We had an emergency as our AC system went down and Radiant came to our rescue!! Thank you Miguel for coming out, being a thorough professional and looking for every little thing that could be broken.The phone staff was friendly and very helpful. Their system also text me who was coming along with a picture which helped me feel safe. They came at the time promised and charged a very reasonable fee especially for after hour servicing.

Have not used Radiant before so not sure what to expect. Scheduling the appointment was easy. I received text updates as to when Eric, the service person would show up. Even received a call for the office when he was 10 mins away. He was extremely courteous. Looked at the problem and gave me options on what it could be. The sink was plugged but kept filling from the air conditioning condensate. He was not sure how much work would be required and how extensive it might be but he gave a few estimates and also was honest to say if what he did would not work it might require more evasive work. I went for the best option without running new lines. He ran a camera and noticed a small plug after which it looked clear. He said I did not need to do the extensive cleaner I had picked as removing this plug should take care of it. The reduced the price quite a bit. That level of support and honesty is pretty amazing and has made me a future repeat customer... I would also go as far as recommend to others. Once really positive experience would result in many more. Great work Eric!

The radiant dispatcher was friendly and prompted me with a good lead time that James TV would be arriving at my place soon. When James arrived he politely identified himself and then came in. He listened to the issues I had with my plumbing fixtures and was able to quickly diagnose and fix both issues within 45 minutes! You can easily tell that James is a skilled expert in his field. I would recommend James to come fix any issues you have with your plumbing!

Okay these guys killed it. My water heater AND AC kicked the bucket in the same week and the guys at Radiant were able to come get both of them replaced in the span of 2 days.Pete Ben-Simon took the call for the water heater and came out the next day and installed in just a couple of hours.Dillon Revels came by the same day to assess the AC damage and then referred me to Cory Sinclair who was able to lay out the options we had for a replacement. My family doesn’t come from money at all so both of these happening at once is a NIGHTMARE for us financially. Cory was really mindful of that once I told him and did his best to find us a unit that was at a reasonable price.The next day Nestor Lopez and his other coworker (who’s name i forgot unfortunately) dropped by the next day to install the AC unit.Literally everyone I interacted with the entire time was great. Everyone was willing to explain the issues and walk me through understanding my options without trying to SELL me anything which I very much appreciated.This is a really great team of people and I cannot recommend them enough!

Our 20 year old system gave out so I called at around 3 pm and I was able to get a tech to come out that evening to take a look. He gave us a very thorough understanding of what was going on and the option to fix it but we had already been looking at replacing it so we decided it was time to bite the bullet. They worked with us and were able to give us plenty of options for install and once we picked we had the installers out the very next morning and the installer Rene was just as easy to work with and informative. They made sure to take the time to show me how the new thermostat works and where and how to change out filters or get to the emergency shutoff.Less than 24 hours for an entirely new system. Very happy with the work of this team!

Tim Ferguson of Radiant (carpenter / handy-man) came to my house yesterday @9AM and left at 8PM to finish repairs after my complete AC exchange. I have a custom ceiling in both master bath and master bedroom that Tim had to repair. All of the ceiling work is quite elaborate and Tims repair was nothing other than perfection. Aside from working a 12 hour day it is perfect. Did I say absolutely perfect!? 5+ stars for this organization. Believe it or not, this time yesterday there was an enormous hole up to my roof just to the right of that ceiling can light.

Zak was literally the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. He was thorough, kind, and communicative. His bid came in less than competitors and he went above and beyond finding leaks that I didn’t even know existed. I would recommend him to any family member or friend with no hesitations. He’s also got a very calming energy and my rescue dog even mellowed a bit in his presence.

Rene and Arturo were the best. They showed up when promised and kept me informed of their progress and finished on time. They kept a clean work area, protected my new floors, and cleaned up afterwards while providing a very comprehensive overview of the new system.They even went above and beyond to reroute some thermostat wires and gas lines to increase the accessibility to the space.A great experience. We had a competitor out a week ago to fix our master shower that had lost water pressure. I spent over $400 for a new cartridge only to have my water pressure even worse than it was before “repaired”. I was told I would need a new valve if cartridge didn’t work. Said valve would cost me $1900! The house is only 3 years old! I then called Radiant for second opinion. Taylor came to our rescue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to investigate the problem. Turns out it was a simple fix. I can now look forward to using my master shower again! Radiant is permanently in my contacts! Thank you!

Zach from Radiant was awesome! We were having water pressure issues throughout the house, which it turns out was due to significant calcification from hard water. Zach was super communicative throughout the diagnostic and repair phases. Available anytime both by phone and by text. Clearly walked through the issue and possible solutions, including pros/cons of each. Even checked to make sure my water softener was working, and those living in our house knew how to do some basic maintenance ourselves. Highly, highly recommend!

Exceptional work by Matt King. Had water pressure problems with two of my toilets. Not only did he provide amazing service and explained everything thoroughly I feel like I received an amazing deal. I hope Matt makes his debut on the next Radiant commercial!

Trevor came and serviced the hot water heater and inspected our plumbing. He did an incredible job explaining different aspects of our plumbing system and made great recommendations. I felt like I received a real education in plumbing when he left. Great guy, and great service.

Jacob did an excellent job detecting the source of our gas leak, which was inside a brick wall. He was able to repair the leak without damaging the wall, which was a very a challenging scenario. He also did an home inspection and found that one of our water heaters was not installed properly and he made the necessary repairs to get it up to code. Anyway, Jacob worked hard all day to get all of our issues resolved, and did a great job! 👍 👍

I called Radiant late on a Friday afternoon and they scheduled me for first thing Monday morning. Dispatch called me at 9 Monday to let me know the plumber would be at my house in 30 minutes and would be wearing a mask. Dispatch also asked if anyone in my house was experiencing COVID symptoms, which I appreciated. Radiant also sent me a text with the plumbers name and photo and experience level. Wow! Preston was on time, quickly estimated the cost (very reasonable) and finished 3 jobs in less than 2 hours. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Five star service!

Here is my experience. My AC went out around 3 pm and my normal AC guy was booked so I called Radiant. Scheduling was awesome, they made it out within 2 hours. The tech was nice, no problems there. The problem was they wanted to charge me an unreal amount of money to fix my 15 year old AC. So much money that I declined the repair and decided to sweat it out until the company I trust could show up the next day. They found the exact same issue but charged me one third of what Radiant wanted. It cost me 1k to fix, Radiant wanted 3. Crazy mark ups from this company, thats no way to treat the people of Austin. Keep Austin weird not broke.

Nestor and Carmelo were right on time and very friendly and professional. They explained step by step what they were going to do and even though I was working from home, they were considerate and kept their work as quiet as possible. Which is saying a lot, since there is drilling involved. They originally stated it would take 6-8 hours but were done pretty quickly and the work still looked really good. They walked me through the maintenance and how to work the system which I also appreciated a lot

They were really fast in their availability and the techs were very nice, but my god they are expensive. Double what the average cost should have been to replace a pressure reducing valve, over $1k. Their AC guy was all high pressure sales. Unsure if we would use them again.

Had a pressure reducing valve installed on myMain water line. Bit pricy. The technician was friendly and helpful though. He was able to do everything in a few hours.

I made the mistake of hiring another plumber who came to my house for four days and accomplished nothing. James from Radiant installed a new free-standing tub for us in a resto-mod fashion as we were in the middle of a master bath remodel. Scheduling and customer service was the best I’ve incurred for a good size shop like Radiant. The technician, James, came over to help with an issue on the hot water heater. However, as we just bought the house, he also took the time to give everything a thorough inspection. He gave us clear and transparent pricing for the variety of items they could help us with. My master bathroom toilet flush apparatus went out early this morning. Before calling my small plumber business of 39 years, I saw the Radiant truck, at my neighbors house. I walked over to her house and asked what had happened to her plumbing. The plumber was working outside and I asked him if he had any Fluid Masters on his truck and he said that he did and would he come to fix my toilet, when he finished with the neighbors and he checked with his office, and came right over and repaired the flushing system, in my toilet. I was very happy to get it repaired, right away, for earlier, I had to pour a bucket of water into the tank to flush. I am 81 years old, blind in one eye, and I was very grateful to have it repaired, so quickly. The service plumber was kind, professional, informative and very personable. I just may switch to Radiant services, from now on. Thanks, so much.

I called Radiant to come evaluate our water heater for knocking. They arrived the next day at the time they said theyd be there. Taylor was very helpful and gave me a lot of useful information about the hard minerals that had developed inside the tank. Because the accumulation had already occurred, there was nothing we could do other than replace the unit which well address at a later time. Thank you! Taylor also spent a lot of time giving me information about other work I wanted to have done at my house. I would recommend Radiant.

Con artists is the easiest way to describe my experience. I called Radiant on Monday, July 12, and they couldn’t come out until 2 days later. When the tech shows up and sees the clog, she offers me two options to resolve it (snake or hydro jet). I pick the cheaper of the two because it shouldn’t be that complicated (big mistake). After working on the clog with the snake for a couple hours, she resigns to saying that the hydro jet should work and I would need to pay about another $550 to remove the clog. I debate with her and the manager that I didn’t ask them to TRY to unclog it, I asked for the clog to be removed, and shouldn’t be charged for them not being able to resolve it with the snake. They accept the deal and come back the next day to try again while I only pay for the hydro jet. Again the same tech is unsuccessful and the next proposed solution is spend another $1700 with them to create different access points in my wall to the line so they can try again. At this point, I was done with them trying to sell me services where they just wanted to extort more money from me without a guarantee of removing the clog.I call another local company the next day, who shows up the same day, resolves it within 5 hours of arriving using a snake and drain camera to find the right path where the block was located, for $150 less, AND they did it with the same exact tools as Radiant without any special access points.I called Radiant to ask for my money back since another company did what they could not. They basically said they won’t give me a refund because they “tried” to clear the clog. I am currently disputing the charges with my CC company and informing my entire building to never use Radiant again. If you’re reading this review, save your money and go with a different company that can finish the job at a cheaper price.

AC Blower motor in the attic failed. Radiant came out to take a look and quoted a price of $1769 to replace the motor. I also paid a $39 evaluation fee. Called a second AC repair company for another bid and they quoted $950. Went with the second company and AC is working fine. Note that, due to the age of my system Radiant was really trying to steer me in the direction of full system replacement. which did not make sense for my situation.

Jeff and his partner whose name I cant remember showed up on time, and they were both very respectful. I explained my issue with the toilet, but they didnt just grab a new one and drive off. They thoroughly checked the water heater (which was leaking like crazy), checked the water pressure (insane), and examined the water softener (a mess). They all needed to be replaced. They provided me options and even set me up with a payment plan. Luckily, all worked out.Javier came over in a very respectful manner. I had previously scheduled the appointment and then had updates on the arrival time. He checked my unit outside, checked my inside part and assessed other parts. Quickly fixed one part, advised me on future things I could do, and then left. He also followed distance protocol. It was great.

Austin and Zoey were so professional and a pleasure to work with. We had a non-draining sink and a toilet that hadn’t flushed properly in months (it was a Mickey Mouse toothbrush from our toddler). They were clear in communicating their recommendations for repairing and maintaining our old 1960s cast iron pipes. Same-day service, too. I called radiant at 7:30 am and the techs were out at our house by 2. I’d say that’s quick service! Would definitely use this company again :D

We called Radiant to help with sluggish flushing toilets, thinking we had an easy fix on our hands - some pipe cleaning and flushing, maybe some water pressure adjustments, and done!Fast forward through several rounds of ordering parts for a no-name toilet that had been uniquely installed by the previous homeowner, multiple iterations of test runs to troubleshoot, and hours of labor both inside and outside to resolve the issue, and weve finally come to some level of resolution.The Radiant team and our service technicians - Alexis and Talmage - have been incredible. Professional, thorough, polite, patient, and above all, dedicated to ensuring that the problem was resolved correctly. Wed recommend the Radiant team anytime and greatly appreciate the staffs professionalism, knowledge and incredible customer service.

Ac went out at 8pm and the phone service was easy to navigate. They told me the schedules would be set in the morning and they would let me know when they would arrive. The technician arrived by 8:30am and was very professional and checked the entire system before giving me several options for repair. He was very patient in explaining the different options. Grady did an amazing job giving our system a tune up and letting us know about mold growing on our ducts in the attic. He recommended installation of a light to kill the mold and improve the air quality in our house and we agreed and he did full install same day. He was friendly and professional the whole time. He even cleaned up the ducting for us. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Alexis was an incredibly talented plumber, fixing a systemic problem and identifying a crack in the line under the toilet. She was communicative, transparent about pricing, and clearly knew what I needed to solve my issues. I would definitely call her company and ask for her the next time I have an issue.Also, Kabrina who took my desperate call on Saturday was helpful calming me down and setting up an appointment for me as quickly as possible. Reaching someone by phone was so important when other companies sent me to their websites to explain what I needed. Radiant has terrific employees. That’s so important!

Taylor, our Technian was on time, friendly and informative. He did the job quickly including vacuuming up the water. Best price for a repair I have ever had!! Radiant is now my plumber for life!!

We had a very good experience with this company. We had a pipe burst during that had been capped then. We had many other things we needed to do before this pipe. We finally contacted Radiant (it did take a couple of weeks) but the tech came out and was very efficient and completed the repair. He had to run a whole new pipe.

They came the day we called which was excellent since our A/C had been out for 2 days. Nick arrived and explained all that was wrong, what our options were (up to 6 choices, oh my!) and then left us with a working A/C and a great maintenance plan. Thanks for the rescue.

He was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful when addressing our issue.James took the time to explain in full detail all the potential issues that could be causing our dryer not to work and then eliminating them one by one until we were only left with the possibility that the unit was faulty.While here he also pointed out a few things that we could do to make our home more energy efficient and said he would draw up a quote for us to evaluate.Based on my experience I would highly recommend James and Radiant to anyone looking for high quality service.

Trevor gave excellent customer service. He showed me a list of options for replacing my hot water heater and estimates for each of them. I chose the tankless option. He was on time the following day and kept me informed of his progress. After installation was completed, he walked me though on what he had done and the use of new water heater. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

James was the technician deployed for our repair. He worked hard to make sure a thorough assessment was done and really understand the issue. Not only that, but because Radiant understands how important security is these days, they make sure to send a text with the technician’s picture and other details before they get to your home. We couldn’t say enough good things about Radiant and the quality of staff they hire.

Radiant installed a new water heater on 4-1-21, but didnt call the city to schedule the inspection for my permit. I had to call Radiant to request they schedule the inspector. The first inspection was not done until June 24th. The inspector with Austin Energy found four issues/defects and said to me that Radiant should know better and would not issue the permit until the defects were addressed. Radiant did not return until 7-7-21 to address the defects. As of 8-4-21 Radiant had not yet scheduled the re-inspection for the permit. I had to call Radiant but they said they would call me back later, but they did not. I called them back and was told the person who schedules the inspections was out and would have to call me back.

Nathan (our technician) came on time and completed the work in about an afternoon. Radiant was really easy to schedule with and had flexible payment options. I feel like the price was a little high vs. what I had read online, but the warranties and after-installation service makes it more palatable.Work with an established service. The professionalism is worth it!

The technician was on-time, friendly, and respectful of my time. He explained all the required code upgrades to my 20-year old house, where areas were to watch for future repair needs, and, most importantly, what all was covered by their warranty. I will definitely use Reliant again in the future.

They were very professional and were observant of Covid precautions. They fully inspected our AC unit and showed us pictures of what they found. They then helped us look for a plan to repair or replace our AC unit that would fit our budget. Once an agreement was reached, they provided us with a small AC unit to hold us over until the completion of our new system. During the whole process they explained every step that would take place and took the time to listen to our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this company

Radiant Plumbing is my ‘go to’ plumbing resource. As promised, they called this morning to make sure the time slot still worked for me and if so, Zach would be on his way. I got a text with Zach’s picture and contact info before he arrived. He showed up within 30 min. I let him know I was going to be in meetings and he was able to text me info on the problem, options and costs. I chose the path forward and he executed quickly and efficiently. We had Reliant come out to review the state of our AC and vents. Mr. Cepeda (the technician) was on time and very friendly. He prepared me for the work he was going to do and offered to have me accompany him so that I could see how he was doing it. At multiple points along the way he provided me a status and demonstration of the tools he was using.I was also impressed by the thoroughness of the work. He was able to show me pictures of problem spots and explained the pertinent facts with competence and confidence.I highly recommend Reliant and Mr. Oscar Cepeda for HVAC needs.

We had started to remodel our bathroom several months ago, and early in the process, we fired our contractor. This week we called Radiant to get an estimate on connecting the drain to our new tub, putting in new plumbing for the bath/shower, and replacing several shutoff valves. Throughout the day, they kept us updated as to when the plumber would arrive and sent a text when they were on the way. The text includes a picture and a brief description of the plumber. When James arrived, he was polite, friendly and answered all our questions. After giving us a quote, we decided to go with them. James was able to do everything right then! The install went well, and James did a great job of explaining everything he was doing. He’s very friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning everything up before he left. We’ll definitely be calling Radiant when we are ready to install our toilet and a couple of other things.

Called the office requesting a plumber, and they were able to work around my schedule while still getting a plumber out ASAP. The plumber, Chris, was outstanding. He was very professional, polite, able to quickly diagnose the problem and explain it to where I could easily understand. His work was great and definitely to my satisfaction. Lucas was very informative and helpful. He addressed our concerns and got our system working like its supposed to. He provided us with a no-pressure list of preventative options/upgrades we could go over and get back to him if we want to go forward with any of them.
