Worst salon ever. My nails looked like a 5 year old did them. Broke 3 nails within 6 days. They are completely unprofessional and dirty. I also got a nail infection from the pedicure. The older man in the front did my nails and they were terrible. Don’t go here!!!

Was nervous to try a new salon but was NOT disappointed. I showed my nail tech a picture of how i wanted my nails and he made my nails look better than the picture.

DO NOT GO HERE! my poor mom and me went to get our nails done and they did her soo wrong, we went back 3 times for them to fix it and they still could not even do a decent job, my mom spent 100$ here we got a full set and a pedicure. Me and my mom got the exact same design and the older man in the front (who we found out is the owner ) did my moms nails and he did a horrible job, they looked so bad compared to mine . 2 nails broke within a week, and the pedicure also gave her an infection. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IT IS DIRTY AND HORRIBLE QUALITY .

First few time I’ve gone the experience was great and so was the work. The last two times after my pedicure my toes were itchy and swollen. This last time I had the same issue but worse I had a blister around my toes and insane itching and redness. Obviously it’s a bacterial infection. I’m on vacation looking for remedies and punching the air. They don’t clean their tools.

I had a great experience here ! In and out within an hour getting both a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Staff was nice and place was clean. Hygiene standards are really important at salons and they definitely do a great job. Everyone was very nice and polite. I can’t wait to return !

Annie is so sweet! I’m sure everyone there is sweet but Annie is my favorite! Her jelly pedicure feels amazing! She did some gorgeous French tip work on my fingers and toes and I couldn’t be happier!

I went in for dip powder and one of the nail technicians was very rude to me. He cut my mail with dip on it without even filing it down or anything. Then when I said something he was very disrespectful and told me he did not want to do my nails and started yelling at me from across the room. Then the owner I think started doing my nails and once she put the foil on them to soak, she left me and attended to someone else!!! I waited for about 20 min with my dip soaked off and ended up walking out of the chair with my nails not done and going to another salon. Worst service I have EVER received at a nail salon. Please do not go here if you can help it

This was my second visit and it was worse than the first. I feel bad for leaving a bad review, especially during these times, but I wont be returning. A simple shellac manicure shouldnt be hard to do. My nail tech was struggling even just filing my nails. Eventually I had to ask her for the file. She said idk whats wrong with my eyes. She was an older lady with glasses, I could tell she was struggling. I felt bad, so I didnt even mention the polish being all messed up. I dont recommend going here. Also, the tools were dirty and are clearly not cleaned in between people(which i know, you get what you pay for) but also maybe not cleaned, like ever. Bad experience. Nice techs just not worth the wasted time/money.

My mom comes here regularly and loves it. She took me here to get tips and dip and they did a great job! I ended up breaking one of my nails (I work with my hands as my profession) and had to come get one fixed — also did a great job at fixing it and made sure all my other nails were still nice! Very dirty! They do not sanitize anything! I paid $45 for a “deluxe” pedicure which lasted 18 whole minutes. The leg message absolutely sucked! Worst experience ever!

Spent 2 hours here for simple color full set & came back 2nd day with broken nail now 3rd day 2 other broken nails, I set an appointment last night for the nails to get fixed. I’m still waiting and going to be charged for them fixing the nails .. I wish this could be prevented with better experience with nails. I feel he put the artificial nail too much on the end with very little acrylic. Also to mention it took so long because he said he couldn’t do curved nails, nor make them thick where I asked. Not happy.. used to be my go to salon before new owners .. please do better!

Went in for a full set. Came out with bubbles on my acrylic nails. The lady rushed through my nails and didnt even apply a top coat. She didnt let my nails sit the complete time under the UV light.

Today was my first visit here. The young lady at the front was really nice BUT the service was terrible. I sat in the massage chair for a pedicure waiting for about an hour. After getting out of the chair ..,, I have no words .Basically, I could have done this at home. It looks like I just got my toes polish.

Emily messed me up, she got glue in my eyes glued my right eye shut and lost lashes on the way to the ER......and my eyes would not stop watering for 30 minutes after. Obviously got an infection. Dont recommend. I asked her how long she has been doing eye lashes and she said for a long time. BS.

First time visiting this salon. I made an appointment over the phone with Helen due to the review suggestions. When I arrived, I was told Helen was no longer there so that was misleading. Kevin did my pedicure and Dip nails. Very nice man. Pedicure could have been better, did an excellent job on my Dip nails! Did not notice any sanitizing or cleaning while I was there or in between customers. Used water bottle was at my station. I told the person that seated me and she just left it. there. That is concerning especially with the recent rise in Covid cases. I was just careful and used hand sanatizer. I will be back but hope to see more sanitizing put into place.

Charming nails is the first place I ever got my nails done and Ive refused to go anywhere else since. Not only is their staff super sweet they are very clean and professional. With covid going on they have made sure to adhere to all CDC requirements while still maintaining a comfortable and friendly environment. Helen especially has always been my go to nail person. She listens to all my needs and makes sure everything is clean and sanitized and always provides outstanding service! I recommend charming nails to everyone that asks where I get my nails done!

I’ve been going to Helen for the past 4 years. She is supper sweet and always listens to what I say and provides great advice when it comes to my nails. The staff here are very friendly. Right now that covid is happening they have been providing a clean environment, with temperature checks and making sure everyone washes their hands. They also are practicing social distancing rules.

I just love Heidi she is great!!! She does amazing and is so gentle.

Usually I like this place, but last month I had a horrible experience. My nail tech did not seem professional, he did not soak my nails, he just ripped them off. He hurt me, and I don’t plane on coming back. Also the place was dirty. Like I said I usually like this place, but my bad experience was a bad one.

I had a full set of gel/dip /acrylic nails done by Halena as well as a rebase. The amount of glue and chemicals she let get all on my hands from going too fast destroyed my hands! I had to remove the nails and it has been a month and they still crack and bleed. I treat them everyday with oils trying so hard to fix the careless damage done. I will never go back again!

Very clean, following proper protocol, I felt safe and secure knowing they take cleaning procedures and expectations seriously! I was confident going and will continue to do so!

Went in for a pedicure with my feet looking better than I left. Me and my friend went in, paid the same prices for two different sets and both left very unhappy, not offered a discount nor tried to accommodate for that fact my friend was very upset about her feet. Would not recommend.

Helen did an amazing job on my nails and toe nails, shellac mermaid styles nails and mermaid toes. Both came out gorgeous and she was so sweet and patient with me and my kids. And the eyelash extention service was amazing, I never caught the ladys name who did them but I love them!!!

I have been going to charming nails for months and am extremely happy with service. They are willing to listen to my wants. If I notice something needs to be changed or fixed they are on it right away. Excellent service!!!!I hope this gets to the proper charming nail salon since there are 2 in Aurora.

The service is terrible. They are not complying with the CDC regulations for COVID-19! When I asked them about it, Helan said I need to calm down and live life.

Omg..and nooo do not go here!!!! I have ingrown nails on 5 fingers. Plus i have gel on my ring! And the bottom of my nails and fingers there is gel residue and paint. I M beyond upset and dissatisfied/disappointed. Never go here its the worst experience ive had in 30 years. TRASH

Total confusion. I was moved 3 times. Poor job, I requested dip, got horrid Acrylics. Picture is not with them grown out this is where she put the nail so far away from my cuticle and it is so thick it screams cheap fake nails. Also she did not set a towel down not even a paper towel and she used her hand just to keep wiping the table off as she did the work it was not a quick Look at photo this is the Quaid job I got for $48 plus a tip!!

WONDERFUL place to go! Everyone there is incredibly nice and so personable. Helen is magnificent and is a master of her craft! I will continue to refer friends and family and I will go nowhere else.

What ever you do dont see the lady that goes by the name of Emily! She did the sloppiest paint job, nails were uneven after she filed them to death. She even forgot how many times she dipped my nails. I went back in for her to fix the top coat and she made it worse! Now Ive gotta live my life hiding my nails until they grow out! Nails were great, but the lady was face timing someone the entire time I was there. This happened both times I went. Tools were not sanitized and at that point I decided to not go back. It’s so difficult finding a sanitary nail salon, per state board exams anything that is not metal should be one time use.

I just recently moved back to Colorado and to my surprise Helen was no longer working at the nail spa that I used to go to. I was really disappointed that Helen had moved to another nail spa.I asked around and I found out where Helen was now working and also the new manager at Charming Nails and Spa.. I was very excited to see Helen and get her back as my nail technician. Helen is the BEST Nail in the industry and she is very personable and friendly. If my wife and I could give Helen 10 Stars we would. Helen is simply the BEST !!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst service ever, the place smells of chemicals that are so very strong. I should have turned around and left. A hacked job with a bleeding nail Bed and my 2 yo could have put polish on better. Will NEVER a come back.

When I walked in I asked if they did dip powder, they said yes but the lady who did my nails tried to talk me out of doing dip powder for a good 10 mins, had a good color range but was out of most of the colors, they charge extra for almond and coffin shape ($5) when I asked for designs she said she could do them yet she couldn’t, No one else knew how to do designs either.

I love Charming Nails and Spa. The owner, Helen, is a sweetheart and so are all the techs she has working there. I have been going there since they opened.

They always treat me so well and do an excellent job on my nails. I usually get an acrylic set with gel. Lots of colors to choose from and I’ve never had to wait long. This place is definitely a hidden gem for me.

Helen is a real nail artist! The atmosphere is warm, cozy, without being too small, and friendly. Ive been going here over 2 years and wont go anywhere else!

This review may be a bit biased bc both the nail tech and I were 6 months pregnant! I received a gel manicure,regular pedicure, and eyebrow wax and the service was superb I showed up around 4PM on a Saturday and had a very short wait time. They made friendly conversation and were polite. They were attentive to my need such as asking me if the shade on my nails was dark enough bc I chose a pastel pink. The eyebrows wax was very quick but the results were great. I will definitely be returning!

First time here after hearing good reviews. Was very disappointing overall. Cost almost as much to get a past gel manicure removed as it did to get a new manicure! The lady who did my nails was rude and rushed through everything. Definitely the worst manicure I have ever gotten and I had to fix it as soon as I got home.

I came here by referral from one of my friends to get my nails done. The staff was quite friendly talkative and listen to a lot of my request. I was getting my nails done for my wedding and so I wanted something special and the guy who did my nails definitely made it worth it.Unfortunately my sister got a pedicure and when she got her toes painted they had switched the technician to a different technician and the new technician took off the nail polish she had told her that she needed shellac chose a different color for my sister and painted on that color instead after the first technician had already done a majority of her toes.For this type of mistake the owner should have gave my sister a discount or should have taken her time to redo her nails instead my sister had to end up paying full price

Overall, the atmosphere of the shop was great. Very clean and allowed for tons of sunlight to come in. I went to get SNS nails done here since its one of the few shops here that have caught on to the craze/trend. Unfortunately, in the process of filling my nails, the nail tech cut me, did not properly remove my cuticles, and used super glue in sealing my nails (???). *This made the removal process extremely difficult*. When they dried, there were ridges on my nails in places that the super glue was applied heavily. I would still recommend the place however, be aware of products being used in your service and the quality of your nails, as I believe some techs are more knowledgeable about the process than others.
