This was a huge disappointment! I booked an appointment for 3 services so I could feel good on Mother’s Day. I arrived on time and got sat in the corner and forgotten about. They ran water in the foot basin, told me to keep my feet out, and just went on about their business. I had a Mother’s Day engagement to get to downtown so I made sure to schedule the appointment with enough time to be on time. After time had passed and I mentioned that I had somewhere to be, they basically told me that due to COVID, there is no way possible that they could ever be on time for their customers. No one was available to begin my appointment and from how the owner was talking, no one WOULD be available for quite a while. I waited longer and still no one helped me. I told them, why even schedule appointments for customers if you don’t plan to at least try to be on time. They seemed to not care that I chose them (among other shops), arrived on time, and wanted service!! Stop blaming things on the pandemic! Be honest with customers who make appointments and just do your job! I will never be returning.

I have been going here for years, but due to COVID-19, I hadnt been for a few months. I had to get my eyebrows waxed for a wedding and ventured out. I have a lung disease and going out is scary. Cindy, the owner, following all CDC precautions took care of me. I showed her how horrible my nails looked after being neglected for months. She knows my history and offered to open 2 hours early, so it would just be the two of us. If you want a friendly atmosphere, with great looking nails at a great price, you need to go to OP Nails 3.

My girl loves this place, she is always hooked up. Very classy, always different but elegant!!!Very artistic!!!!

Me and my niece came here for a pedi and mani and my niece got a full set. The bill came to 145 and I wouldnt be so mad about it if it was worth the price. There were 3 techs in there, 2 of which did not speak a word of English. so the one was going back and forth between everyone telling them what to do. The pedicure was rough before I left the chair. The polish was clumped on both our toes. My manicure was to just be clear because they wont use regular polish (shellac or gel only) and as soon as it dried it was full of tiny little bubbles. My nieces nails had weird polish too. It was just horrible. I have had much better at beauty colleges for half the price. They legally robbed me for 145 bucks 🥴🥴 save your money and go somewhere else or be disappointed like we were.

LOVE this shop and everyone in it. I have been getting my nails done by Amanda for years and she has never failed me. I can show Amanda a design and she will perfect it every time! She is also amazing at coming up with designs that are perfect for me. All services are superb, I never have one complaint when I leave. Amanda and Cindy are always so kind and take care of each customer as if they are family. My entire family goes here and we all love the customer service and the services we receive. I always get exactly what I want when I go in.As long as OP Nails 3 is open and I live in CO, I will go there! I am grateful for good service and kind people!

I asked for hombre nails and was assured I would get that. Well that’s not what I got! I got huge bulbs on my fingers where there are defining lines in between the colors of the powder that was used. They look ridiculous for having to pay $50 for them. When she asked how I felt and I explained I was unhappy she began justifying why they looked a certain way and never fixed them. Incredibly unhappy and I would highly advise you choose somewhere else to go!

I consistently get my acrylic nails done here. The service is great! The staff is friendly and efficient. You will leave receiving exactly what you asked for. Op Nails 3 is fantastic at coffin shape. (See picture) I would definitely recommend this nail shop to anyone and everyone.

The owner Cindy does the best eyebrows and lashes in town. My pedicure is always amazing. I tip extra to get my feet rubbed longer and my girl is Janice I just adore her work and her accent

I dont get nails done often but when i do i always come here!!! These ladies work so hard, reasonably priced and always go out of their way to accommodate me!!!! These were my nails for my wedding; she listened to my ideas and came up with some cool ideas!!! Thanks so much i loved them and i received many nice comments!!!!

I found this salon on google, “why shouldn’t I give it a try” So i called and asked if they accept walk-in costumers, the lady on the phone was very nice and polite, she said they do accept walk-ins. So i went and Janice took good care of me. She’s very nice and did a fantastic job with my nails, it’s been couple weeks since the day i went at this place and my nails are still looks perfect..! :) The place is very clean. People are nice. I definitely going back here.

This place is great! The customer service is amazing. Cindy, the owner, takes such good care of her clients, and holds all of her staff to the same standards. They are always friendly, ready to help, and the product they use for your nails is wonderful and doesnt tear up your natural nail. I have been to a number of mail salons, but this is now the ONLY place i will go! I send everyone to Cindy that I possibly can!

Ive been looking for a while for a good place to get my nails done and Ive finally found it, op nails had a great service and the girls even though they are young they are very professional, I loved it!!! Definitely coming back

I have been going here for 15 years and they always are amazing.

I called at 900 to request Amanda at 930 for my nails. Someone else did my pedicure, but it took two hours and was really sloppy. The designs on my big toes didnt match and looked like a child painted them. Amanda was busy when my pedicure was done so she told me someone else would be doing my nails. I decided to leave instead of taking another risk. The same lady who did my pedicure didnt do a great job on my nails prior which is why I specifically requested Amanda. If youre not a regular, you will get the lady who does a poor job. I really wanted to like this salon since they are reasonably priced and always nice. You just have to get the right nail tech.

She is an amazing artist and very creative with the designs. My hands can be her canvas anytime!!!!

Wasnt impressed. Lady of color whom was doing my pedicure was more interested in what the other tech was doing instead of doing a good job on me. Amongst other things that I noticed. Overpriced for sure. Would I go again, absolutely not.

Cindy has done my nails for over 8 years, there is no shop on the planet I would ever consider.

Staff was friendly and speedy. My tech did a very good job on my shellac Mani and was quick, so I didnt feel like I was wasting time. Ill definitely go back.

100 bucks for pedicure and nails my nails fodnt last a week after owner said there product was the best and for a deluxe pedicure my feet didnt feel good .

I love this place!!! Vicky is the absolute best. She is just amazing. She takes her time and is very detail oriented, which I love. I think this is why my shellac manicures last so much longer than anywhere else Ive been. So happy I found this salon!

This was by far the best place Ive been to for my full set. The young lady that did my nails was super attentive and gave my nails lots of extra love to make sure they were perfect. She went above and beyond especially when it came to the color, I wanted a dark burgundy and she layered two colors together to make exactly what I envisioned. On top of her outstanding service, the whole place has a very friendly atmosphere and its extremely affordable. My mom has been going here for years and Im glad I went! I will definitely be returning!

The technicians are super friendly. The issue i have is I’ve gone multiple times and only recently realized they lie about their gel powder. Granted it’s only $35 for a full “gel” but they definitely used acrylic powder on my nails.

I went to get my nails done Saturday evening. The service was good and all, but the lady that did my nails rushed and she didn’t even file my nails. She also didn’t put any acrylic powder on my nails she just put nail glue and started to put nail polish on my nail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The next day my nails came off

These ladies are the best, Amanda does my grandaughters nails and she does such a great job they last almost twice as long as the other nail places Ive taken her to. Weve been going there for better than a year. Customer service and friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend them

Best place Ive ever gotten my nails done!! They dont try to get you to spend money on additional products and services. The salon is very clean and offers a wide selection of colors and services. Mother and daughter staff are super friendly and attentive. Never going anywhere else to get my nails done theyre the best.

Went in to get a full set of acrylic for myself and a manicure for my little sister. Ladies were so nice and did such a great job. If you have even the smallest request, like making one nail a little different in shape, they are very accomodating. If you know what you want, there will be no hassle for other services. Definitely coming back!

The experience here was horrific they absolutely horrible waited forever then they messed up the nails so badly I had to have them redo them and they charged extra for there sloppy work they never will I ever go back there

I am new to the area and Im really happy I found this place. They were so nice and clean. I was able to call and get an appt same day for 30 min out and they also take walk ins. I was very pleased with how my full set acrylic nails came out!

So disappointed. Read all the great reviews all went here before work the other day. For a basic pedicure, no design, just polish took the tech almost an hour. Then sat with my feet freezing for 30+ minutes under the cans waiting for one of only 2 people who know how to do acrylics. After almost two hours in the shop they still couldnt get my in a chair for my hands. So I paid for my pedicure and left. Never going back!

I had to wait when I had am appointment showed them a picture of what I wanted didnt even get a close out come she made my nail bleed and couldnt even do the design I wanted looks like my nails already growing out shape crooked and nail base of uneven

I went there once, they did a wonderful job on my nails. The pedicure was another story. Not only did the polish chip but what I consider a regular pedicure is what they consider a deluxe in order for them to work on your heals you have to pay the up charge. The other problem I have is the place is not very sanitary they dont even keep their nail brushes, that all their customers use, in a disinfecting solution. Its a shame I really like how my nails looked just not willing to risk any kind of infections.

It was a rush appt and they took me in. They did an awesome job.

I like this place, it came recommended to me by a coworker for eyebrow waxing. Cindy is the owner and I am always pleased when she does my brows. However, service can be slow-ish and the quality of pedicures have been hit or miss.

Ive been going here for years!!! They are clean and friendly! And I love it! Cindy and Amanda are amazing! There isnt another shop I trust with my nails, pedicures or waxing!

I went to get my nails done here 3 times and 2 of the 3 times my nails turned out terrible. One time I got a shellac French tip and 2 days later it was pealing! I also went today with my friend to get our nails done and she asked for a snowflake on her finger. The tech didnt ask what finger she wanted it on and one of the snowflakes looked more like a 2 year old painted her nail. They couldnt even do a glitter ombre I asked for and then blamed me for it looking bad. The tech said its because my nails are too short. I will never waste my money here again and I recommend you dont either.

You tell them one thing and they dont do it. We asked for a full set and they started a manicure. And when I tried correcting them they got mad and refused to do the full set because I didnt let them know. Plus, the nails dont look so good. Dont recommend.

I checked this place out because i saw the many good reviews, and im here to add along with them. Pretty satisfied with my gel overlay and she did an awesome job on my eyebrows!! Will be returning.

The person sitting by the door was rude. She told me to wait outside for my appointment and couldnt give me a time that Ill be taken, even though I had an appointment. The unprofessionalism is enough for me to never go back. She was rude.

I love the shop and the ladies, but occasionally they overbook and I feel like they rush and although the quality of work is still great, it just isnt as pristine as it can be.

Terrible place to get your nails done. I got a shellac manicure and the nail polish started chipping in two days. The place isnt very clean and its expensive for the quality of work.

This place is worst place I ever been. Looks dirty, dusty, they don’t do good job. They used tools to clean my nails and cuticles and put the tools in the drawer..not even spray for sanitize them. Never want to go back.

I went in 2 hours before closing, and asked if I can get a full set with gel. They said they couldn’t take anyone in, also it was empty and they couldn’t take anyone in?? Wow very disappointing:(

Although the women at this salon were very friendly. I am not satisfied with the outcome of my pedicure. I am on my feet alot, so the massage is a very important piece to getting these done. I dont live in the area but had an appt. Near by and go off of reviews and didnt see many bad and gave it a try. I dont want to sound mean, because again the woman was very nice but my nails looks like my 4 year old daughter did them. I unfortunately will not be returning to this salon.

Very messy nail service! Sat in pedicure chair with feet soaked for 30 minutes. Tech put globs of polish on my toes, painted outside my nails. Bad service and would not go there again!!
