Good place and they guys that work there are nice and knowledgeable. There was no up-selling. They did give me a printout of things that could be done at anytime and did not push me to do anything outside of the oil change.

Ive tried several times over the last two weeks to get an oil change here, but every time Ive gone someone says theyre not taking cash, only card. Ive been coming here for years but never had this happened before... I called the one in Opelika, and they take cash. I guess Ill just have to go there instead until they can take cash again

I had a marvelous experience yesterday at American Lube Fast. Garrett serviced my vehicle along with another gentleman and it was less about the oil change and more about the quality of customer service that made my experience great. Garrett went above and beyond and he even gave me a run down of what’s going on under my hood and that’s very valuable to me, especially as a young lady traveling around. I appreciated his level of expertise and efficiency, I will most definitely be coming back. Garrett needs to be promoted !!!!!!!!

A sigh of relief to pull up a place to get you car serviced where they wear masks without you asking and discuss the cost upfront rather than up-charging you without your knowledge and hitting you with a bill at the end. Quick and thorough service with professional staff. Will be back for all my basic needs.

This place will be honest with you even if you know nothing about cars. Theyre fast, cheap, and tell you only what you need. I went in thinking I needed an oil change and the guy looked at it and told me I could come back in a few thousand miles instead of just upselling me because he could. This place is great.

They wouldnt change my oil because of a small leak I have been putting off for a while. The employee told me there might be no reason to change my oil if it was leaking so bad. It only uses a quart between oil changes and I know how to check my own oil. I ended up changing my own oil and saving myself money anyway so thanks for that I guess. Still dont understand why they were making a big deal about an oil leak that consumes a quart between oil changes. I will never bring any of my vehicles to them again.

Ive been coming here for years. I trust the staff and they are quick and friendly. My car is an in-town driver so I dont have to come much and they still remember me when I do. I feel like they take care of my car along with me. Definitely recommend them.

They told my wife they couldn’t change the oil because we needed a new oil pan but our oil pan is new. They were rude to her so I called to see if I could sort it out and they proceeded to be rude to me. We will not be going back here

I came here with my friend to get oil change and had no idea we could stay in the car as the oil was being changed. Not only that the customer service was excellent. Learned stuff about the vehicle we never even knew. He made sure we knew what was happening and showed us that they had filled the oil back to full. Only took about 15 mins total. They have this way they talk to each other that is so cool. Lol Id refer them to any of my friends.

My wife brought my truck here today to get the oil changed. They were doing a light check (which from my experience with these types of places is routine) and they told her that the tail lights were out. Being the good wife she is, she was confused and asked for a person there to hold the break while she checked. The lights were (in fact) not on. Still in disbelief, she told the guy to step away and put her bag on the brake and lo and behold when she checked herself all lights worked!!!They guy tried to act dumb and said there must have been a short when he checked it. She got back in the car and told the guy what an insignificant little ant he was and drove off. This company, not only this particular store will NEVER have my business again and I will let everyone know of this experience. They tried to take advantage of her being a female in her early 20s. If you ever come here make sure you talk to someone who has all their teeth and never let them fix anything!

I was told that the threads on my oil pan were stripped and they could replace the oil pan for me. It sounded suspicious so I said I would take it to the dealer. They tried to convince me that was unnecessary and they could do the work for me.The next day at the dealer there was no problem with the threads and the price for the oil change was cheaper than the $65 LubeFast was going to charge me.

My father and I have used these people for years. He owns a local company and has a fleet account with them. Well, this week, I have I took my Mustang (Hot-Rod crate engine) and they put cheap, super thin (5w20) oil in it. I just told them to but the best premium synthetic oil and the best oil filter they would sell me on it (and assumed they would put the correct oil to the engine). The next day, my new engine was knocking and they almost blew up my new engine from putting ridiculously thin oil in something that needs 10W30 or 10W40 oiland they put the cheapest oil filter on it you can buy. My father took his truck up there a week before to get transmission treatment and oil change. The next day the transmission fell out of the truck and he had to buy a new transmission. They also put way too small of an oil filter on his truck.Basically, they use the cheapest stuff and charge you a premium price. They do terrible work, and they do not care what happens to your property. They are very pushy salesmen when it comes to the useless (or harmful) and overpriced additives that they want you to buy. I took my Mustang back to them and asked them to replace the oil with what it needs. They refused. I ended up being on the phone with the management and all I got offered was $20.00 off another oil change. The oil change they just have me with flushing out my coolant and oil and replacing coolent and the wrong oil was just over $200.00. Needless to say, I change my own oil now and use Royal Purple oil (the best) and K&N oil filters. If you do it yourself, you know it is done right with the best parts and is cheaper. DO NOT USE LUBE FAST ANYWHERE, I went to the one one Opelika Road by the Grubmart gas station and the Tractor Supply store.
