Leigh, Lindsay and Jenn--The Schiff Team--were on top of every detail needed to keep the sale of our house on track. Without fail, they showed up early to turn on lights, arrange things and check the yard. They found only pre-qualified, very motivated buyers. They followed all Covid-19 procedures. We got to know Michael last fall when we started to look into buying our first home. Things to know about Michael. He is arguably the most responsive human to all forms of communication that exist - text, email, call, anything - if you have a question, he will answer it essentially immediately. Our schedules are busy and he met us at odd times to view listings and on short notice. His expertise in this process was palpable from day one, but it became clear to us very quickly that he was on OUR team, meaning that if he didnt think a house would be a good fit for us for x, y or z (very valid but previously unconsidered by us novices) reason, he told us. With us being minimally knowledgeable about real estate, Michael had every opportunity to make a sale months prior, but that’s not how it works with the Schiff Real Estate Team. They’re about the long game, and that is exactly who you want on your side for this process.
