My first experience going was an alright experience. My nail tech was very rushed and did not take her time at all with my acrylics. The shape was alright and i was going with it but then it came to the design, which was a simple outline design and it looked so bad. I am a perfectionist and I could’ve done my nails better myself. my nails also started lifting after a week. But, I went in again for a fill, and my new tech Kelly took care of me and did such a good job all while making conversation with me and making me feel comfortable.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They did my nails less than a week ago and had made the ugliest set of nails I’ve ever seen/felt. The shape for all the nails were different and the tech was in a rush even though I called before going to make sure they had time to do my nails. $65 down the drain.I went back today to express my concerns and they still had the audacity to say I had to pay additional money to fix what the first tech couldn’t do. On top of that they cut me in two different nails and made me bleed.Won’t be returning ever again. Go elsewhere. There’s plenty of other nail salons nearby.

The staff are so wonderful! They do an excellent job. The salon is clean and the instruments are too. The massage chairs for pedicures are amazing. Great experience all around!

Kelly is my favorite nail technician. She is very professional and I have enjoyed each set she has done for me. It was hard for me to find someone to do my nails the way I like them. She has nailed it each time. She also does great waxes. I give her a 5. The rating was a 4 due to the fact that I cant walk in the salon and just wait my turn because I did this three times and two out of the three times I left with an awful set of nails.

Thao was amazing. We chatted about our kids and her grand kids and she even gave my toes a color boost. They look great! Thank you will definitely return and recommend.

I found this place on accident. This is definitely an undiscovered gem! The interior is beautiful. Its a really nice size, well staffed, inviting, and very clean. I found my new best friend, @Thao Lam! She only offers mink lash extensions, but she does an awesome job, even if yours are short, fine, or nonexistent, like mine! She does permanent makeup, eyeliner, permanent brows, with microblading, not tattooing. The procedure looks so natural! Minimal to no pain! She is professional, experienced, engaging, nice, and her prices are AWESOME! Go by and let her recommend what works best for you. Tell her Sonia sent you. You wont be disappointed!

My first time here in a while since I moved out of the area. The spa has been remodeled. It looks great. The staff was really nice and I appreciated not having to wait a long time. I got a spa pedicure and the gel manicure. I would definitely recommend.

Made an appointment, arrived on time and had to wait for 50 minutes to be seen after the scheduled time. My nails are uneven and I have polish on my skin afterwards. The tech only did oil on one hand and didnt finish the other hand for aftercare. During the procedure the tech was rough with the file and it hurt my cuticles and my nail but didnt take me flinching as a cue it was hurting. The only good thing was the tech helped me find the color I was looking for and it was fast. But unfortunately the quality can be seen with how fast it was.Update, next day the polish has now chipped off which I have never seen before. New picture added to this post

Don’t waste your money. Poor service and low quality. They take forever and still don’t do a good job. I was getting my nails done and asked about eyelash extensions and was quoted $60Which I considered a good deal. So I agreed and I knew when it took they lady only 15 min it was not extensions. And they didn’t even last a week .

I was looking for a new nail salon as mine doesnt do acrylics anymore.. I stumbled upon DLux Nails and Im so happy I did. I walked in and they got me right in!! This place is super busy so I was happy they could even get me in! The gal that did my nails was awesome! I will be back!

I been going here for 8 years and the service is real bad now. Since they reopened from the coronavirus. The prices are tripled and you never get what you want done on your nails. My nails are soooo ugly. Im finding a new nail shop.

I am very upset with the end result, I came in for a simple manicure with black gel. I could be wrong but I felt as if the manicurist was really trying to inflict pain on me because there was plenty of bleeding, my hands are not bad either and did a rush hack job. Something very simple gone wrong I wish I could just pull off my nails and regrow them 🙁

Linda is a true pro! Shes is awesome at making conversation but does her work quickly and efficiently. She is talented with nail technique and design and does beautiful 3D work. She has lots of crystals, glitters, etc. The prices are so reasonable and Im super pleased to have finally found a good nail tech. Also, The environment in the salon is welcoming and beautiful! 10/10 would recommend.

They had my mom soaking her nails in acetone for 30 MINUTES. She ended up taking her own nails off. And ALL of my fingers are bleeding. My dip nails turned out lumpy and I had glue all over my hands because she had glue all over her station. Would not recommend. No one apologized to my mom for her wasted time and doing their job for them, no discount nothing. Incredibly unprofessional, do not go here.

Very nice but over priced for subpar nails. Cut my cuticles 2x. And the nails she did were lumpy. Probably wouldn’t return.

Went to this salon for the first time todayBased on some reviews I was nervous but I had my appointment with Kathy the wait time was longer than expected but not bad .. The salon is very nice and the staff I encountered were very nice and my nails came out just how I wanted them .. I will be returning to the salon and planning on keeping Kathy as my nail tech ..

Kathy is my new go to nail tech, I went in knowing my nails looked horrible after over a year of neglect. I called and made an appointment, when I arrived Kathy introduced herself and seated me and started very promptly. I didnt feel judged or uncomfortable at all (even though honestly it wouldve been understanding, they were bad). Extremely pleasant experience!

I went here to do my nails last week and one week in they are already chipping. I got a gel manicure for $35 and its really unacceptable. Also, the lady did not cut back my cuticles or dead skin she only pushed them back and not in an even manner. They dont appear to sterilize their utensils either. She just pulled them from her desk drawer. Complete waste of money. I will not be back!

Kelli is amazing! Always on time, will stay late if needed and never disappoints! She does quality work with every service they offer. Everyone there is friendly and greets you as you walk in the door. I’ve been going to Kelli for almost 5 years now and will continue for many years to come.

Amazing service. Came in with my feet looking like a mans left with women feet again. Very kind ladies. Made my nails look just the way I wanted them. Definitely will be coming back to get more services. They offer lash extensions, permanent make up and more. Very impressed.

Tiffany is the best always outstanding work, however recently the price for a full set of acrylics has gone up from $50 to $70 a bit pricey for basic nails without any warning

I will never go back here! They messed my nails up so bad and then wanted to argue with me about it. I had to constantly correct the tech and she was rushing to get to her next appointment. They double charged my card and same thing happened with another customer. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!

Had nails done very bad job, have been there before and had a good job, had my nails redone at another place, will go back to them when on that part of town for credit hopefully I did call to complain!!😟

They don’t even do the pedicures right still have a bunch of dead skin on my feet… plus waited on the chair for 30min before getting someone…. Same with the nails .

Tina D is the best always has time to fit me in. She does my nails just the why I like them square designs fill in a hour. Ive been going to the shop fir about 10yrs wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

Absolute trash. the women I worked with was rude and did an awful job. she was rushed and was only asked to do a rebase with chrome on top with small diamonds centered on each nail. I spent $60. I will never return. I called ahead to have an appointment set, arrived and had to wait an additional 45 minutes before I was seen. GO TO SALA!!! I only used this salon due to sala being closed. I would never recommend this salon. im currently heading to sala to correct their work.

I came in needing a re-base of a full set, my nails were a disaster from getting them done at a previous salon. Linda was very kind and explained her process of how to she going to fix my nails and re-do them. She is very professional and sweet! Linda did a phenomenal job with reshaping and Painting my nails and I couldn’t be more happier with how they came out. I will definitely be coming back to her!

Linda is literally a life saver with my nails! She absolutely is THE best! She was so nice and sweet and really cared about how I felt about my nails when I left the shop! She saved the day! I recommend her to anybody because you won’t be disappointed!

LOVED nail service (pink and white or french manicure). Looked nice all the way to refill. Lash service started nice, but has degraded. Be aware of giving lash extensions vs applying individuals and use of bonding glue for lash extensions.

I LOVEEEE THIS NAIL SHOP!!! The customer service is always great no matter who I get and the owner is always prompt at answering the phone/making appointments. I normally get my acrylics done by Kelly or Kathy (owner) and they always come out the way I want and stay intact for two weeks +. THANK YOU GUYS!

I love this nail shop, so many services and great nail tects to choose from! Kelly does my nails and feet she is always amazing I love my nails I do a slik wrap on my nails to keep them strong and long, have not had tips in years ladies not since Kelly started doing my nails! I also refer all of my girls to this shop we often run into each other in the shop keeping are nails fresh and beautiful always, we all have different girls doing different services for us and love them all !

This salon is clean and the staff is so friendly. My nail technician paid great attention to detail and made sure I loved them every step of the way. I will continue to go here and would absolutely recommend others stop in as well.

Didn’t get what I asked for, definitely over charged. Second time going and wasn’t happy, I’ll never go back! Nails were done horrible!! If they lady wasn’t super slow I would, I would of had her redo them.

$50 for an acrylic full set, but $40 for a rebase? That doesnt seem to match the difference in product / time cost. My nails turned out okay enough (after I went home and filed them) and I had to use acetone to remove the globs of acrylic gel she got all over my fingers.I was willing to try again with a different tech, but Ill take my business elsewhere.

They do good work! There only two things I don’t like about this place is: You Mark an appointment they never ask for your name and If you ask they say they don’t need it. Which do they know your the appointment and not a walkin, not to mention the person you scheduled an appointment has just seated someone in their chair 5 mins before your time. Second thing- they don’t introduce themselves to you. You shouldn’t have to ask them what their name is. If your not going to introduce yourself then maybe put a name plate on your table.

I had been to this salon before and was never wowed until today. It was my first time getting my nails done by Linda, and I think fate aligned it just right because I was amazed by her work. She is very diligent and seems to really care about her work, making sure she perfects every little detail. I had just come to get a regular polish full set, but she convinced me to try dip powder and then she added her own personal, creative touch. I walked in just looking for a full set, but I walked out with a masterpiece. Linda is amazing, I recommend her 100%.

Linda did an amazing job on my nails. Definitely would recommend you to see her if you like the BLING nails. I’ve seen other ones in there but hers are amazing. No complaints on any of them.
