Kim did an amazing job on these nails 10/10 would recommend

Kim did a really great job on my husband and Is pedicures. One of the best he has ever had no joking. She took her time and did great and was open on Sunday which is a plus!! We will definitely be back again very happy with her work!!

Kim is literally AMAZING. She takes her time and really pays attention to detail. I’m always in awe after getting my nails done here. If you’re looking to get your nails done in aurora I’d definitely recommend booking with Kim❤️

Wonderful job and very thorough! My nails look great, the eyebrow and leg wax is fantastic and again super thorough. I didnt plan on being there that long which could be a rookie mistake. But the owner is sweet kind and takes her time making it perfect. If you are looking for quality, look no further! I am super impressed with all of it. I wasnt expecting much as I cant paint my own nails at all, and my feet and hands are great! Nay, a bubble in the finish nor an imperfection. Treated and pampered. Then I amextremely finicky about my eyebrows. She told me to trust her and I was apprehensive but she was absolutely right!

Kim is great at what she does. She is very meticulous and I love my nails for the first time ever. I usually find a flaw but not with Kim. I dont mind the time it takes as long as I dont leave disappointed like in the past. I will stick with Kim or just not get my nails done. Prices are expensive but in my opinion satisfying.

I went to Kim for a full set and pedicure right before i was leaving for vacation and she did just a beautiful job! i got french nails with green tips and she made them so natural and beautiful and i was just so in love with my nails my entire vacation!

Kim does a terrible manicure and pedicure, she sawed off my toenails and fingernails until they were red, and the next day my nails had cracks! there is a terrible mess in the cabin, boxes, bags and newspapers are everywhere, unsanitary conditions, the same tools to everyone, she dusted off my hands, then got up and began to shake off my trousers with the same brush, I will not return there again

I love Kim! I think this is the only nail tech that’s taken her time to give me exactly what I’ve wanted ! From the length to shape to the 5 colors I decide to get she always does an outstanding job! I’ve gone twice so far and I will continue going because of the great job she does and because she hasn’t cut me! She definitely takes her time to deliver what you want 😍

Had a really enjoyable experience Miss Kim did a really good job on my nails and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and took her time and was very consistent with her work its not like an ordinary Salon. Where they just rush you out as soon as youre done and do a quick job file she made it was even all the way through on my acrylics was done well also made sure i liked the nail shape and thickness of them will definitely be back

I absolutely love Kim! She’s amazing! She does an excellent job on me every time I make my way there, not my primary place. I prefer the glitz and glam elsewhere, champagne, etc. But I like Kim a lot and she does a great job. I get the deluxe mani/pedi with gel, paraffin wax, etc.I used to get my eyebrows waxed here but found a more appropriate place to get that done, where I get all my body waxing done now- Wax and Lashes (highly recommend for waxing).Kim at Rose Nails is friendly. Great sense of humor. Very accommodating with scheduling, charging my phone, music, everything. Kim is an amazing person, which is why I keep returning. She’s such a hard worker. I admire her work ethic. She always fixes a nail if I need it. Very detailed work.

Was there forever! Three of my girls and I were there from 10 am til almost 6!! Didn’t give us anything we wanted then tried to charges us more then what we had previously discuss.

Wonderful experience, Kim is old school but up to date on trends, she is very detail oriented and takes her time and does what you request. Its best to make an appointment with her. Its been a few years since Ive had a set of nails on, she is not rough when she puts a set on, usually when I get a new set my nail beds are sore and tender but with her none of that is happening. She did a great job with the pink and white ombre picture perfect. Extremely pleased!!!!

Went to this place after having a bad experience at another and again was disappointed. Not only did I call and make my appoiment at 10 the last on the phone insisted I come in at 9 when they open. Huge mistake because I got there at 9 and wasnt seen until 930. Only one lady was there working and she spent 3.5 hours on a pedi and full set. 1. I have never spent that long on getting a pedi and full set and I go every 2 weeks. Seriously learn to pick up the pace. 2. It was an awful job. You think if someone spent that long of a time on you it would come out perfect. Oh how wrong I was. Dry glue was pouring out the edges of my nails. Under the nails were chunks of Acrylic that she never bothered to shave off.

Kim is very thorough. She made good small talk while my mom was getting her nails done.She told me shes the only one working here. She works 7 days a week from open to close, all to support her son who is college. Thank you to this hard working mom. And to those of you who say she is rude, that is asian culture. They are focused primarily on business, rather than courtesy like in american culture. So please understand she is just trying to serve her customers quickly and efficiently.

Kim is the BEST, I absolutely love my nails! This is definitely my new nail shop. I came in late she still took me in, made sure I was comfortable and didnt rush one bit. When I go to other salons my nails always come out very thick and I alway get cut and my nails burn, but not with Kim. Thank you so much kim, I really appreciate you staying late to work on my nails. Never going anywhere else .

I love Kim! I was going to get acrylics in gray and silver and she took the time to educate me on the health of my nails and offered the dip nails, I am in love! Such a great suggestion and she took the time to make sure they came out perfect. HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the Aurora area :) thanks Kim!

Mrs. Kim does AMAZING work. She is a perfectionist which is why her appts can take longer than expected. If you want quality, its worth the wait! I will only be going to Mrs. Kim to get my nails done from now on.

I love kim and Ive grown to love her like an aunt from another mother. Kim is absolutely a slow perfectionist. She will stay late to accommodate you, and will make sure you walk out completely flawless. You can either do a 10-15 min nail tech and within two days your nails falling off. Or you can choose to free up some time for the best results 😊

Kim is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!! She does a fabulous job, her shop is comfortable and clean and shes just all around a wonderful person. I was so excited to see she closes at 8 pm because I was in need of a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Kim was the only one in the store and we talk while she got my toes done. Some people came in during my pedicure and they were willing to wait. I liked that she didnt rush my pedicure because she had other people to attend to. I was very nervous about the brows but it turned out great. She is a sweetheart!!

Unfortunately, this was the worst nail salon experience Ive ever had. I called for a same day appointment and was given a time to come in. When I arrived there was one employee and one customer and all the lights were turned off except one - which is not a welcoming start. She was kind but started my appointment 40 minutes late, with bad communication. There is very poor ventilation in this building and most things were dirty and cluttered - including the gloves she reused when she started my appointment. Do not expect any kind of massage during a pedi here. She also cut me twice. During checkout I was charged more than the listed price for my service. I spent just about 2 hours there. I would not recommend this salon, and will not be returning.

Ok so like the best nails ever - Kim is amazing. I walked in with a picture and the end resultwas better than I imagined. I cant even express how happy she made me and how nice of an experience it was.

When my mother and I went yesterday the people were very nice and the place was very clean. It was empty and in a quiet place. I would highly recommend going there!!

I got my eyebrows done there. They were medium sized with hair under my brow bone that i needed cleaned up. and now they are super thin and uneven with each other.

Took my daughter without an appointment on a Saturday and Kim not only accepted us, she stayed late for us. On top of that, she took her time and gave my daughter nails she couldnt stop looking at. Thank you Kim. Well be back

Kim went above and beyond for me and my mom. We got there a little after 7pm and she still said it wasn’t a problem to take both of us. She stayed hours after closing to make sure both of us were satisfied with our nails and she made fun conversation with us and made us feel comfortable about staying so late. What a wonderful surprise. Kim gave me one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I called & set an appointment. Arrived & she immediately started. Very friendly & totally competent.(Added 3 years later: Still with her and and still delighted with her incredible work!!!)

Not only are these the best nails I’ve gotten done in the last 7 years, but Kim is always working with a smile and genuinely cares about her guests. I would 10/10 recommend her as I have tried 5 other local nail salons in the area and nothing compares. I always get in right away, too!

Went with my friend and all she got was a full set regular polish and I got a basic manicure regular polish just that took 3 hours, not to mention when the nail tech realized she couldnt upsell my friend on the design she instantly started saying that her nails werent gonna be pretty cause she didnt have the money for the design and was making her feel bad for not spending $100+ on her nails, not only this but she was double booking people with walk ins and appointments and making a lot of customers wait over an hour. Im very disappointed, go to a different salon... less time and probably better nails and the nail tech wont scold you for how much you make.

I arrived a little after 1pm on a Wednesday. Kim the nail tech was waiting for a walk in. She ran me through all of my options and prices. Then proceeded to give me the best pedicure I have ever received. She took her time on every single inch of my foot. After she was done my nails looked beautiful and my feet were so soft. I understand that I went in during a time of the day that allowed me to get a little more attention because of low customer volumes but someone who takes that much time and pays that much attention to their job deserves a great review. Thank you Kim!! I will be back for sure!!

Kim is absolutely wonderful! She takes her time and makes sure that your nails are done right and that you are happy. She is so fun to talk with too! I will definitely be going back to her from now on!

This salon has terrible customer service.I called many days in advance to make a 5:30 weekday appointment. The woman asked me if I could come in at 4:30 instead, and I said yes. So, today, I show up at 4:25, and the woman is mid-pedicure on another customer. She is the only person working in the salon. She asks me if she has the right phone number for me, because she tried to call me. I confirm the number and tell her that I am a teacher, and I don’t answer my phone during the school day. She asks if I can wait, and I say yes. I wait for 25 minutes, during which time she finishes that pedicure and proceeds to start another one on a customer who was with the first one. This is after that customer offered to wait until after I was finished! It turns out, the woman left me a message at 4:11, asking if I could come in at 5:30 instead of 4:30.This is simply bad business. I walked out.The bummer of it is, if she had called me with a reasonable amount of time (and actually bothered to get a response from me before essentially changing my appointment time), I probably would have said yes. It’s also disappointing, because this place is within walking distance of my house, and I was hopping it would become my go-to nail place.Oh well, I will drive a few blocks down the road if it means not being treated like this.

Recommended by Mr. Donuts staff in the same plaza. Kim was personable and amazing! One on one personal care and very attentive. I will definitely come again.

My daughter and I come here after we left another shop who refused to serve us because it was after 7pm. Kim didnt think twice about doing both of our nails. She took her time, never rushed us and made us feel very comfortable the entire time. We will defiantly be coming back. Thank you Kim!

It was my first time going here. I normally go to a private person and wanted to get my nails done spur of the moment, so I chose here after reading the reviews. I am glad I did. Kim did an amazing job and my nails look great.

I have been to a lot of nail salons where the ladies don’t take care of you, don’t talk, and/or judge your nail appearance. At this place, none of those negatives have ever happened! She makes it such a kind and open environment for a “girls day” and genuinely cares about your life and getting to know her clients! On top of that, she has never made me bleed, she is very clean, takes her time, and makes sure it looks pristine before you leave. Also, she will work with the hours that you can come in, as well as staying open until 8pm which is super nice for those of us who work retail during the day. I had just gotten off of work and realized that all of the nail salons that I usually go to close around 5-7, at this point it was already 6:30 and saw that Rose nails was open until 8. I had gotten Kim, she was a sweetheart and let me just say how much I freaking love my nails! I just keep starring at them, even my boyfriend said that he loves how nice they look. Im definitely pleased, and will continue to come back. Kim is a sweetheart and definitely took her time with me. We laughed all night long. She treated everyone amazing, I feel bad because it was such short notice and there was a line that kept getting longer. But with that being said, she didnt feel pressured or rushed even though it took until after closing to finish my full set. I see why this place is rated 4.5 it should be 5 stars thanks to Kim! Looked online for nails shops that could get me in before closing because another shop messed my nails up. Kim got me in right away! She said that another client was coming in that had an appointment but she would go ahead and get me started. I didnt mind waiting. Her client did not show but Kim still took her time. She listened to my concerns and offered advice. She even stayed past closing, with no charge. Im very happy and will return!

My nails look great but Im upset. I called at 12 and the lady said I could come in. I got there around 12:30. She didnt inform that there was going to be a person ahead of me.When I got there I thought the person might be close to done; nope. She was just starting. Well I waited. It wasnt until 2pm that she started on me. Then she did a pedicure while I waited and then finished up with me. I did not get out of there till 4:30. Yes my nails look great and she was very nice but there is no way that it should take 4 hours for a set of acrylics.**update**Three days later and already four nails fell off. I called the nail salon and she said if I come in at 715 she could fix them. Again, I get there and she already had people waiting. I waited and waited. Finally at 820 she starred on me. She took her time before even before staring to do other stuff. I was so mad. I wasnt out till almost 10pm!!

Kim is the best, she is so nice and understanding and will leave your nails looking amazing, although she does take a while she does it because she’s taking her time to make sure you like the end result
