Extraordinarily thorough application process to secure an apartment, which was greatly appreciated. They encouraged us to have friends or family view the property to make sure it fits our wants since we were moving from out of state. Don’t think about renting from this company. Tons of annoying harassing text messages. They don’t even have the decency to call you. Plus they have tons of ridiculous fees, short notice inspections is a normal occurrence.

Please do not waste your time. I have attempted on several occasions to reach out to the executive assistant the check the status of my application all to hear that I was not approved with no explanation 7 days later. They could only tell me to call their third party contractor for more details. After calling them and obtaining a copy of my application I saw that my credit risk score was a B and I meet all of the guidelines posted and on the website which I was certain to double before applying to the property. Laurie Bell did not call and say anything after several attempts to reach out to her prior to hearing that I was denied for the property, she also couldn’t tell me why my application was denied and then proceeded to take the property off the market. Are you guys just out take application money from hardworking people?????

Ive had very few issues in the residence but when I do, Aramis is fast to respond through the website. Issues are addressed within mins and resolved in 24-48 hours. Even on the weekend! Was looking into rental one of the homes they have listed for rent online. I submitted my application along with application fee I called two business days after I submitted it to find there was 3 applications on it and that my card would not be charged for the application fee.The representative I spoke with and her honesty about the house already having applications on it and that my card would not be charged the $45 application fee is something you dont find everywhere and I appreciate the honesty and I definitely want to do business with this company. Ive applied for homes in the past with other companies just to find out the home was rented and they still charge me for an application fee

Outstanding service for property owners. I switched to Aramis last year and am glad I did. They did excellent preparation and had the house rented in a week. They’re very responsive when any issues arise.

They dont even have the decency to communicate whether you were approved or denied. You cant help but to believe that they just take your money when they behave like this. I have sent several emails, no response. I have even tried to call and received message that they were in a meeting, days later still no response. And yes all this is after the 5-7 days waiting period.

It is all thanks to the way Patrick Beugnon value his clients and in his mind both the property owner and the tenant are the clients. Aramis Realty has been a great partner for my husband and me in making sound real estate investments with a positive return on that investment within a couple of short years. Now we have rental properties that continue to escalate in value and that remain nearly 100% occupied. Aramis deals with all problems that arise (i.e. maintenance issues, disputing tax increases, providing year end tax paperwork, evicting renters who arent paying rent on time or who are not properly caring for the property, securing renters with appropriate credit history, etc.) for a very reasonable monthly fee. The president of the company is also a Wharton Business School grad, a brilliant man, and a long time loyal friend.

My 18 month lease ends March 31- spoke with the one responsible for posting payments, she said send work order (??), did that- nothing;they ask for 60 day written notice,sent 1/21/19- no response, left 2 voicemails for the person who was very available & responsive in showing me the place- no response. The master bathroom has mold, the dishwasher has never been fixed, the refrigerator shelves have never.. do yourself a favor! This Company is a SCAM!!!!!! They have stated on their application on their website states as follows. Please be advised that we only take three applications at a time for each listing showcase within our inventory so time is of the essence. Your credit card will not be charged if you are not one of those three applicants.Now this home wasnt even on the market yet when I applied and that was also stated I was the only one at this time who applied. Now they denied me not because of my credit she said. However just in case my job didnt work out they would need someone else like a co applicant to go after to get their money for the home if that happened. I didnt have a co applicant nor did I want to involve any other person with this GREEDY Company: ARAMIS REALITY!!!!!!Now that they didnt choose me as an applicant for this home is ok, however they wouldnt refund my money as was stated on their online application that they would do so if I wasnt. I then contacted the owner to inform him that his statement on this application is very misleading to people he informed me that if I had of been one out 4th through 10th person in which they also stated the only pick 3 at a time my money would of then been refunded to me??????? So they have no way to show you that they even took 3 applications you must take their word first of all. In which we all know every one isnt honest. So they can SCARM 30 OR MORE PERSON WITH THIS $45 APPLICATION FEE AND COLLECT THEM ALL AND WITHOUT ANY PROOF TO YOU AS AN APPLICANT...... So this Realty company can and they will just collect $45 per applicant from these people as if you have money to give away to be just consider then tell you that, No your not an applicant and keep your money. In which is Robbery. so proceed with caution. They are HORRIBLE AND GREEDY to people who cant afford to just give them free money.
