Ive been here a few times. I think they do a great job on their nails.This last trip I brought my 4 year old with me for her first pedicure and manicure. They have a little kids chair with butterfly wings, she was super happy to see that.The lady took the same time and care with her nails, as Ive seen them consistently do with mine. They didnt cut or skip corners just because she was a child.

I love Pearl Nails! I have been going there for several years. They have always done an excellent job for me! I also especially appreciate the way their tool are always sterile. Each time they open a new sterile package. And the nail files and other things used are brand new for each visit and disposed of at the end. They also line the tub with plastic. They are amazing! The first time I went, 2 weeks ago, I enjoyed my experience with a young man that gave me a manicure. This time, the gal that gave me a dip manicure filed my nails down so much that they are half the size the used to be (width wise)! The blank spot in the pictures are where my nail was. I asked for a round shape and she filed so much my nails feel brittle and thin, and she took half of my nail off. I’m not sure if I can come back with that experience. I’ll have to request one person next time. Just make sure you tell them what you want 😩

I was hopeful I’d have a good experience, unfortunately did not. After sitting in the chair and waiting, the technician rushed through the pedicure. She did not get all the old polish off and the polish job was blotchy, didn’t cover the entire nail. I had to re-file after I returned home. ☹️ Very disappointed.

This place is professional and very clean. I felt so safe in regards to covid! I didn’t feel rushed even though they were very busy. I will definitely be back!!

Got a full set ombre nails yesterday. The man that did my nails was so nice and really paid attention to making my nails perfect. Definitely affordable. Will definitely come back.

Pearl Nails has great technicians, is reasonably priced, and they do a great job. The salon is very clean and modern. They also do waxing. They are often busy, best to call ahead for an appointment, but they seem to always accommodate walk-ins, though there may be a wait.

Poor quality dip nails and $55?!? Wowza... started falling off after 3 days. Super disappointing. Staff was nice and kind but the materials used were junky

Walked in on a Thursday afternoon while getting my truck worked on across the street. Had Lilly give me the basic pedicure that was very relaxing. First time visit that will probably turn into another visit.

This place is so awesome and I miss being able to go in and chat with the ladies here. They are all very nice and do a great job everytime.I hope they all are doing good in this crazy time, and i cant wait to see you all when you reopen again :)

Ripped my nail :( wouldnt reccomend getting powder nails as they gouge to remove it or shave it down so your nails are mega thin. Scary.

I really like Tweety at Pearl nails. Very knowledgeable, pays attention to what client wants and finishes in a timely manner. Have to call to make an appt. with her. Ben is really good as well. The owner is kind about fixing whatever you are not happy with. They have alot of different products. Some brands better then others just like everywhere else. They are cleaner then most places I have been to in town.

I really like this place. Not always the best English but the services are great and they are open on the weekend (Sunday) lots of colors and services to choose from, and the staff is super friendly even though I dont always understand them. I really like that they put a plastic liner in the pedicure tub so you know you are getting a clean foot soak. To me they are like a mini spa day. I recommend, give it a try.

They dont honor appointments. My daughter called and made us an appointment for 2 pedicures at noon. We got there and checked in, then another lady comes in and said she made an appointment for 4 pedis at the same time. They seat the 4 women together first, then my daughter and me. They started on the 4 while we sat with our feet in cold water for 20 minutes. We get the rush treatment, poor quality old polish thats goopy, the lady that did mine looked off into space the whole time as if she had been tranquilized. Not a good experience. In fact, if say it was horrible from beginning to end. Must be different management since we were there a couple years ago.

Linda was my nail artist for the day. While she did get the job done quick, it wasn’t what I wanted. I told her the length I wanted and she made it shorter than I said. She also didn’t handle my hands very gently, she kept yanking them around everywhere. Besides that the nails do look decent. I would prefer them to be the length I asked for, but it’ll do.

Way too over-priced. They charge you for every extra thing(multiple nail color, design, gem, etc), even a tiny gem on your nails costs $5....$65 to get my nails done...no thank you. They do a good job and the staff is nice, but theres nothing special about them.

After having gone to another nail salon in Auburn and getting a less than stellar set of nails, I went online to search out nail salons here. I saw that Pearl Nails had 13 5 star reviews, so I called them to see if they could take me (on a Sunday) and fix my nails. I was told to come right in. What a nice place! And all the staff were very nice and accommodating. I left a very happy customer. My nails look 1000 percent better and I will be making Pearl Nails my nail home. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this to everyone I know or meet. HIGHLY recommended by me!!

The staff are rude, speak English selectively, and do not do what theyve been asked to do. Poor quality powder dip and more expensive than elsewhere.

I drive 3hrs just to come get my nails done here! The best place I have found so far, that my nails actually stay on & look great for almost 3 weeks!! Love them!!

They told us to come back when I called and they would fix . When got to salon they were very rude about it especially the man . Laughing and making jokes all to which we have no idea what he was saying to other employees. They made us feel very uncomfortable when I asked them to fix my boyfriends 15 year old daughters nails that she had done the day before. And that they looked nothing like what she had asked and showed the a picture of coffin nails she wanted and showed nail tech. Instead she got short wide fan dog nails and horrible cartoon flower. They proceeded to make excuses about not fixing and were talking back in forth to each other coming over looking and laughing 6 of them to be exact . Not what I expect from customer service at all. Never going back there.

Visited this place again after a few years and its still great!

Poor dip method... color nothing like what I requested (too many dip layers.. ended up almost black instead of purple). Grinded my cuticles, causing them to bleed. I dont think she even realized it (poor eyesight,??). Quite disappointed

Just moved back to Auburn and had to find someone to do Pink and White nails with Gel overlay. I went to a few salons and finally found Pearl Nails...clean, great job, and they stay on!

Pear; Nails is the best place to get a pedicure! Paul is excellent and gives an amazing leg and foot massage. Its a very clean shop and staff is very friendly.

I have been here many times and the nail service was fine. But the last time I was there the man was extremely unprofessional, added money to the price that I was quoted then was yelling at me infront of my children (and the salon guest) when I asked him about the price change. I had to keep asking him to lower his voice. Enough nails salons in the area, why give money to a man that thinks its ok to intimidate women by yelling at them in public.

Usually Im very pleased with the work and employees at Pearl Nails but the last time I went was just terrible. Ana did a full set of acrylics on me. Some turned out crooked and uneven. She was rough and jerked my hands around a lot, not to mention she caught my skin with the electric nail filer multiple times.... ouch!!!! 4 days later and theyre already starting to pop off. Long story short after this visit I will definitely be reconsidering keeping Pearl Nails as my go to salon in the future. :(

I was 30mins late for appt and felt really bad but they squeezed me in their schedule. The people are so pleasant and nice. I had the best pedicure ever and will definitely come back. I highly recommend Sophia to anyone who wants a great experience.

Went to get eyebrows waxed and the lady spilt hot wax in my hair near the root. Spent 20 minutes trying to pull it out. Left dried wax all over my eyebrows and had to go back in to get it out which she told me was “dried skin”. Also she did an uneven wax on the eyebrows. And had me pay full price for wax. Terrible experience. Never going here again.

They do a good job. But dont appear to speak English at all. So difficult to communicate.

After arriving for our appointment on time, I was made to wait more than 30 minutes to be helped. My mom was helped right away and I was seated next to her and had to ask someone to fill my tub after 10 min because my feet were in an inch of cold water. Then another 20 min later someone finally helped me. No apology of making me wait 30+minutes watching my mom get her pedicure done. The service was ok but I was done shortly after my mom even though my service started much later and the man doing my nails seemed arrogant and rude. I’m not sure if he owned the store but he walked around like he did and wasn’t interested in giving quality customer service. He kept speaking in another language to all the employees and laughing. I don’t like to feel like I’m an inconvenience after making an appointment and paying $$$ for a mediocre service. I won’t be back.
