Always a great experience!

I went there to get a full set of acrylic nails and they were thick and uneven and too long when I said something to the technician, he just shook his head and kept going. Then he said done and I said no I wanted them fixed the owner yelled at me and said that I didn’t tell him what I wanted and kicked me out. Very rude and the technicians barely understand you.

Ive been going here for 10 years and I love their new location. Great staff, clean and great services. I get both pedicures and acrylics and my 9 year old prefers her pedicures here too!

If youre black dont waste your time here. Ive tried to get my nails done twice here. I see empty chairs and I am told they cant because an appointment may be coming. Take your money elsewhere. I am not the first to say this and I doubt Ill be the last Asian Nails is better and close.

Hugh did a full set for me and he dida great job. Exactly what I asked for and asked the entire time if everything was ok. A little more expensive than i anticipated but worth it. Will definitely be back

Terrible. I will never go back there. Had me crying in the nail shop. They were talking about me and over charged me. Unprofessional one guy was vaping in the salon. All together terrible if I could give them one star I would for sure. I hate my nails. And idc the customer is always right. It’s sad that I have to go home and shape my nails by myself.

I have been quite happy with my manis and pedis and if I’m not-I gently say so and they are only too eager to please. If you don’t say anything, how are people to know?As for complaints of “racism,” that is as ludicrous as it is unfair! It’s always best to make an appointment. Yes, Crystal Nails does welcome walk-ins but not at the expense of customers who have appointments! If walk-ins can be accommodated, they are only to happy to do so. Obviously, at busy times, this is more difficult to accomplish.Give Crystal Nails a try-it’s a family owned and run business. If one technician doesn’t suit you, then try another. Caprina and Ryan want you to have a great experience!

This place is racist. If your black don’t go here. I’ll tell you my story of the reason I deem this place to be racist. Came here three different times. Twice after work and I work late so I figured it was because I didn’t have an appointment. The Chinese lady that sit in the front told me “there wasn’t enough time to do a mani and a pedi” ok, so Today I just tried to come in on a Saturday morning surely I can get my nails and feet done. No again, told by the same woman . “Not enough time”? It’s only 10am. And they say “walk ins welcome” I’m a paying customer, this is horrible. But I will not be back to this place to get treated like trash and I trying to supply your company business. I will report you

Worst experience. The lady that was assisting me, did not know how to do the nail shape I desired. She made my nails too short after I told her the length I wanted, she didnt pay any attention to me. She was stuck in her own conversation.Just the absolute worst experience. I will never go back there.

I drive from lakewood to aurora to have ryan do my nails. I tried a few places closer to me and they all sucked compared to the quality that i was used to at Crystal nails. I will never go to another place for my nails.

I went to Crystal Nails on Sunday 9/18/16 for a pedicure. Arrived about 11:20 . The young girl that did my $45. pedicure did a rushed job. She and another young girl were doing pedicures side by side. They spent more time whispering to each other than paying attention to there job. My polish is messy. She didnt clean the polish off the side of my toes. She told me I could sit down and dry my toes if I wanted. I paid for $45 PEDICURE. I dont think she even used all the product she was supposed to use on my feet. The lady next to me had the same $45 pedicure. She was started before me and we both where done at the same time. I was dissatisfied with the service.
