This was by far the worst nail salon experience Ive ever had. It took them 1.5 hours (which is the longest its ever taken me) to do a simple SNS and design. And I had to ask her to fix the nail shape multiple times throughout the visit. In the end, the simple white line designs were so incredibly sloppy and asymmetrical. Attached pics of what I asked for vs. what I got. They also did not have a good color range and I could not find the color I wanted

Service was fast and pleasant however I requested a flower design and was not 100% satisfied. I got French tips also and they were uneven... the nail tech said that the gel polish would last 2 weeks yet the day after getting them done both my toenail and thumb had chipped.Other than those complaints service was fast and my nail tech tried her best... I paid $80 for gel polish mani and pedi.*1st picture is the day I got them done and the others are 2 weeks later

I rarely post reviews but Im posting this negative experience on behalf of my girlfriend. Im pretty furious with what happened.She came in for a gel manicure. It was her first time using this location. She picked a light pink color and was sat down. As her nail tech was working on her nails, she noticed that the color came out hot pink instead of the light pink she initially chose. As this wasnt what she wanted, she told the nail tech that it wasnt the color she chose and since she was only on her second nail, she didnt think it would be an issue. The nail tech insisted the color nail example my girlfriend gave her from their salon was faded and meant to be a hot pink instead. Not sure if she was just annoyed that my girlfriend had a complaint but it was night and day with the color she chose and the color she had on her nails. The nail tech ended up redoing her nails and started being rough with my girlfriend. She was forceful with her hands and being super rough to the point that my girlfriend started tearing up due to the pain. The whole experience after she expressed a complaint was so bad. When she gets her nails done, she comes to relieve stress and pamper herself. This experience was the opposite. She sat through it as my girlfriend is more of the silent type and eventually left immediately after her nails were done.Im not sure what was going on with her nail tech but there is no excuse to treat anyone the way she was treated. Needless to say, we will not be returning here.

I’ve been here a few times Lin is usually who I see but this time I saw Deena was great. Very professional and good at her pace! Management is very accommodating and professional as well. I’ve been to some salons that write off male clientele because they expect us to be less picky or decisive, they however made sure I was happy and feeling good before leaving! 10/10 will continue to go back because now I know if I don’t have the same person I will still be treated the same no matter who helps me that day. Shout out to Deena and Lin!

Excellent Nail salon. I usually like to have one person do my nails but it seems that everyone here is talented. They have many technicians so there is little to no wait time. The place seems clean and the techs and most customers wear masks.

I am an old customer/client and havent been in a while but I was always pleased with their service (I would go to Snow or Annie for gel nails. Annie left long ago - I actually followed her to her new location. Im not sure if Snow is still there but she always did a great job!)

Customer Service is EXCELLENT and they even they even took my friends and I last minute.... 30 mins before closing. I will definitely return next time Im in the Atlanta area.

Great communication and her attention to detail was obvious! So very happy, I’ll most definitely be a repeat client! Highly recommend, that have TONS of options and colors!

We loved our experience here! My partner got his first mani pedi and I got a regular paint mani pedi. The employees were very nice and did a great job. I felt pampered while they also moved relatively quickly, and my nail artist did exactly what I asked for in the photo I showed her from Pinterest. We were out in 45 minutes. We made an appt online and it went smoothly. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the fast service and great customer service. I will say that my nail tech, although amazing, was stubborn in asserting that an sns gradient could not be done on short nails. My nails look phenomenal regardless. I highly recommend paying them a visit if you want to have a pleasant and smooth experience. Got a little powder on my skin, but it came off in the shower :)

I’ve came here a few times before my experience today and it was no where near the DISRESPECT I received today from them! They told me 30 mins and I brought someone else with me, we waiting 30 mins and came back. When we did they said that one was ready so I patiently waited for my turn. After an hour I saw countless individuals walk in and quickly get seated with no problem. I sat there long enough for the person who I came with to get acrylic names and paint and STILL DID NOT RECEIVE SERVICE and after asking how much longer until I can receive service they kept saying no ones ready but other people were able to walk in and get seated getting mani and pedi!! I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO THEIR BUSINESS NOR WILL THEY EVER RECEIVE MY MONEY AGAIN!

I have been going to Midtown Nails for years. Judy knows my face when it comes to getting it waxed and treaded. I am confident with the Ladies when I get a Deluxe Manicure and Pedicure. Great place to get yourself pampered.

Had a great experience with my 4 YO today. Friendly and a job well done. The only downfall is that you can’t add a tip in to your credit card payment. You have to tip in cash or if the manicurist has a Venmo, through that. I bet a lot of their manicurists don’t get tipped because of that policy.

I just went back for the first time in over a year. Theyve updated the chairs and added quite a few new employees. They always do a great job!

Got an SNS manicure today, and a gel pedicure. The pedicure was great, but the person who did my nails did not do a good job. She was rushing the whole time, didn’t put an equal amount of powder on my nails (some nails were 3 coats, some were 4/5) the SNS was all over my skin, down the sides of my nails, under my nails and covered my cuticles. When I told her she just said, what do you want me to do? Like she couldn’t see what was wrong. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried this salon in 5 years (My normal salon was fully booked) my first experience was about the same as this one……. So I don’t think I’ll ever go back here. Very disappointed!

We came late afternoon, they were friendly and worked quickly. They were reasonably priced, I wanted mood polish and wish that I could have seen what the color changed to, but maybe the cards were gone, no designs were encouraged (disappointed), but good for last minute!

This past Sunday my son and I used this facility the first time. Friendly service but not certain if most hygienic place. I received a manicure/pedicure and lady placed my hands in a white very liquid substance then wiped it off with a microfiber cloth and my hands now have a rash- my skin rough as sandpaper. I couldn’t find an option to upload pictures. Disappointed about the outcome of manicure. Pedicure was good though.

I had SNS dipping and it started chipping 3 days later. It was my first time here, but my SNS usually lasts at least 3 weeks. My boyfriend also had a pedicure and he was not impressed. Won’t be back.

Theres only one quality manicurist there and shes horribly mismanaged by the staff. Booked an appointment a week ago and even reconfirmed an hour in advance. Yet she was sat with someone else at my appointment time. And this isnt the first incident like that. Not worth a fraction of their prices.

I was in town for new years and needed to get my nails sone. After reading some reviews I decided to go here. I went here on a Friday and they opened at 10 and I was there at 1015. They had a ton of techs which was great I didnt have to wait. I got a full set and I have to say that this stiletto shape was the best stiletto shape ever. I am still obsessed with it! Perfectly pointy. I love them. My tech did a phenomenal job! It was $50 (gel polish on acrylic) which is reasonable.I ended up also getting a spa pedicure with my friend and that was abut $35...not bad either. My feet are super soft and I love them! I would definitely come her again.A ton of parking in the area, and this place has a ton of nail techs so youre in and out! The place is clean and tidy and spacious.

I havent been to this place in YEARS lol but it still looks very well maintained and even more poppin! My partner got me a mani and pedi I didnt do anything crazy.Booking was super easy I called the day before and went in the next day. I got a mani and pedi within an hour. They serviced me while I was in the chair.They lock the door so that people that havent been checked for their temperature and screened for COVID cant come in. They make you wash your hands after they do a temp check. Everyone is segregated with little plastic shower curtain things or solid clear plastic for the each station.Their work seems very efficient and everyone seems very knowledgeable.

My first experience at this nail salon was not a good one, but Im so happy I went back. I usually get SNS as well as a pedicure. My go-to nail tech is Lin. She is amazing, really good at what she does as well as pays attention to details. I am so happy with her doing my nails and I will be coming back. Another great thing is that your nails last a really long time. My pedicure from here usually lasts about a month and barely even looks grown out.

Enjoyed the atmosphere. Linda was awesome and I plan on going back again.

When I gave them my card to pay they told me it would be $65. I just looked at my bank statement and they charged me $90!!! Ive been a loyal customer for years and tip well. In fact I tipped$20 that day. NEVER going back! How would they like it if they came to my place of business and I charged them more than I told them?? Why would you steal from your customers? Unbelievable!

Ill only come here to get my nails done....Fast and they always last a long time.

The staff was incredibly friendly & the salon is very nice. However, this was the worst acrylic fill-in Ive ever had! Theyre far from the base of my nail, theyre puffy/raised, & they look so awful that I dont trust them to go back & have my nails fixed there. I said a few times to a few employees that my nails looked awful but they said she wasnt done & would fix my nails. The woman who did my nails was so nice that I didnt feel comfortable making a big deal of it, Im just going to go to another salon & thats a real shame because this one is a 3 minute walk from my house. I definitely would not recommend this place!I have them a second chance today. The owner said they would fix my nails once she saw how bad they were. She sat me at a station & left me there for 30+ minutes. When I told her I needed to go she had an attitude. I will not be going back. Ever. Worst customer service!!! Already filed a claim with the bank.

Really consistent nail place. They always do a great job and it’s reasonable. The atmosphere can be a bit rushed and it’s not super relaxing during busy times. But on the flip side I never have to wait long! Highly recommend for both regular appointments or if you just need your nails done for an occasion

Wouldn’t recommend. I’ve been to this place a few time because of the location, it’s right next to EVERYTHING. Unfortunately, the customer service here rather lousy and their work is below average. They seem to cut corners and rush the process. They require that you tip in cash only, if you don’t have cash they’ll display anger and point at the ATM. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I scheduled an online appointment. Upon arrival they told me they had no record of my appointment because their website doesn’t work when booking appointments and that I should of called to confirm the appointment despite receiving a confirmation text of my appointment. I asked how was I supposed toknow that and how long the wait would be. They told me they don’t know how long the wait would be and it was on a first come first serve basis. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional and they need to updated their website to eliminate online appointments.

The nail technicians are fantastic, but the gender dynamics between the male owner and women workers are problematic, and the labor conditions for these workers are precarious at best. The owner does not allow customers to tip workers on a credit or debit card. However, he has an privately owned ATM conveniently sitting by the nail drying station, which ensures that he secures an ATM fee for each customer who wishes to tip the workers. Come here if you want wonderful service by terrific staff, but be sure to bring cash to tip workers and be prepared to speak to the manager about his slimy ATM hustle at the expense of all his employees.

Great job spacing out customers and there are plexiglass shields between you and the technician as well as between seats.

This is the first review I’ve ever written, but I feel as though I should write this. The customer service at this salon is TERRIBLE, the owners are rude and the nail techs do not do a good job. I gave the technician a clear photo of what I wanted. My gel nails were chunky and out of shape. I kept looking at it because they were not coming out right and I kept asking her to please file the sides and top and she would get an attitude every time I asked. If I’m paying, I should get what I came for....I notice that the women only speak with specific types of people. I used to go twice a month and the owners would never acknowledge that I was there. No “welcome back” nor “how are you”.They ask you what you want and you sit there to get your nails done. My techs never speak and act as though they are trying to rush you out.I will not be going back and I would advise you to try other salons in your area. There are other salons that have superb customer service and skilled nail techs.

I got one of the premium pedicures. I felt like the service itself was a tad bit rushed, but my gel pedicure came out nice. Its been a month now and my gel pedicure is still holding up nicely.

For the most part staff friendly except one worker Tracy. She not very friendly. She too rough when doing your nails, dnt ever let her do your nails. Other than that great place.

Did a fine job and love the complimentary shoulder massages but the technician was talking on her cell phone a majority of the time. i’m sure it’s not an every day occurrence but didn’t leave me wanting to return any time soon.

The service is nice but their work is just alright. My nails always chip or break prematurely from here. Gave them 4 tries and my nails broke or lifted every time after just over a week.

Super awesome place! I didnt get my nails done, just some waxing, and I must say I was surprised at how much I enjoyed service, product and staffs as well here. They were extremely sweet and chatty and I felt totally comfortable with the way they care my skin. Great! I recommend anyone in the city go here. :)

Went to Midtown Nails July 3rd, 2019. I had an appointment with Cindy at 10:30. When I got there I had to wait another hour after my scheduled appt. and that was very annoying. They were trying to get someone else to do my nails but I was referred to Cindy and a first time client. Cindy did a great job and she was really fast. Really contemplating about coming back but my nails look really good. The service I got was SNS on my natural nail.

The most shittiest job ever done. The lady was all over the place with my pedicure, not going in order and literally rushing through every step. Like she put cuticle cream on and instead of waiting or wiping started cutting them. She used oil and lotion for the massage and never wiped it off. I was oozing oil and she wouldnt give me a wet towel. Her paint job was so bad it was obvious she was barely using the paint or coats.Lastly, dont get caught here withoutcash. Their cc receipts dont allow for tips.Yuck!!!!!

My nails always look good. Some do better than others. I get regular polish change it last like 5 days. Customer service is okay. I like certain workers there.my friend liked her eyebrows as well. Overall I am satifiedEyebrow lady does so good too

The manager can sometimes treat you like you are on a conveyor belt. He is not the most polite person. While, I live in the area and it is oftentimes the best experience, you have to know and select your technician or else your gel nails may not last as long or the paint job could be substandard. Update: Snow did my nails. She made mistakes and left the edges of my nails undone. She had an attitude when I showed her. She is not friendly at all, just matter of fact. I took my neice. She wanted a clear nail with a simple design. Snow rudely told her that she needed a color for it to look right. As a customer, my move had this design done at thier salon several times and lived it. Today, Snow told her they did not do it at the salon. Terrible service. I think I am done with midtown nail. Updated from a 3 to a 1. See picture of toes done today-- it tells more of the story.

Always a great experience

Gone there twice now and had a great experience both times. I get the gel nails which last for a few weeks when I get it done here. I have gone other places and it doesnt seem to last as long. I work in wildlife rehabilitation and these nails get tested all the time but when I get them done here, they always live up to the challenge. Fast and efficient while also keeping high quality. Highly recommend!

It is fast service here.. so dont go for the spa treatment. They are busy and efficient.Now with all that said, they are amazing with GEL POLISH!!!They look great, not cheap and see through...| They last up to 4 weeks and that is with lots of growth and heavy use. I dont usually wear gloves to do dishes and still didnt have any problems with lifting, peeling- etc.. Go here- you wont regret it and the prices are pretty avg with market.

Ann cut me really bad and didn’t even give me a discount. She didn’t even apologize for cutting me!!!! It took a long time for the bleeding to stop, but she just put alcohol on the open wound. The experience was horrible! And then she charged me $43! I didn’t get any designs or anything so she probably added her own tip in it! Never get Ann!!!!!!

They gave me a VERY painful nail infection!!!Id never had one before, and it was awful. Management refused to do anything about it. Such a bad experience!! Go to Piedmont Nails. Theyre wonderful.

I tried this place out, it’s the worse place ever. Very hostile environment. The service is rushed and subpar. They’re maybe two at the most decent nail techs, and the rest of the staff seems to be on auto pilot. Very weird environment to say the least. Cindy, which is one of the owners is nice, but the husband is rude and militant, which is very uncomfortable. I will spend my money somewhere else. Thanks but no thanks.

The staff is friendly, but I am disappointed. They shaved down my nails before applying gel polish, which ruined my nails underneath (maybe this is normal but it had never been done to me?) I presumed it was so the manicure would stick better and last longer but within 5 days the edges were peeling up. Also VERY frustrating that they dont allow you to tip on your card, I shouldnt have to pay an ATM fee because they dont want to pay taxes... I tend to forget to carry cash.

Will NEVER go again. I always stay loyal to my nail tech at another salon however my sister came to see me for her birthday so on my lunch break i took her upstairs to this salon to get her nails done. I seen their work previously and ALL their SNS and Gel chips within days. So I asked if they can do a color acrylic on her. The lady was very rude and mad that I wouldn’t let her do sns. I explained to her that my sister lives too far to bring her back to get it fix. She had a 100000 excuses on why she couldn’t do it she brought three other ladies over to tell me no. Even said they didn’t carry the color I wanted so I said it’s okay I’ll choose a different color for her and when they brought the colors they had the EXACT color I needed. So she get the “acrylic powder” and tried to dip my sister nails in it like sns and I stopped her and told her I’m a nail tech I know the difference and told her to get the monomor liquid and she looked so confused and ended up giving us a new nail tech. And I asked her if she did ombré because the last one told me no one do ombré however I seen people get ombré from their salon. And the lady said yes they do and she was a little upset then she mentioned the price to me to try to convince me it’s too much money I shouldn’t do it. The audacity. If I’m paying you need to do what I want.Not only did all this happen but they would not let me sit next to my MINOR little sister to make sure her nails was done right. When I told them I don’t want them long but not too short it was a problem and when I told her not to cut her nails until she shows me she was upset. My sister is a young girl if I want to monitor what’s on her nails and IM PAYING then it should be no problem!!! HORRIBLECUSTOMER SERVICE!!Lesson learn I will only go to by nail tech no matter what. It’s a shame I have to spend money and they don’t want to provide good service.

I have been going here for three years ! Tiffany is the best I love the way she does my nails . If you tip bring cash they won’t let you tip on a card which does suck, but I have tried several other places here In Atlanta and they are the best !They did my nails before my wedding, and I decided I didn’t like the design and she went and got her phone and we picked out a better one that was absolutely perfect !!!

I went in for a nail color change 3 hours ago. I usually get a gel manicure and this isnt an issue but I was giving my nails a breather. I sat under the nail dryer for 30 minutes and my nails never dried. They arent the best choice for a color change or regular polish. Lesson learned.

The staff was so friendly and sweet, but the actual product was just sub par unfortunately. My gel manicure chipped within a week on several nails. I attribute this to the top coat being applied too heavily and broadly, and some of if actually adhering to my skin and therefore flaking off and taking the polish on the nail with it.

Very disappointed. This was my first time here. The greeting wasnt inviting and the end result was a mess. My pedicure was more of a polish and go, complete with lukewarm water. I asked for a gel manicure then told the tech I would like tips. I was met with a silent attitude. After the geI was done I asked why my noticeably bad cuticles werent done. She told me it was too late and I needed to ask for a manicure....which I did and I also wrote it down on the pad. Please notice the acrylic buildup on the side of my nail and the awful thumb cuticle in the picture below! $80!

Very quick and attentive staff! My friend was getting married and they got her and her bridal party in and out very quickly. Had a nice variety of colors for customers to choose from.

They charged me to shape my nails... Thats the first time in 7 years that Ive gotten my nails done, that someone charged me to shape my nails. My nails arent extremely long where I would think it required someone to charge them, but I guess medium length nails must be charged... Along with that start to my service, the whole thing was rushed and I wish they spent more time on the customer instead of just getting the job done to get to another customer. They were well staffed, so I dont understand why my technician rushed my service. And on top of all that, they got my color wrong, and instead of starting over, the tech just painted my desired color on top... Minus my personal experience, overall the place was clean and there are tons of color selection to choose from. I was seen fairly promptly. Ill give this salon another chance, but was disappointed my first visit.

I have given up on this salon because of the INCREDIBLY RUDE owner. A couple owns this salon -- the woman, Judy, is nice enough but the man is absolutely horrible. It is very hard to make appointments. I want to hang up whenever I call if he is the one who answers. I kept going there for quite some time in spite of him because there are some wonderful, very skilled technicians there. But I have had enough! Regardless of the skill of the techs, having to deal with that awful, awful man is not worth it! There is a nail salon on every corner of every strip mall, afterall. I will not pay my hard-earned money to get that kind of treatment anymore!!

On Jan 19th, 2019, my mom and I visited this establishment. We were greeted and my mom was assisted nearly immediately and sat for a full set. I had to wait over 10 mins due to it being very busy. Noooo problem.Once in the chair, I asked for a full set and she (Thu) started to work. She laid the nails beautifully and cut them beautifully as well. When she began to apply the acrylic...DISASTER! A week and a half later, the acrylic on my right hand index finger has come completely off. It did not rip my natural nail at all. Just lifted clean off. That happens due to a few things: she did not make sure that the acrylic was wet enough when applying OR she did make sure that my nail was properly prepped (sanded) when she began to apply.I would not recommend this place to anyone! It was a waste of $40.

The front desk wasnt well verse on what services they offered (I asked for solar nails), so I went for the regular mani/pedi deal. While doing my nails, a technician asked me if I wanted gel or acrylic for which my manicure, which I said no. That somehow translated to no color polish for my manicure as they led me out the chair to dry off my pedicure. I didnt see the point in confronting the issue as they were already confused enough and I had to go to work. The mani/pedi itself was okay but will stick to people that understand English a lot better.

Midtown Nails has been one of my favorite places to get a proper pedicure (The Candy Vault is my FAVORITE). Now, why am I rating 5 stars? I am rating 5 stars because I ONLY GET PEDICURES here and my experiences have always been great give or take maybe a pedicurist isnt in the best of moods.As someone who is the person assistant to a celebrity nail tech, I am very particular about my manicures and pedicures. No matter the establishment, I always ask that the tools used on me be sanitized in front of me and that a new file is used each time. This is within your rights as a client and you should always ask that this be done. I am learning a lot working for a nail tech who has been doing this for 20 years and she never minds when someone asks to have tools re-sanitized just for their peace of mind etc.Dont ever feel that you cant speak up, youre being serviced and paying money so you should receive the service you want. If you want to ask that the pedicure station be cleaned, again, before you put your feet in--go ahead and ask! Technically, they cannot say no. Yes, every nail salon is responsible for their sanitation but as a client if you want to be 100% sure things have been sanitized to your liking, you can ask to have it done before your service, its like going to a Resturant--you can ask that food be prepared to your liking even if the menu says otherwise, you have a right to that.I am always sure to tip very well and strike up conversation so this way my pedicurist feels better about servicing me and just better overall. This kind of work isnt easy and sometimes the person servicing you just needs a pick me up, so dont be shy and say Hi! I love the pedicures here because the BASIC PEDICURE includes a lot for a very affordable price. many places charge extra for every little thing on top of the base service and being a New Yorker (Harlem!) I am used to bargains and great nail service for not much money. I think for $35 dollars the pedicures here are sweet and if you want to splurge and get the Spa pedicure or deluxe spa pedicure, go ahead! I am sure youll love the service. Now, the reason I do not get my nails done here is because I have been going to the same woman @bitchienails (instagram) for 3 and a half years. I just love how she does my nails and when I cant get in with her I go to the Candy Vault. But when I need a pedicure or just want to treat myself on a random afternoon I go to Midtown Nails

Great here and I have my favorites artists that I always go to. I wouldnt go to just anyone here though.

Terrible. Been coming here for years but they have definitely fell off. Won’t be back.

Okay if you are in a hurry. Girls are good from Cambodia. The product that i used was not good so i hope they upgrade nails colors.

Great staff and decent price. They do a good job and the seats are nice (massage).

Ive been a customer for years. Lovely ladies with painterly skills and sweet dispositions. Spa like atmosphere; trusted waxing and aesthetician services as well. Spotless!

Expensive. Hostile environment. Forced me to pay before treatment. And there are add on prices for every little thing whereas everywhere else it would be free. I do not recommend.

Very nice place, friendly staff and owners! Lin is doing a great job, she did my and mani and regular pedi for a year before I moved out!

Update: reduced a star because my Pedi smudge despite being under the dryer three times the amount they told me to stay.---Came and there was a waiting list. Along with the reviews, I expected this to be a great experience. Pedi was fine, but the Mani was a mess. You know its not good when you have to take the cuticle cutter into your own hands ... The end result was an gel manicure that has uneven color, nails with rough edges and tips on the nails that are partially covered and partially exposed. The low stars is for extended time on the chair in a really uncomfortable position ... Doing a Mani in a pedicure chair only benefits the salon; if you want to merge efficiency with quality experience, you either have to move from one side of the chair to the other or let me go to a Mani table. Having me contort (when Im sorry from the gym, no less) is not good for me and its not the relaxing pampering experience for which I came and pay. The third star is honoring the fact that the lady tried to rectify her errors; I honestly think shes just not skilled. Im sure others in here are, I just didnt luck out.

Ive been coming here for 5+ years. This place is always good to me, every time I try to check out other salons I always come back to Midtown Nails. Everyone does a good job in my opinion however my favorites are Jasmine and Eson. Judy is wonderful for the brows as well as the Indian women (I cant remember her name) shes wonderful with the thread. They have sooo many options for your nails different gels or powders if youre allergic to acrylic. They have a WIDE color range and are overall friendly and affordable.
