I have been here twice. The first time I paid $68 for a full set with no chip. The final product looked terrible and nails started coming off a few days later. I had said that I would never go back to this place. Unfortunately, I needed a fill-in and they were the only ones available. I was hoping that it would be a better experience. This was Saturday and it is now Monday (2 days later) my nails are already coming off. $40 for a fill-on.

It was such a wonderful experience with Kelly. Im new in aurora so I was recommended to go with her and I do NOT regret it. She was so nice and gentle she took her time perfecting me I came in with a picture to honor our month of June of what i wanted and she did just that such a good experience for my daughter and I. My 6 year old got her manicure and pedicure and she was living the life she really enjoyed herself. I will so be coming in every time we need a little spoiling its my new favorite place. Thank you ladies everyone was so nice and welcoming 🏳️‍🌈

I went 32 weeks pregnant and the lady had a hand Marikin in the ledge. As I was passing I knocked it over. It was an honest accident.After that she did me bogus work on my pedicure and the removal of my gel nails. (She left some gel on and looked bogus)After I was done she tried to charge me for knocking the hand manikinI wouldnt of mind paying the $20 but she was so rude and embarrassed me infront of everyone.The owner told her she can not charge me for that accident.I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.I LITERALLY HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Love going here for a full set and pedicure. They always get in quickly and my nails look fantastic. Very clean and quick. Ana is amazing!!!!

My last visit a few months ago seams to be Rushed. I had to remind her what she wasnt doing and areas she was overlooking doing my usual Pedi. I have been there before and had pretty much each person. The two I like Always on break or etc. comes out in the middle of my services. Theyre quick to rush U in with the first available. Anyway I dont know if I will continue my 3-4 year relationship. My last few visits I wasnt satisfied.

Every time I go it’s just a horrible experience . The last time I went was 4 years ago to get my eyebrow waxed. They took out a large portion of hair and made my eyebrows uneven. I had to go this pass Saturday due to everywhere else being booked for a refill on my nails. Worst service and my nails turned out horrible.

Definitely regret going here and will not be going back! Paid $55 for a set thats not even done correctly or how I wanted it shaped. I was also hassled and they tried to scam me by not telling me the correct pricing for a basic acrylic set. Giving this place 2 stars only because they somewhat corrected their mistake. I went in not seeing their price board, so I asked how much a full acrylic set is. The owner tells me 45$, only after I was done, did I see that the acrylic starts at 35$. As for my nails, I wanted a coffin shape and originally I had a design that I wanted and she tried it on one nail but I didnt like how it looked so I told her to just paint the whole nail. She however insisted I try tips but when I saw how it looked I told her I didnt like it but she kept insisting. My nails were too long for just the tips. At the end of the service I asked if I could come back tomorrow to have it fixed because it was already closing. Next day I went back and she hassled me telling me that I wanted the tips and asked for the tips even though throughout the service I kept saying how I didnt. It wasnt until day time did I also notice that there was so much glue in between my nail and nail bed and that the acrylic had not been filed correctly. I also asked about the pricing and she was still charging me $40 for the set(only willing to give $5 back). I ended up paying $5 more for gel polish and Im honestly regretting that because she also gave me an uneven ballerina shape instead of coffin. Definitely not going back!

I went here after to moving to Aurora and it was by accident actually, my daughter and I were looking for a salon and everything was packed and we stumbled upon this salon and it was very nice. The staff were Friendly and gave me a great experience. My daughter was so happy about her first full set and treated very well. We will be returning to see Kelly. Thanks for suck a great first impression ♥️

The lady doing my toes was very sweet, but the paint chipped a few minutes after it was done, prices are reasonable, and the massage was good.

My 16 y.o went in and was not treated nicely at all. Treated rudely by a man that works there. She was told where to sit by a woman nail tech and a man who didn’t speak English was talking loudly to her, in a rude tone and pointing in her face and talking to the other workers. He then took a chair a shoved it to another location and pointed and you sit here, loud and rude. My daughter was nervous and unsure of what to do. She explained to the nail tech what she wanted and she didn’t listen. Her nails were longer than she asked for, bulbous meaning too large for her tiny hands, the nail color was a different shade of the same color on all her nails; like she was rushed. This was $45.00. I went up to the shop and spoke my peace, stood up for my daughter, and they redid her nails, but at the same time kept telling a different story than my daughter. I said I’m not doing back and forth because of course your story will be different than hers I just want this fixed. The excuse of her being treated rudely by the man was that he didn’t speak good English, tone of voice has nothing to do with speaking English.We go to many nail places around our area to try them out and this was the worst, unfortunately my daughter went by herself this time.They did fix the nails right away and the man came to apologize to her.

I recently went here because I heard they had reopened and wow the place is so beautiful compared to their old location. Super clean and luxurious.Kelly, the lady who did my nails and eyebrows, was extremely nice and accommodating. She took very good care of me and even tamed my crazy eyebrows! When doing my nails, she paid attention to details and everything looked very neat. I definitely recommend this nail salon and I will be coming back soon with my friends.

So I just left the salon, I got a mani+pedi, my pedi was good, the nail tech was very nice and sweet but when she did my nails.....the way she painted my nails was sloppy and she didn’t paint them right, the polish on my nails have little bubbles on them too. As I was there, I wanna say 3 people walked in because of there nails chipping after a day or so. 3 stars because of my feet looking cute. :)

The tech I had was very nice and did a great job. I believe I found my new nail shop. After 4 years going to Hollywood Ive never been able to say I loooooooove my nails so thank u Professional Nails cause I love them

They were super sweet and friendly with my 6 year old niece and were very accommodating of the psoriasis I have on my feet when getting a pedicure.

I went in for the first time today for a pedi I got the man named Van and he was really good I got the deluxe pedicure and it came with oil massage and it was amazing he had the right amount of pressure.

This nail shop wasnt that great to me, the fil7nt of the nails wasnt file correctly. The polish wasnt applied fully. They were nice however not sure if I would go back to get my nails done. They were just ok for me.

Very friendly staff! They gave me the student discount as well (even though it was for high schoolers) (lowkey college students need it more😂). I LOVE my nails!! Will come again!

Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever received! Expensive and quick. Needed another pedicure by the end of the week. Don’t waste your time and money!!

Weve recently discovered this nail salon last year. What we like the most here is that my little girl has her own chair, the first time she had her pedicure she loved it. The chair is like a pink bear and the lights changes while the water is running. Weve been here twice, the 2nd visit was impromptu. We waited for 30mins or maybe more but it was our fault since we just walk-in. The service was good and price is not that bad compared to going to hair & nail salon. Definitely coming back for another mani/pedi.

They are pretty thorough with their pedicures. Overall, they do a good job. This is my nieces preferred nail shop.

If I could I would rate it zero stars,i spent $100 for a pedicure and acrylic nails. Everything was horribly done i dont know if they went to school in China or here but i was super disappointed. My pedicure wasnt well done In one week the skin of my feet opened because she didnt remove it evenly,then my nails looked horrible they were to thick and she didnt do the proper care for my cuticles my fake nails were to high up, I went one day later as I wasnt satisfied and they told me I needed to wait until they had no more costumers or come back another day.( they had a walk in and took her asap) She said my nails looked fine and she needed to leave a gap for my nails to grow. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there,besides the language barrier they dont care about doing a perfect job since they are always busy they just want to get you off the chair and sit another paying costumer there.

This place charged me $45 for a full set that next day were lifting and cracking ..the person was rude ! I will never go there agian! I didnt even get flowers or design. They were all dry around the cuticle ..and yes it was a man who did it ..didnt talk just bossy dont move your had ..its to stiff relax blah ..i went somewhere else.but i plan to go back and show them my nails and tell them... this is the way they should look!!! Please dont go there they suck !!
