Made me feel like I was doing them a disservice by being there! When I say the lady who took care of me RUSHED, oh boy, believe it! Oh, not to mention the attitude I got back for addressing what I didn’t like. She kept making my big toes look crooked by not properly shaping the nail. Take a look at the picture I attached.. this is a picture after a week of getting my nails done (not fresh pic) but still, you get the point. It should NOT look like that near the cuticle and the toe next to it looks deformed because of the nail polish! What?Zero out of ten stars

I went to this nail salon yesterday and I had the worst experience. I went in for pink and white fill in. She started working on me and seemed rushed (this concerned me). When she was about to put the clear coat I asked her about the different shade of pink. I told her she needs to fix it. She ignored me and kept Applying the clear coat and said it’s because my nails were yellow and old. I told her then she should’ve removed them and suggested a fresh set (they were not yellow nor old, just needed a fill). The owner got involved and said, “it’s because you had them done at another salon prior, so out pink fill didn’t match”.I said I’ll come back tomorrow and we can fix it. He said it’ll be $67 to remove and redo. Plus the $37 dollars they charged me to experiment on me. I told him, so I’m to pay over $100???“He said it’s not going to be for free”That really upset me, because I wasn’t trying to get a freebie, just a good service. Long story short they were all VERY unprofessional and are not about pleasing the customers. They just want to take your money. My 3 year old niece does better work than this.

Absolutely impressive. Great gentle touch with both my hands and feet. Very good with color as well. Very clean.

Horrible work didn’t even take the toe thing off they fought with my grandma, there was roaches in the bathroom the man caught a fly with chopsticks and ate it disgusting experience.

Had a mani pedi done yesterday. It looks like a 4 year old did them. Also the guy who did my manicure had disgusting dirt (i hope it was only dirt) under his own nails. I barely wanted to have him touch me. All this aside from the fact that he didnt paint my entire nail. When I bought this to his attention, HE had the nerve to cop an attitude.

I went to Hollywood nails today with my daughter. She really wanted white gel nails and she even grew her nails out for a couple of weeks just for the lady to File them down to the skin and cut her skin to were the she started bleeding

I had asked for a little bit of cold water and the guy ignored me completely and proceeded to do my nails. The lady rushed me into paying her right away after I just had gotten off the chair

I didnt get anything done ✅ here I was with my best friend she got a Pedi done ✅ here I have a much nicer more relaxing atmosphere place that I go to and love A lot way better than Hollywood Nails Salon

They dont listen to you and they talk to each other while they are doing your service in Chinese very rude

15 minutes and pedicure was done, 1 minute message only!! Not a good place-- without telling me they did delux pedicure lol, i just asked for normal pedicure.

If I could give zero stars I would this place is very unprofessional they have different prices on website than inside and will not honor all they said was those are old prices and they’ll call

I like that they are quick, but not precise. When he polished my nails the polish wasnt close to my cuticles, therefore it looked as if I already needed a fill after 2 days.

Not the best, not the worst. I hate to ding a business in the current situation, but it really was not the best of service. Maybe these reviews will have them change some things. It was definitely not as bad as other said but chipped quicker than other places and they were a bit rough around the edges.

Been Going Here For 18 years!! Great Service

I got my nails done there on Friday 9/18.I have provided talking pictures of the service. I was burned multiple times, my cuticles have been cut on multiple fingers, and the polish is already chipping.I spent 40$ for rushed work, and a very painful experience. I used to come here all the time in high school... but something has definitely changed.I have pictures but it won’t let me post them here.

This is a family owned store. Very reasonable prices and very good work. They do get busy so try and go as soon as they open. The owner is starting to be grouchy though at just nothing. Maybe is age. I get the same thing, nothing fancy, and tip him, but he still. Well hope retirement is not comming.

The price is affordable and results are great. The employees are very welcoming.

Went in for a fill in with no chip color. Two days after two nails broke and the no chip color was peeling off. Went back in just like I would anywhere else to let them know that I would like the nails fixed. At this point my bank statement still showed a pending payment and I had my receipt. No need for either because I had to repay for my services. I would have much rather went someplace that caters to customers and provides quality materials. I’ve been getting my nails done for years with acrylic... there’s no reason why the acrylic should be this cheap. I would say no . Find any place else

THE WORST PLACE EVER! Definitely rushed on my nails, they were very rude from the moment I walked in. My nail shape wasn’t even what I wanted & I asked to correct it before my gel dip but she said that style was “in” so she refused to fix it. She cut my skin for filing down my nails way to harsh & being distracted talking to someone else. First & last time going there. Do not recommend.

First time I went to get my nails done whats great the second time they had a attitude they service is a little wishy-washy

My first time here was in December the man did a terrible job my nails came off in a week it was a rush job bad experience. The second time here was in February the woman did my nails it was better. So to me it really depends on who is serving you. How crowded the place is. They rush whenever its a lot of customers

Honestly, the only person who did my nails good was the youngest who works there. Although she wasn’t super friendly, she asked me what i wanted and made sure that as she was going i was liking the length & color. In they end they turned out fairly good (a couple of the size of my nails weren’t always the same) but overall the polish was well and she always got the sides of my nails. When i got my nails done with 2 other workers there they rushed and burn my finger/nail or mess up the polish. Have been there about 4 times, i got lucky to have gotten the one good worker 2/4 times but definitly re-thinking going of back!

My second time here today, at first I had a very good experience & today was ridiculous. I came to get the exact same manicure fill & was charger 10 more. The lady had a nasty attitude. I will not be returning anymore. 2nd & last time coming here.

My wallet was stolen: I was getting my 2 year old a simple clear paint manicure, after finished, I paid, and left a tip. When I put her in the car seat I realized my WALLET was left inside where the man was assisting my niece (this was only 3 min later it should have been there). I asked him about my wallet he just Put his head down as if he knew where it was and I was yelled at to leave and never come back/ threaten to have the police called? When I was just asking. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Wouldn’t recommend.

Worst pedicure and no chip ever

Went for a simple no chip and they took almost an hour . They are short staffed and wanna just rush through every client. Not even taking their time . It seems like every time they are worst and worst .

He was cutting and he kept burning me on my fingers and the are the size or shape I want

The service is great & the personnel is very friendly. The work on your nail at a very speedy pace, but at the same time give you superior service.

I love my nails

The guy who did my pedicure was friendly and did a great job. The older woman (I assume the wife) who did my nails and eyebrows however did not seem to even want me there. She rushed through giving me a full set, so much so that she cut me with one of the tools. When doing my eyebrows she was so rough and abrasive I have never experienced such a painful waxing before in my 10 years of getting it done. All and all the end result was OK but for $85, OK is unacceptable. I will not be going back.

Went there about a month ago for a Pedicure and No Chip. Service was decent. Friendly enough. My nails looked okay. Not the best place to go. Next time I will be taking my business else where that I feel welcome and I dont have to settle for okay looking nails.

Its been about a week since i was here for a pedicure and now I have athletes foot. Now besides my pregnancy i also have to deal with this foot problem.Im 9 months pregnant and very noticeable,so I went to get my pedicure since I cant reach my toes. Everything seemed well until I left my husband told me she didnt cut them short enough and they werent well painted. Soo I went back and complaint all she did was paint over her original job and made the paint look really bad. I was so mad, more because Im pregnant and cant do anything again at least until my new born is 1 month.

I went in on a rainy day. They where beginning to close I guess due to slow services they still accepted me as a walk in. But didnt even turn the lights back on. She did my full set in 25 min. And it usually takes longer than that. The polish was horrible. It was overall a bad experience another customer walked in then they decided to turn the lights on. How professional!

If there was no stars thats what i would pick. my sister in law and i went there on our lunch break, long story short. the owner did ok on my nails his wife did my sister in laws nails. she left her nails full of bubbles the sides not finished. so my sister in law complained and told them im not going to pay for this give me a discount you guys did a really bad job. (meantime, i was paying for my nails and i asked the wife how much it was she told me it was 31 she charged my card 66! the husband refunded my money, then the wife put her phone in my sisters face. anyones reaction is to move the phone the wife then pushed my sister, and the husband pushed my sister. my sister told him do not touch me! he said he had to because he is the owner. long story short this place is the worse customer service. you guys need to take your time and not rush when it comes to your customers take your time, do it right, that is how you keep customers coming back. good luck staying open.

I went there and got an acrylic overlay. My nails kept chipping. When I went back to see if we could resolve the problem. The wife was rude as hell. They dont have to worry about me ever going there again.
