This place was very backed up, and my appointment started 20 minutes late. The woman who did my nails was very kind and was working hard to be efficient, but she did not sanitize properly as she switched between me and other customers. The big issue though is that she also took a large chunk out of my cuticle, as pictured below. Ive been knicked before, and the bleeding stops in a few minutes. The chunk she took out was so big and deep that it bled through the band aid we eventually put on. It bled through the entire manicure. It was still bleeding when I got home. She eventually, momentarily stopped the blood with glue, effectively gluing my blood under the manicure. She apologized to me at least a dozen times, but I was absolutely appalled to still be charged full price for this experience. Telling me I could come back the next day to have the particular nail redone is a joke of a consolation. I wouldnt go back even though its less than a mile from my house and they had a lot of colors.

I have been going here for a few years since it is close to where I live. I just had a very good manicure and dip service from Nancy. She was patient and meticulous with getting my nails to the shortest length I requested. Best of all she didn’t talk me into dip or try to sway me in any way, which can be the case for some nail techs. She took care to make sure the nail design I wanted for ring finger would look good. Excellent customer service!

First time coming in on a busy Sunday afternoon! Got a full set and a wax, Tina was my nail tech and she was amazing!!! Got me in on time for my appointment like scheduled, she was very sweet and didn’t push me into something I didn’t want. She took her time to make sure my nails looked good, and checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

I love this place! Kim is the absolute BEST. I have been going to her every 2-3 weeks for the past year and a half and I refuse to go to anyone else. She keeps my nails looking flawless and on point! Ive always been happy with her work and admire her perfectionism and attention to detail. I always get compliments on my nails after going to her. When I first went here, I thought that I would need to get acrylic, but she told me about dip powder to grow my real nails and I will never go back! Im happy that she makes sure that my real nails stay looking this good! I highly recommend this place to everyone. Go see Kim! You will NOT be disappointed.

I went to get gel nails last Wednesday. After 2 days, they were chipping at the edge. I went back and they did fix them but they chipped again that same night.. Gel polish usually lasts me 2.5 to 3 weeks.They have a habit of not removing the old gel all the way before putting new gel polish on. My nails were bumpy instead of smooth. And in the light you cam see where the old gel is.Also, I asked the tech to make sure the white tips of the French manicure were solid and not transparent. I think I used the word thick she misunderstood, I guess. Because she made the tips too wide. They covered half of my nail. I wont be back!

I like this place, they do a great job for what you pay. I just get pedicures when I go.The ladies do a great job, my legs and feet always feel so much better afterwards. I have MS and get a lot of leg cramps, so its great to have a way to get things to calm down

It was clean and my nail tech was fast and did a great job.

First of all, it was way too expensive for the quality I received. Dip powder for me was $50, and she left excess powder under my nails that looked horrible, I had to file down rough edges at home, and she left bumps all over my nails. Not only that, but half the nails are flat or bumpy all over. Not worth the money I spent to have to try and fix them at home.

Tina and Tami are just fabulous! You CANNOT go wrong with this place and Tina is a master at ombre dip!!! Thank you ladies!

I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years now. The workmanship is great, I’m always happy with the work they do. The environment is very professional and throughout the pandemic this location has maintained social distancing and the use of masks and sanitation. I look forward to my trips to this location to get my nails done.

I come here and see Tina for both my nails and pedis when I come in. I come like twice a month once for my fill and than a pedi.. I highly recommend the volcano spa pedi its amazing cost about 45 with regular polish.

I was going to this salon every week pretty much because every time they did my nails the next day my nails would chip or the polish would be coming off. I had my nails done by 3 different people and it was the same every time. They were very nice ladies but terrible quality! I kept going back because the location is convenient for me. Never again!

Twice now I have left this place with nothing but frustration! I came back today to give this place another shot mainly because they’re across the street from my house and some of the ladies are very sweet. I know now to never visit this place again! I’m sure women can relate when I say how horrible it feels to leave a nail shop and absolutely hate your nails! The owner of this shop does not know what she is doing! I asked for a specific thing I wanted done I even brought a picture. She failed to even come close and when I told her I was not happy she made me feel as if I was a huge bother! Proceeds to to tell me about why it can’t be done! Mrs owner... you tell customers this before you start! I’m not a technician I did not go to school for this. You did! Also if you are not skilled I do not appreciate being a puppet to practice on! Especially when I’m paying for services. To be fair the only bad experiences I’ve had here have been with the owner.🤷🏻‍♀️ All other ladies there are sweet and caring.

I wanted to give them a try while my hubby has a beer next door. I hate to leave low star reviews however I went in for a gel mani and the tech used the wrong color (noticed after it was done) and her children kept coming out from the back to talk to her. I understand as I am a mom but this is also a business. Furthermore the color was not even and is blobby. Very sad

I went to Charming Nails for the first time today. I got dipping powder nails and a pedicure from Helena.My pedi was incredibly relaxing and the parafin wax at the end made my feet feel baby soft!!Helena is FANTASTIC!! She is the best dipping powder tech, she has a cool trick to make your nails match your iPhone (Ill post a pic) and she made my nails PERFECTLY short, square w/ round edges as I requested!!The atmosphere was nice with chill music and everyone who works there is pleasant.Definitely a 5 star nail salon experience!!Thanx Helena!!

I thought I found a new nail shop close to me. Came in for dipping powder, Anna rushed through it. Upon leaving and seeing my nails in the light, I phoned for someone to redo them. I was told to come in, when I got there the same lady that didn’t do them correctly with a horrible attitude redid a few of my nails and they look even worse . I could have done a better job myself!!! People don’t have money to pay for nails that don’t look professional.Not professional at all, won’t be back- cancel my pedi on Saturday.

Did an okay job, but charged me and the two people I was with very different amounts for the same or similar nails. They dont inform you that you will be charged extra for some of the gell nail colors

One of my nails broke the night before Thanksgiving and when I called right before they closed she told me to come and she fixed it for free. Very nice work and nice people that care about their customers.

The lady cut the life out of my cuticles, they were bleeding when I left. They also overcharge for crappy quality gel manicures done with the cheapest gel polishes. I had to get a whole hand redone because the lady who did my nails overflowed and refused to admit it, saying that it was my actual nail, not to mention she was in a rush to finish because she prioritized a customer who came in later than I did, even though I was there first. Never coming here again.

Called to make an appointment and ask for pricing and NEVER made an appointment. Lady I spoke to WOULD NOT GIVE ME PRICING and only kept asking me if I could come in today, come in tomorrow, etc. I asked her several times point blank what is the pricing for a simple mani and 2 sets of acrylics and hung up instead because she refused to answer my question. Will NEVER EVER EVER EVER use them due to a simple lack of answering my question.
