been earlier. He checked the unit in the attic and replaced a 5 amp fuse...took him less than five minutes. I dont know what the service call charge is, but to replace the fuse was $149.00 and to replace the contactor was $329.00. Parts cost was less than $4.00 so the LABOR was $474.00!! Probably 15-20 min of work, total.

Was fantastic and recommended by my husband. I called on Sat and was able to get service early next day, odd part was broken and maintenance man had it on hand, I dont remember the techs name. Hightly recommneded, thanks.

We recently had both air conditioners replaced in our 12 year old 2 story home. We had several Air Conditioning companies provide us with bids to replace the units. While I was getting over the sticker shock a friend suggested Indoor Weather Professionals. Jeff, the person that came out to give us a quote, was so thorough and knowledgeable about the dos and donts about home Air Conditioning that we went with them. I have to say that I couldnt be more pleased! The installation crew arrived on time and were ready to go. They installed the new equipment and took the old away. They left the area clean and tidy. When the system was started up, the Technician walked us through the entire set up. He took the time to show us special features of the controls; some of which we would have never even thought of using. The control is a Wi-Fi based control which provides us many options. By the time the Technician left we were very comfortable with the controls. The humidity and temperature is controlled so much better than with our old unit and the utility bill is now lower. I would recommend Indoor Weather Professionals to anyone without reservation.

The office repeatedly had no clue what was going on. Times were never respected, no one ever accepted responsibility. One lady lied to me only to have her boss tell me something different.No one in the office must talk to each other because everyone had a different story. One of the office personnel actually called me a liar to a conversation I had earlier in the day which was absolutely ridiculous and shameful on their part to suggest of a customer.One person they hired who no longer works for the company actually showed up to my door without doing anything quoting me a price on a very expensive indoor coil last year.One person who was supposed to be working onsite helping the main worker, Josh, who was awesome along with Gary Jr., busted his head partying in San Marcos at the river, per the own words of his coworkers, thus slowing down the work preventing same day resolution.They are scared to tell the truth, understaffed, one might say under qualified staffed at that aside from the a fore mentioned and they blame it on stuff happens.Would never use again and am surprised they are still in business.

My HVAC failed last week requiring replacement. I researched the currently available HVAC technology along with installation/maintance reviews of numerous local HVAC providers. I selected Indoor Weather Professionals to supply and install a new system. After hearing that my family had been without AC for 5 days, Josh & Javier (IWP) worked late into the night installing the new system to provide us cool relief. The IWP techs were meticulous in preforming a QUALITY installation, which is why Im writing this review. They did great work at a fair and competitive price. I received follow-up calls from IWP to complete minor installation details. Im very pleased with their work and thus have already recommended them to others. A+ !!
