The service here is incredible! Everyone is amazing at the UCSC site. Anjel and Nicole are the best. Such a pleasant experience going here!

Nicole is great! She explains gum health and tartar formation (and what to do about it) like a science teacher. All medical/dental practices would do well to have someone as skilled as Angel, the receptionist, at explaining how treatment and insurance works. Very reassuring, friendly, and clear! Everyone here wants to make it work out for you, so will schedule the timing as such to maximize the insurance coverage. Dr Vainer is nice and very speedy, even willing to replace a filling on the fly when there was enough time at the end of the appointment . I am going to want to keep going to the dentist here even after I graduate!

The entire staff at Onsite Dental (UCSC) are very nice and helpful people. Dr. Sandhu was excellent. She took time to explain what was happening, steps I could take to fix my problem, and overall was a very nice person. With some of the previous dentists at this location, I felt I any question I had was a nuisance and that every tooth needed to be fixed but I did not feel that way with Dr.Sandhu.

The workers here are so wonderful in making you feel welcome and giving detailed information on treatment/options/etc. Finding a dentist you can trust is really hard but they made it so easy to stay with them during my time at UCSC.

Wonderful, friendly staff! Gave me all the info I needed and I even learned a little more about how Dental insurance works (I thought I had it down!).

Everyone is so nice and positive! Great environment.
