Newer pedi chairs and the remote is built in the arm rest which was nice! The staff were friendly and professional. Clean facility and loved my pedi! I did get the best one with paraffin and it was amazing! Heated shoulder pad, wonderful scented creams, oils and scrub which was really nice and not harsh on my legs.I will come back again and bring my sister too!Good value!

Got a mani pedi today after having a issue last time. Today was a complete turn around and Lien who did the service was great. The owner was very kind and I appreciated her making things right. I will be back and I have now given Elite nails 5 stars. Thank you for the excellent service. Lien you are wonderful.

Very bad manicure. Uneven polish and bumpy. There wasn’t enough polish and she just kept adding to the bottle to finish manicure. These pictures were taken when I got home from nail salon.

They deleted my review. So here you go again, The owner was So rude. The lady who did my nails was rolling her eyes while doing my nails. My toe nails were not clipped. The name of business is called NAILS & Spa NAILS people! my nails are sharp they have cut my skin, due to her not filing them down. I was there for an hour and 45 mins. Now I know why I was the ONLY one in the salon. I should of read the reviews before going. READ mine and go else where. this place doesnt have their prices posted any where, They over charge you and do not post their prices anywhere. She gave not one not two but THREE different prices and then said the higher one... I was NOT happy. I had no choice but to pay. Then I thought I should ask for my money back. I was told they would have to take my nails OFF! PETTY PETTY PETTY!!! GOOD LUCK if you choose to go here! and my lip is Still RED from 4 days ago. She burned me with the wax!

They were extremely distracted and in a rush to complete the job that I left with two cuts. One on my hand nail and on my foot. Had previously had better experiences but I definitely won’t be back.

The lady who did my nails messed them up twice and blamed it both times on me even though she clearly put her hands on my wet nail and said I needed to quit moving (which I wasnt at all). They are shaped horribly, I asked for coffin and that is NOT AT ALL WHAT I GOT, when I spoke up about it she said Im not done yet after 20+ minutes of shaping my nails, I shouldve gotten out of this place so fast. She got glue all over my hands and told me I needed to go home and get it off. This is a nail salon isnt this why Im coming here so I do not have to do anything to them when I get home? First time Ive been here and I am NEVER COMING BACK. Waste of 70$ save your time and your nails.

Over all my nails look pretty good. The lady who did my pedicure was a bit rough and didnt seem to be paying attention at times which left my feet looking the way they do. I can hardly walk on my feet they hurt so bad... I do believe this happened while she was using the cheese grater thing. Really upset about my feet and scared to go back here dispite my nails looking pretty good.

They charged more than they said. The owner was very rude! I was having “one nail fixed”. The other tech was going to do “all my nails”. I had to stop her. They did not assist in matching the color and had to be redone. Overall very poor experience, didn’t even know how to work their own massage chairs when I asked! Just don’t go!

I love everything about this place. Im not a hair and nails kind of girl, Im there for the rest of the pampering. The nails look great though. I get the lavender deluxe mani-pedi. Lesley took great care of me. My skin is soft and pretty and the leg and arm massages are amazing. I highly recommend going there for a little TLC

I got my mani pedi yesterday in an attempt to treat myself. The ladies were ok, not too polite, I didnt catch anyones names. They were super rude to the customer after me. There was a significant language barrier and I was definitely upsold by it. I like my pedi and mynails were close enough to what I had asked for but they are lumpy from the dip powder and I have significant cuts on 4 of my fingers that are pretty painful. It was evident she was out of top coat doing my dip nails and they are missing powder in spots. The tip on my thumb also does not fit.*its hard to get 1 handed photos*

My mom and I came here and the ladies were rude! The lady who did my moms rushed through and put a full set on in about 5 minutes. Her nails were crooked and not the kind she asked for several times. My nails are lumpy and crooked as well also she made my fingers bkeed in a few spots.. They dont speak to you only to each other so it was a very impersonal experience do not reccomend.

I am not going back to this place!I feel like they charged me a lot of money for a refill service!

Never get your acrylic nails removed from here. They pried them off without a dremel or soaking them. My fingers are sore and it felt like they were gonna rip my actual nail off

Worst salon Ive ever been to. Firstly, their website prices were different than the price they told me when I sat down, then they left my acrylic lumpy and uneven. I will never go back there.

I started going to Elite because it was close to the house and the prices were fair compared to the services you received. I would see the same technician and she did a good job on pedicures. However the service became complacent and mediocre; The tech would cut my cuticle, causing them to bleed. My nail color would chip. I would make appointments and would sit and wait. On my last visit, I was there for 40+ minutes waiting, there was no consideration of at least having my feet soak while waiting or acknowledging I had been waiting. This is unprofessional.

Had a dip full set put on. Supposed to be red and black ombre. It looks horrible I said so but it had already taken so long I had to go. I paid 65 for this! Then I see a few days later they charged me 82 dollars! I called and she said she would call me back and never did. Horrible experience.

My bridesmaid paid for a mani pedi for my wedding day here and it was so beautiful. This was my first time ever getting a manicure and the nails turned out beautiful. The employees are so nice as well. I don’t get my nails done, and probably wouldn’t for a long time again, but it was a nice treat. Love this place and they have great a great business.

I went here to hang out with a friend I hadn’t seen in a while, asked for a full set. Waited over an hour to have my Nails done while my friend was basically done. Had them for 6 days and 3 of them broke off. I paid $50 before tip and they don’t last!

I have been here 3 times to 3 different nail artists. They have all exceeded my expectations. The quality is great. Chi, My and Nancy are all wonderful! I love that they still do colored powder because not alot of salons do anymore. So happy to finally find my favorite nail salon in my area. Keep up the great work ladies!!

I absolutely LOVE it here! Nancy is amazing and so are a lot of the other women here. I go about every two weeks for nails and pedicure.. and I am always extremely pleased! Tried lashes for the first time and I’ve received nothing BUT compliments since. Not to mention they do my waxing too. Definitely recommending everyone to Nancy’s shop! The worst nail salon I have every been to. I repeatedly ask for sns colors to only be given everything else. I wanted white glitter nails no nail art nothing fancy. I spoke with 4 different techs and they all gave me different answers. My friend was with my and they gave her a color she didnt want and they wouldnt change it. This was a waste of time and money. It took over 3 hours for 2 pedicures and one sns set

Worst service ever🙄🙄 when they are busy they do everything in a hurry, also really expensive for such a cheap work. Nails look uneven, not to many options, and they take forever to attend you and when they do as i said they don’t do there work right. Last time coming to this place

They were amazing. They had all COVID precautions in place. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a mani/ pedi. They took really great care of my hands and tootsies.

They were rude, and if u get a simple pedicure, they dont bother to really focus on you. I also got a manicure and they didnt cut my nails right and kept pressuring me to get them shellac instead. They didnt bother to clean my nails properly. I decide to try out and get my eyebrows waxed and the lady left hairs still. So I told her if she can finish and she would just answer that she knew what she was doing. BUT still came home with hairs. I ended up pay $10 for eyebrows but came home to finish them. I was very disappointed. It seemed like I was taking so much of their time. Overall they were so rude. They cant even give u s smile when they walk in. No, hi how are u?. Straight to the point want do u need.

I moved here from Las Vegas 4 years ago and struggled to find a place that would allow me to bring my own acrylic in and also get quality service! My entire first year I spent looking for a place and my best friend suggested going to see Nancy. I have literally never gone anywhere else after she had did my nails! She is the absolute best she does my nails and any of the other girls will do my pedi when Im there! I never have any doubt that Im going to leave unsatisfied. Even my husband comes in and gets pedicures! But we love it here, certainly worth the half hour drive for me when I need to to relax and have some time to myself.

Worst ever! I asked for a Mani & pedi. Shortly after I came in one of the workers came in with her 4 small children. The kids were given free reign over the shop and my relaxing spa experience turned into Romper Room. The polish for the pedi is all over my toes and doesnt fully cover some of the nails on my right foot. She cut the nails on my right hand so short that I cant put polish on them, but then didnt cut the left hand side to match. I paid and left without receiving the full manicure. My nails are already ruined for my vacation.

NEVER AGAIN. I am not the type to leave bad reviews but this place has failed me multiple times. They are so rough on your fingers and always in a hurry. My finger started bleeding pretty heavily today from Nancy breaking the skin when filing my nail too rough. This is not the first time Ive been cut at this salon.I dont have an option to attach a photo of my nails to this review but did upload pictures separately. I got dip nails in French tips today and every single tip is jagged, sloppy and uneven. Complete lack of attention to detail. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The fact that they let me walk out of the salon with my nails looking like this tells me they dont care about the quality of work they provide. I didnt get a chance to even look at my nails before I paid and was pushed out the door, and Im definitely not going back into this salon ever again. Youve lost a customer. I would not recommend this nail salon and Id also be highly concerned about the hygiene practices. I would not be surprised if they continue using the same nail files etc. that I was cut with today. So annoyed and disappointed to have spent $50 for such poor quality work and a bad experience.

This is my regular spot. Ive tried a few other places and i always end up here. They have a rewards program which is nice and you can get 5 bucks off here and there. The only thing i dont like is they are rough on your fingers and sometimes in a hurry, If it wasnt for that then id give them 5 stars. They are a little pricier then some places in the area.

Nancy is rude and terrible Im totally taking this higher up! My mom and I waited 2 hours when walking in Nancy said a 10 min wait. She charged me 5 dollars to take off my nails and 7 of them were already off and another 5 for coffin shape and didnt even shape them coffin! She serviced another lady before my mom when we were there first. Nancy was not apologetic at all and on the phone the entire time she was doing my nails oh let me not forget she gave me the nail clipper and told me to cut my nails like I wanted simply because I asked her to cut my nails down first before getting started!!! Fox 31 news needs to look into this place!

I normally go to a different salon. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to have my acrylic taken off and then a gel manicure. I did not know that would mean them POPPING THEM OFF! Ive never had them removed before and did not know until after thats not how to properly remove them. I now have thin broken and brittle natural nails becauase they didnt soak them in acetone and scrape the acrylic off. Im so upset that my nails are so damaged and they hurt so bad. Not ok!

I was not impressed with my nails. I went in and told her what I wanted and left with the opposite. They charged way too much and she rushed through my nails. They are uneven and not even the shape I asked for. I wound up paying $50 for something I did not want.

Went in for a shellac manicure. Was charged $30 even though I didn’t follow through. The woman doing my nails had her baby there, was tense and angry, hurt me by twisting my hands too hard when I asked her to relax, snotted all over her hands when she sneezed and didn’t wash her hands, and when I actually looked she had open sores all over her hands. Never going there again. I’m not only spooked but disgusted.

The nails were a 7/10 but the lady that did my nails was super aggressive grabbed amd squeezed my hand when she would get annoyed if i looked back to look at my aunt. Also very rude. My friend did her nails as well and the lady was very rude she turned very little bit to tell me something and the lady said Pay attention dont look at her! that made her mad and she started being aggresive and would squeeze her hands... not recommended.

Anna did my pedicure and did a great job! I didnt want my toe nails painted. I just came to get calluses removed and dead skin taken off. Anna was quick and the prices are affordable.

I use to come here alot but finally I had enough. When I chose my color they would always judge me and try to convince me to get another color or try to upsell me.I would always want white and they would say thats old and then throw me a different selection of nudes saying this is in and almost force me to choose something else. Also, when I wouldnt get shellac nails which is 10 or 15 dollars more they would get very upset with me. It was not a money issue for me but instead it was the quality of the shellac they would offer. It would peel off every time they forced me to get one. Also, I never felt comfortable when I was there. When we didnt see eye to eye on what I wanted done they would talk amongst themselves in their language with a very angry voice of tone. You could tell when someone is upset, they dont need to speak your language for you to understand. Their facial expressions would say it all. They would get upset when they couldnt upsell me. Overall, this place use to be good but now it sucks. 1/5 stars.Also!!! Yes they are very ROUGH on your fingers to the point where you just want to yell. This has happened to me many times.

Went to get sns dipping powder done before my baby is born, and they did a horrible job. The shilac top she added is already peeling off after 2 days. After the powder hardened she did not file the excess down on the sides so it looks like a blob of paint on my nails covering the divots of my normal nails. Im going to hop back today and have them redo them.

I made an appointment an hour ahead, when I came in they told me I would have to wait 30 minutes because they were all busy. I had made the appointment thru the phone with one of them, so I wouldnt have to wait because I was going out of town. So they rejected me and didnt bother to apologize because they didnt know who it was, that told me I could come in. That is terrible customer service. I have a wedding the next day and now I have to find another place in a different city because they cant do their job.

This place is ok for regular nail services, but a rip off when it comes to SNS. The nail tech didnt know what he was doing. I will be returning to Le Nails!! Le Nails charges $10 less for an sns rebase and THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!!!Update, learned today that Elite nails is telling their customers theyre using quality products using their dipped powder, when its actually acrylic nails!! Total rip off! My nails didnt even last one week after my experience!!
