Jennifer did a great job with my nailsI’m from out of town and it’s hard to compete with my nail place at home but they slayed it. A co-worker recommended this place and I’m so happy she did. These are my natural nails but they used a clear dip powder for strength (I wanted them to look super natural) and they put some flakes in my ring finger for me 😛 she kept checking in to make sure I was happy with the nail shape which means a lot because normally I have to pester new places to make sure they get it how I like!💓💓💓

I visited Top Nails & Spa for the first time today for the firewalker pedicure, it was fantastic!! The staff were all so sweet and my girl did an amazing job, though I didnt catch her name. They were also very on point with keeping their appointments which I always appreciate. Will definitely go back!!

I love Top Nails! I go there exclusively for my nails (gel) with Kimmy, pedicures (always French), & eyelashes with Tina. They are always very clean, professional, and friendly. I have never found a place like them and I’m a customer for life! That says a lot considering I had been getting those services from other places for over 25 years in this area. I very highly recommend them!!

I go here all the time! but I did notice they raised their prices quite a bit which I dont mind but and this last time I got both pedicure and acrylic nails they charged me 30$ for pedi, the pedi was perfect, but for my nails they charged me 70$ I asked for a specific design which was the U shaped design just like the picture provided, but she kept telling me I cant do that its hard Ill do a different design and I kept repeatedly telling her no that I would like the triangle design but she still insisted to do the triangle design like the second photo (none of these photos are actually mine just used as a visual example) at the end I let her do the design she wanted, while doing my nails it felt like she was trying to rush through it and at the end there was acrylic drops at the bottom of half the acrylic nails and acrylic wasnt smooth. I always recommend my friends and co-workers to go here but the last time I went I was kind of disappointed with the outcome of the acrylic nails.

Love getting my nails done by the same nail tech, had my pedicure done once and it was good. I just don’t like to be pressure or having some hints out their about TIPS. Like when I get my change, please don’t suggest my change is your tips, my nails itself already too much and I’m good. Everything else is fine

They were so rude! I made an apt and 20 min after my first part of my visit was done I asked when I could the second part of my visit. They didnt know I had a second part to my visit. I told them when I made the apt, when I checked in then when I sat down. They wanted me to wait another 20 min and then they had the nerve to take a new client back before me!!

Absolute amazing business! I was in town for one day and I was able to get in for a pedicure and fill. When I found out I was in a hurry they were able to do both at the same time. Very professional and clean environment and Covid regulated.

I want to commend top nails for creating a healthy safe environment for customers. Today a woman tried to go without a mask and the lead woman told her to wear a mask or wait outside for her grandchild to finish with her manicure. There were older guests getting services who are at higher risk if they get ill. Thank you for protecting your guests and workers!

The staff is friendly and amazing. They can slay eyebrows, pretty up your feet, and make you nails beautiful. John can take a picture and do exactly what you ask. I will be back.

My daughter and I went here the other day. My daughter got a full set and I got a fill with a design. My daughter paid for me but after we left I was questioning her on the prices cause I could kind hear them talking about it. They charged 40 for her full set which is about normal. But they charged her 50.00 for my fill!!!! 50.00 for a fill and a design???? they did a great job but its not like I had some crazy hard design, it was very simple. I will never ever go back there again!!!! They also do not have the prices listed anywhere in there, so they just make up their own price? and because my daughter is young it was easy to just take advantage? Not cool. Nobody would pay 50 bucks for a fill! the lady that did my nails was very sweet, and nice. The lady that did my daughters nails was nice as well but she was distracted due to her face timing with her daughter the whole hour we were there while she was doing my daughters nails. The polish ended up sloppy, probably because she was too distracted.

I had not enjoyed a mani pedi for over a year due to Covid. Today Jennifer and Linda did an outstanding job and were the sweetest ladies to chat with. I felt welcomed and taken care of.

My sister and I had to wait 25 minutes. When other people showed up late for their appointment, my sister’s lady went to do their pedicures and we had to share my lady.Both our nails were chunky and not filed right with lots of air bubbles. This was my first experience here and will not be coming back.

The lady who had red hair fixed ONE broken nail & made it extremely thick, did not take her time what so ever. I was only there 15 minutes. I told her if she could file it down more & make it straight bc it’s crooked & she filed it so lightly for 3 seconds.. still crooked. When my nail was curing in the gel light she started cutting & filing her own nails !! Got charged $8 which seems a little high for just one nail. My normal salon charges $3. I asked where there prices were posted to make sure they weren’t just making up a number & the lady at the front desk completely ignored me. At first I thought it was a language barrier but the phone rang & she was speaking perfect English!! Also I thought maybe she was reading something on the desk as she was looking down but I looked over the desk & there was nothing there. 😡 the one w the red hair just took my card out of my hand & charged me. They had no sign of prices anywhere. Never coming back. 0/10 would not recommend. EDIT: I called the salon as they told me to. Don’t know why if they were not helpful AT ALL. The lady was being so sarcastic as she said sorry. I tried explaining how at my normal salon it’s $3 & she basically called me crazy & said “yeah no prices like that are from like 10 years ago”

I get tired of overpriced, rush services at some salons. That was not my experience at Top Nails. My manicurist Linda did an incredible job on my mani / pedi! She Took her time and paid attention to detail. Prices are reasonable and totally fair for the outstanding results they deliver. Absolutely recommend.

Had the worst nail experience of my life there. The nail lengths are uneven, the nail color isn’t uniform, and the technician drilled into two of my fingers. I would never go back for a full set ever again. I had to go to another nail salon to have the length uniformly fixed.

Very clean inside, they are following the guidelines very well. My disappointment is that my nails did not turn out like the video/picture I showed the technician. She was very nice and, fast but did nothing like what I showed her. I paid my money gave her a trip, and got back in my car disappointed. She said she could do what I showed her but it was no where near it. The nails fo look nice but it was definitely not what I wanted. I dont know if Ill be back.. $50.00 wasted... The top photo was what I wanted bottom was what I got. I even played the video for her and she still didnt do it correctly..

I got a full set of acrylics done earlier today but did not enjoy the experience.It’s obvious that one of my nails is a different length compared to the rest, and the lady layered on the polish so many times since she couldn’t get it even on the first try, leading to my nails feeling so heavy and looking thick and bulky. This is the second time where they have made the polish too thick, but the uneven length and shape of my nails is where I draw the line.Honestly, you could get better service for the price here at some other place. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re not trying to make your nails look bulky. Two stars for a clean salon environment but otherwise won’t visit again.

I got my cousin a fell full set and a manicure for myself. I had asked for a reddish-brown matte base with a gold leaf design. I showed the technicians the photo of the design I had wanted. The lady said she could do it, easily. She then proceeds to put a tiny leaf sticker on my nail and tries to put jewels on it. The photo is not of a sticker nor has any jewels on it.My cousins acrylics are crooked. I cant believe they still ended up charging us the full amount; I had gone ahead thinking they could do the design, since they said they could. My nails are just solid color, and arent even matte. Also, none of the sinks were working. After using the restroom, they had to pour a cold bottle of water on my hands....I will never go back here nor will I recommend this place. Waste of time, good energies and $85.Edit: I just called, like they had told me to in this review, and they told me that Googles company auto-replies to these reviews.... And that sometimes they just cant do a design. Then dont tell a customer you can do a design, and just put a sticker on the nail. As for my cousins nails, the owner said she saw the nails and they were all perfect.... Then why the hell are the nails crooked, and both of our nail polish doesnt even look decent?

Been going here a few years now and they have always done a good job. Very health and safety conscious with the whole covid situation. They have done really well with working to maintain social distancing for everyone (customers and employees). Definitely would recommend.

Typically have a good experience. Unfortunately today I made an appointment. When I got there, they told me it would be 40 minutes before they could see me. They seemed shocked when I said I couldn’t wait that long (I was on lunch). Ended up going down the street and got right in. Normally they’re good, but today wasn’t a positive experience.

I randomly found this place to get my nails done. To work with pandemic, they have taken the extra measures to ensure that the clientele is comfortable in their experience.I especially like the that they are very clean and precise with everything they do.

Update 12/1 @ 1pm-My daughter called the salon this morning and spoke to the owner. The owner said ok, please come in at 1, we will take care of it! My daughter showed up and the owner refused to re-do her nails. What changed once she showed up in person? Totally unprofessional and just out right wrong!My daughter and I had an appointment last night at 6pm. My daughter got a full set. My daughter has gone to Top Nail several times. As a matter of fact the full set she had on they did but not this nail tech. She also had a picture which she showed the nail tech. The nail tech at the end of the aisle by the back door did my daughter’s nails. I heard my daughter tell her verbatim “I do not like how short these are.” The nail tech said, “Oh Im not done, just wait and see.” My daughter said again, “I dont like it, they are too short.” I had to control my mama bear instincts. The nail tech proceeded and needless to say my daughter does not like the length, shape or design. Once my manicure was done, I went and sat in the car. When she got in the car, I said lets go back in but the nail techs were exiting the back door at 6:43pm. My daughter feels oh its ok, I will just go someplace else next time. She feels that is how Top Nail will know she was not happy. I on the other hand want Top Nail to know directly, when someone says they don’t like something and they are paying for it, you need to correct it! It is not ok! She may not want to complain but I have NO problem and if those nail techs hadnt run out the back door, I would have stood by her to complain last night!

They are friendly and welcoming. They always do a great job with fun nail art. I love this salon and am happy they are open again.

Went in today for the first time. I had about 2 hours of work done, to completely remove my dip and nails then get a fresh set done. I myself was tired and almost falling asleep but the woman doing my nails continued to do an excellent job, never rushing through to get them done. I was really impressed with her and she was very friendly. Glad I found a new nail salon. And super awesome price as well!

I had a very relaxing time here, and the lovely lady who did my nails did a killer job! I feel so glamorous and will definitely be coming here more regularly. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Was once again on the search for a new shop after staff changes at my old shop. I am extremely picky about shape and design work of my nails. These ladies are amazing! Perfect clean shop. All of the staff is so incredibly helpful and nice! They all smile!! I have found my new shop for my daughter and I.

My mom and I went in on Saturday to get a manicure. The salon is so beautiful and looks very clean so we were really excited. The were pretty busy so we expected to wait and had no problem doing so. Right when we picked our colors out another customer (who seemed to be a regular) came in and asked if they could squeeze her in and she seemed to be in a rush. The women who did my moms nails seemed to be the owner, she was nice and said that we should come back to her salon and support her business. She finished my moms nails in less that 15 minutes and they were awful, completely bumpy and uneven. I am sure she was rushing so she could get the other customer in the chair. Per my mom the women spent less than 2 minutes filing and buffing her nail. When she showed me them I was appalled that the women let her leave the chair with nails that looked the way hers did and she still had to pay $40 for them. My dip manicure is the worst I have ever had and I have been getting my nails done for years, I will insert pictures. On one side of my nail it is extremely thin and on the other side there is a huge lump. I just got these nails on 02-08-2020 and today 02-10-2020 the gel top coat is pealing off on multiple nails. I am so frustrated that I spent not only 2 hours in the chair (because they couldnt get the previous set off) but also spent $45 for a 2 day manicure. I will not be returning to this salon and do not recommend anyone going there either.

I’ve been searching for a place to get my nails done for a long time and i think i’ve finally found a favorite. the staff was so kind and they have tons of choices and great prices, i took my sister and we both had a fantastic experience. the nail techs were creative and accommodating. 10/10 will go again!

At Top Nails l actually get a good foot rub with professional and personable service. I can always get right in, they are always well staffed.

These ladies are so nice and friendly. Came in for a couples pedicure me and my husband had an awesome time here very very happy with the high level of customer service. Massage chairs are awesome I didn’t want to leave. Will be back next week for a manicure with my daughters.

The new salon is lovely, as are all of the women I met who work here. I was a past regular at the old location but hadnt been in for several years, and Tina, the owner, remembered me by name. My manicurist, Linda, also recognized me, and did a fantastic job. I should also mention I walked in after 3 PM on a Sunday, when they close at 5, and asked for a pedicure and gel manicure. They fit me in no problem. They had many walk-ins arrive after I was in my chair, and none were turned away. There are 2 entrances; the main entrance is on W Main St, but the parking is better in the back and is easily accessible from the Safeway parking lot, and the backdoor of the salon is open.

This is hands down the best nails place I have been to in over too many years. I had a pedicure and manicure with massage and scrub and hot rocks. They took their time and it felt like a real massage. It was great. Typically it is over fast but the entire experience felt lwell thought out. Loved it. Good price point as well . I Have had very expensive manicures and pedicures and they do not compare.

Very clean and sterile. Huge color selection! The ladies are always very friendly and accommodating. This is my favorite place. I drive up from Graham because I know theyll meet or exceed my expectations.

I love the new place! My SIL and I go and get pedicures all the time. The products they use feel and smell yummy. They have a menu of services, we usually do the Ice Pedicure which is an upgraded pedicure and cost $35. This service includes a foot scrub, massage, polish and more.

I love this place! They got me in late one night and the owner stayed after hours to finish my nails. The designing of nails can me a little better but overall good place.

This was my very first time in this salon, and I’ll for be back here surely! The manicure bar region is all very light granite and stools extremely comfortable. Their pedicure chairs were Extremely clean, and comfortable as well! The tech I worked with was very precise and good, as well as sweet!

I gave them 3 different chances to prove themselves and honestly, I am very disappointed with all 3 manicures and experiences. I was excited because I had read so many great reviews and even better, they are located so close to where I live, however, I will never be going back.The 3 different manicures and pedicures that I’ve received were awful. It seems they disregarded everything I wanted for my nails. I was rushed when it came to picking a color, they buffed and filed my nails down to a stub even know I wanted them kept long, and not to mention the filing job they did was horrendous. On top of it all, the customer service wasn’t that great. I felt like they were rushing to get me out of the store as fast as they could.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Drive a little further or pay a little more to go somewhere else where you know you will get great service and the nails you want.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Horrible customer service. The owner is so disrespectful! And it is not the first time, I just thought I would give her another chance, since Ive been their customer for over 5 yrs. She was arguing with me about my appointment time, she did not stop herself to yell at me in front of other customers. When I told her I did not appreciate the way she was talking to me instead of apologizing she kept arguing with me and then walked away. It doesnt seem like they appreciate returning business like I thought they would. This is definitely the last time I come here.

I spent $75 for a manicure+pedicure with gel. It was absolutely not worth it: they applied a thick cover of the nail polish all over my fingers and toes, so most likely it will fall apart in the next 7 days. They were not organized and with the language barrier (the lady who did my pedicure couldnt communicate to me :( ) this gives you tons of unpleasant surprises: they forgot that I asked for gel manicure, they chose not the color I chose, they lost my color when I moved from the chair for pedicures to the table for the manicure, and they kept my fingers in the acetone wrap for almost 1 hour.Ive been told by a lady, sitting next to me, that this is a good place if you ask for Linda (and she seemed to be more attentive to her client than my service provider). And I should give them a credit, they try, so 2 stars, not 1. But trying is not enough.I wont visit this place again and wont recommend it to my friends.

I would give them no stars if it were optional. These people are rude, and they discriminate against black people. I walked in after a white woman was greeted cheerfully and seated, to a nail tech looking me up up and down as if I had no place being there. Instead of the His and Hellos that was given to the other client. I was asked Can I help you. The nail tech also cut into my skin multiples times while electronically filing my acrylic nail. She just slightly looked up at me and kept filing. Without even apologizing. The have no respect or desire to service black people. And that was made very clear. I will never return. ItIts not worth the awkwardness of it all.

So my friend and I both got our nails done. Hers are gorgeous and beautifully done while mine are sloppy and too thick. We both got our first ever set of acrylics and Im utterly disappointed. The pictures should say the rest. Our picture, is of my blue/gray short round nails and her glittery white almond nails.

Worst experience.DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR NAILSWould give zero stars if able. Service was terrible as they saw my color choice before my nails had been started and waited until the acrylic process was over to tell me I had chosen a dip powder color (they keep both gel and dip colors shown the same basket with no obvious difference)I chose another color. She assured me that she didnt need a base coat when I asked why she didn’t use one, however the color started to peel within a a few days on two nails.Fast forward and I decide I don’t want to have my nails redone because I am concerned she drilled my nails too thin.As soon as I have my nails removed, I have multiple cracks in multiple nails that reach to the nail bed and I can see and feel the pink tissue underneath.Couldn’t be more dissatisfied and disappointed.

I made an appointment for 12:15 pm on a Saturday for 2 adults and a child. I arrived promptly at 12:15, which according to the owner was late. The first of us 3 was not serviced until about 12:30, and the owner proceeded to prioritize walk in customers over the appointments. I was told to bring my niece to the seat in the back to pain her nails, and unfortunately was not able to just put her down and let the technician do her job alone. I then took her to her mother so that I could begin, and was told that i would be at the back (mind you this is a large salon). Instead of letting the 2 year old run to her mom, hopefully, I walked her over and brought her toys intending to go right back. A technician was following me bringing me my things. Confused I asked her was not it my turn yet, and she says well you are running around I am waiting for you to sit down. Once we sat down, she sighed, and I stated to her that my appointment was an hour ago, as I was not started until about 1:15, She responded with Well thats not my fault.She was doing my nails, and I had pointed out to her that ALL of my nails were filed crooked. She looked at one and said Oh its your nail, its crooked, not my file............ I then showed her again, to which she said the same thing. Another customer came in, i am imagining her favorite customer, as she stopped doing my nails and had a conversation with this other customer and told her she was done soon. She then hastily painted my nails, barely covering the whole nail, and left. She had me pay and sign BEFORE she even started painting my nails, I should have refused to sign until she was finished.For having such great rating, the service was terrible. Everyone was very rude, and making an appointment was a waste of my time. DO NOT GO HERE EVERY OTHER salon I have been to in Auburn was better.

Mai was very gentle and careful when removing my old set of nails. She was very attentive. The experience could be improved with a 2 minute hand massage.

The worst experience forever! I was first served by a manicurist who left me to sit and do other things. The second manicurist couldnt understand me and I suggest you to learn English before doing business. Third, after I waited for a while, a third manicurist finally came to help me remove my nails. But after I confirmed the style with her and checked her manicure, she actually jumped up and talked with her partner in her own language. Instead of helping me to do it, she asked me to wait. This store disrespects its customers in let me wait for forth times. Its a crazy experience, it’s that really deserve $10 for that ugly result?

Honestly I’m very disappointed. The reason I went to this salon was because I read mostly good reviews about it. I called ahead of time because I knew it was late and they were closing soon, they told me I could come in no problem. Went in, waited 30 minutes before I got asked to sit on a station, then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before they even paid any attention that I was waiting there. When they started working on my nails, I think she was in a rush to go home she did a terrible job, my nails are thick, clumpy, uneven, and on my left index finger the gel is completely lifting off of my nail. Haven’t even had them for 24 hours. I don’t think I’ll be going back, if it was too late to go in they could have easily told me that on the phone when I called. Instead of wasting my time and doing a horrible job.

Went there for the first time and I love my ombre powder nails! Would have given five stars but the nail tech cut me four times with the nail files, even drew blood on three fingers. But because I got exactly what I wanted I still tipped her.

If i could rate it a 0 o would. From the moment we walked it we felt unwelcomed and it was very obvious they were talking about my younger sister and i. I paid $75 but i am glad i did not tip, RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE! Never have i paid for such horrible service. The corners of my nails are so sharp i have to file them down myself. My sisters eyebrows look like they were waxed by a child, which by the way i am going to have to fix them as well. For what i paid i should have gotten way more out of them.

My favorite nail salon and more. Tina and all the girls are always friendly. They remember my name and friends and family. I’m not usually there at closing but it just went that way today. I really wanted to like this place. Its close by, they offer a lot of services, they have a lot of great reviews, and they are like the only nail place open on Sundays in my neighborhood. I tried them out two times and got the worst service and the worst manicures of my life. I had two different people do my nails, one of them was the owner.They cut into my cuticles and made me bleed, and were so rough with filing and buffing my nails, they literally ripped the skin off of my fingers. The owner was not paying attention to what she was doing at all. I had to ask her for a tip on a broken nail, the only one out of 9 even nails that was significantly shorter then the rest. I had to ask her to blend my ombre nails when there was a clear distinction line on two of my nails, but she didnt. She only added more of one color to all of my nails except for one and had to ask her to do the same to make sure my nails looked the same. She started using the color I asked for, decided she didnt like it and put a pink color she was wearing and said it looked better. I had to tell her to take it off, it wasnt what I asked for and then she got upset with me. This was the owner. My nails are lumpy and uneven, there are very visible areas she just missed, and other areas she got and left on my skin. My fingers are in pain from her ripping at my skin, she almost went through my nails with her dremeling. She asked me five different times which color I wanted within a minute, rushing me to make a decision.I tried to give them a second chance, thinking maybe I caught them on a bad day the first time they made me bleed, and also rushed me to make a decision, but getting even worse treatment by the owner herself, Ill never go back again.

Today was my first time at Top Nails & Spa and I must say, I loved it! Laila did a fantastic job on my nails.. they are beautiful! I will be back for sure!

The owner has CHANGED her pricing on fills & nail design the past 3 visits......they DO NOT HAVE ONE SINGLE PRICE POSTED ANYWHERE-seems almost illegal )My nail tech apologized profusely and felt bad- she told me the owner does this to many customers. ( previously, the owner actually did a poor gel fill that left a few cuticles with knicks,redness, soreness along with a sloppy paint job) After this last visit in June, I had enough- I called and told the owner her pricing tactics were unfair, unprofessional and is absolutely not the right thing to do or how she should treat people. She argued that it was me who was mistaken, who didnt remember correctly and kept saying no, no. I left her with a piece of advice - it is ok to be wrong & that I will file a complaint to BBB..... I will miss my nail tech!

Tina and her crew are the best ! I followed them for 10 years ! I even came back after their building burned down ;They are fast workers and mow true friends of mine. Love them !

Beware if you come in with no makeup or dont look well put they treat you like a money machine instead of a loyal customer. Ive been here multiple times where the owner has done my nails and she was rushing my shellac fill because she saw other women walk in wearing business clothes. My nail polish started chipping as soon as I left and my nails dried with little air bubbles sticking up. I paid 43 dollars plus a tip, worst mistake ever, never come here the prices suck.

Got a set of Ombre nails done yesterday and they are perfect! The ladies there are super friendly and very sweet. This will be my new go to salon.

Racist staff turned me away twice with the lame excuse that they are busy and they three hours until close. My pple should not patronize this establishment.

Very nice. But....nail polish only lasted 2 days. Hmmmmm
