The way they paint nails... honestly my 12 year old daughter can do better. Their nail polish wont dry, and by the time I got home they were already messed up. Im very disappointed. Wasted a whole bunch of money for nothing. Would not recommend it to anyone. Any place is better than this.

I have been to this place numerous times and the service is always WONDERFUL. It is the only place that I trust to do my acrylic nails. The atmosphere is so nice and the staff is so kind and attentive. Always worth the trip out.

We had pedicures at regency and enjoy the experience immensely. The Asian staff is quite professional and personable. The prices were reasonable And the massage chairs are incredible....

Lady was nice, good customer service. Facility was clean and safe. Got a gel mani and a regular pedi on Monday. Today (Friday) in the shower all the gel polish on my hands completely peeled off while washing my hair…I’ve gotten gel polish for years. It typically lasts me 2-3 weeks, easy. It didn’t even last 4 days. Cost me $90.

My daughter was excited to get her nails done for the first time. Manicurist was rough with her, even causing her to bleed. We ended up taking the nails off 2 days later because they were uncomfortable and not what she asked for. Too bad I taught my daughter manners - she tipped this incompetent manicurist

I have been coming to Regency for about 5 years now, I have always had a wonderful experience, & I have never walked out of there unhappy! Stephanie always does a fantastic job!!

Very bad salon!! Ladies save yourself a trip and your money!! The lady was very rough with my nails and I came back with cuts and sores! They put in a cuticle remover cream that was burning my fingers hours after it was done! The lady barely knew how to paint nails! I will avoid at all cost! Highly doubt the sanitary standards as well!

I got gel nail polish and 2 fell off within 2 days. I went back for them to fix it and they fought me telling me I didn’t get them here because it was such a bad job. Now a third one has fallen off. I will never go back nor recommend going here ever.

In the Stow location the staff is super friendly. I love that they do not rush you and very pleasant to make you feel welcome and spoiled!

Raised in Hudson and moved to San Francisco in 2010. Due to COVID, decided to take advantage of falling prices in NYC and move back this way.We drove across country in early Dec to spend XMas with my family in Hudson. Obviously, I had to find a nail place. This was my second try. The salon I tried in Hudson was “good” but I’m used to high-end city treatment. I had an extremely painful tenderness under my left big toe - which is a recurring problem for me (like 5/6 years recurring). My lady in SF always handled it - and I was hoping that the gentleman in Hudson would do a thorough job.He did a surface job. My nails looked nice for a bit. But they didn’t grow in well and I was already picking at them within a week.Enter Regency nails. I called ahead as I was running late and explained that I was from out of town, recently back home and needed a new salon. I was welcomed in.First off, the salon itself was beautiful. The selection of colors and services was phenomenal and I CANNOT go on long enough about the service.I get gel dip on my nails - in clear so that my nails look natural and Nina was so incredibly detailed and did note the issue with the skin buildup under my toe. She gently and expertly solved the issue and alleviated the pain.I COULD NOT be happier. Everyone was so lovely and sweet and kind. I will be going there as long as I remain in Ohio and I wish I could take Nina with me to NYC 🥰

I have gotten my nails done by Stephanie twice and will return for a lifetime. She takes such consideration for shape as well as nail health and the dip powder process. I’ve never had my natural nails longer than knobs which is why I was a acrylic attic until I met Stephanie now I have gorgeous natural nails. A great listener and really love person.

Regency Nails is the only nail salon I will visit. Everyone is so professional and friendly. The salon is SO clean. They’ve done a perfect job of making the salon ready for guests post Covid 19 closing. I felt safe and secure. I was happy to return there today!

Seriously one of the best salons Ive ever been to. I went yesterday for a pedicure and it was the best pedicure Ive ever had. Regretfully I didnt have time to get my nails done yesterday so I made an appointment to come back today and they greeted me by name the moment I walked through the door. I highly recommend this salon.

They were great! Took my 8 year old to get a manicure and gel and she gave her a surprise nail on each hand.... PENGUIN! It was so cute! She handled my daughters nervousness over the power tool quite well and used a buffer block instead. Really went above and beyond. Also, there was absolutely no wait, even with a full house.

I have been going to Regency nails for almost three years. All of the technicians are personable and are always willing to please. Ask them about dipping. I love it.

This place is cute, and they are very helpful. They take walk-ins last min and super friendly and most importantly properly staffed.

Ive been going off and on for about four months, for the reasoning of it being close. But i feel every time I go back to have my nails filled they do a worse job. They over charge me just about every time, but Im too nice to say anything. They also often times forget a step, and at least one of my acrylics snaps off within a week. Ive never had this problem with any other places. Ive called and theyve promised to give me a free set or a free fill and when I go in they claim to never have said that. Very irritating and it only seems to get worse.

Went here for a birthday party with 10 other littlr girls. They were fully staffed for the party which made it nice and quick. Small sitting area and it was really warm in there. Otherwise, great experience!

Im always happy with my results, but there are certain techs that are a little rough and clumsy with their work.

Going here was a huge mistake. Within a day my 20 something dollar manicure was chipped and cracked. The woman who did my nails did not get by my cuticles at all, and did not put on the top coat all the way. I am thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment ever.

When their product didnt stand up they chose to terminate service rather than investigate the matter or attempt to resolve the situation in any way. Their approach was not only rude but showed a profound lack of care for loyal customers.

My daughter has acrylic nails with shellac and has had them for some time now! She knows how to take care of them! She has been going here for almost a year now! She got her nails done and after 10 days the nails started falling off! Shes never had a problem before! I called and asked for her nails to be redone and the owner said she would call me back in 15 minutes. She never called me but sent me a text . A rejection of service letter! Everyone is very friendly and willing to try to create anything you are looking for!

Went in for mani with 3 other people. The guy doing my daughter’s mani sneezed in his hand and then didn’t wash them. He put his hand on my daughter’s and continued on. Overall just felt rushed and grossed out.

A bit overpriced considering the gel mani pedi chipped after 2 days...

Rude to their customers,, and takes forever for them to do your nails I’ve been here for 3 and a half hours and they haven’t even started on my moms actual finger nails and mine didn’t come out the right shape.
