I had a great and wonderful experience with Michelle at ABC Flooring. She is very knowledgeable about the products and is patient with you while you sift through all the options. We purchased an office building and wanted to replace the floors. Michelle helped us pick the best material for our situation and budget. ABC Flooring came out quickly to measure the office, provided us an estimate in a timely manner. We were under a time deadline and Michelle made sure our deadline was met. I received updated communications throughout the project which was an added bonus. The installed was very professional and did a great job. The floors look amazing and the service was outstanding. Will recommend and use ABC Flooring again!

I am pleased with the sales and installation experience. I wanted to give a perfect rating but I felt the installation was a little rushed which caused minor issues like missing quarter round. I was also concerned when my payment method was charged an additional amount without prior notification or approval.

Called regarding availability and price on some cortec vinly tile. The woman I spoke with was uninformed, said it would have to be ordered but could not tell me how long it would take so I asked her to have someone call me because I was interested in putting it in my house not just one of my rentals. She wasnt very friendly and obviously I never got a call back or I wouldnt be rating them a number one. I used to do a lot of business with them. But I do business elsewhere now..

Put my order in for carpet in the master bedroom. Painted ceiling and walls so Im ready.

Our experience with ABC flooring was outstanding! It was so fast and easy. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Michelle Roberts made the whole process seamless. We gave her an idea of the type of flooring we were interested in using in five rooms. She came to our home, measured the rooms, and brought some samples. When she showed us the third sample, my husband and I said, “That’s the one!” That easy!! Kodi and JJ did the actual installation. They were professional, courteous, and quick! So we had two teenage boys who had Teenage bedrooms with carpet.I will leave out the description.....Terrible. They left for Army and Air Forceso Michelle sent a crew to Perry. We didnt invest a lot of money, had one room Vinyl planked and use it for a home office/fishing tackle room. The other carpeted for a guest bedroom. They both look EXCELLENT!Her crew was most efficient and very polite. Michelle is so nice and very professional we will use her again, and refer to others with raving reviews.

Great Prices & Excellent Customer Service!

This company has terrible customer service, especially the owner Jonny. I recently lived in Avenue 29, where ABC Flooring were doing renovations and my car was damaged with dry wall in the process. I have constantly called and emailed this company they are un-responsive to emails and when I finally get in contact with the owner Jonny, he is rude and doesnt allow the next person to speak. However, Jonny came to a solution himself that he was not going to pay for my damages, when I have pictures of the damages and reported it the property owners. I will not rate this company anything good because the owner is an irate and disgusting being and I will notify my attorneys to rectify this problems immediately.

Terrible customer service!!!!!! The carpet was installed so bad that the kids have been repeatly stabbed in the feet by the tacks they placed in all the doors ways in between the hardwood and carpet. The house is only 6 months old and the hardwood is bulging out on most seems. Dont mention a warranty this company will turn all dr.jeckall and try to say nothing is covered in the warranty. I hope one day this company steps on the wrong toes and finally gets back what they give to the customers. Btw they did this in all the new construction houses in our nieghborhood.
