This is the best laundromat Ive ever been to!It has an area where you can eat, some lounge chairs, and it looks like they are setting up an iPad station for the kids.The washers and dryers are well maintained and the branding is on point. They even have a chart that helps you choose your washers settings depending on your clothes.All you have to do is buy a card ($1.00) and then load it with money. Using their machines is very easy.

I went there just to use the X-large washer to wash my. King size comforter.Its a cashless spot.So you had to pay a $1. for the activation card. Then the washer was $6 and the dryer started at $2.50. $10 to wash and dry my comforter.I must admit the location was modern up-to-date and very clean. With a friendly staff.

Nice, clean... good vibes. Neighborly spot. Little store to the left to get snacks while you wait... or a Little Caesars down the parking lot. BIG washers and dryers that get super hot.

I love the evening crew very respectful but the night crew is horrible the men’s have no respect for no one I stood in front of the counter for 3 mins while the guy stand outside smoking looking at me then when he finish he went and sat down I had to ask him for help and he seen me standing there the machine over charge me and he told me it’s nothing they could do about it 😡 I been coming to this laundromat since it’s first open and NEVER had any problems til the NEW people overnight.

This has been the most consistently clean and well maintained laundromat I have been to. My ONLY beef with them is they seem to have card updates a little too frequently for me. I think I lost a decent amount of money on the last batch of cards that were decommissioned.

Love this laundromat. Its always clean with just a tad bit of dirty. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The coronavirus has been taken a toll on the amount of time you can spend inside as there is no folding or waiting on the inside. Aside from that, they are 24hrs and have specials from 11pm to 5am.

Clean & easy. This is my go-to laundromat. Cashless if you want to use the washers and dryers yourself (you can also drop your laundry off).

Really deserve 4 stars. There are no two dollar washer, which we definitely need for small loads. They may have some I really didnt look.,but most of the time if a laundromat looks like that, they dont have 2 dollar washers.

My 1st time going.. i made a mistake and started the wrong machine..(not the $3 machine).. the guy looks at the empty machine and says theres nothing he can do, i should be paying attention... and if he calls someone they are going to say the same.. my 1st time ever using a laundrymat that wont allow you to use your own card... horrible service... and if a franchised laundrymat has this type of customer service protocol, i wont be back!!!

Quick and convenient... Not very expensive.. If you have a lot of clothing to wash, 6 loads.. Can be washed and dried for about $15.. Clean and mask is required.

Great facility. I was here in the day time and the attendants do very well with keeping a clean ship. Nice and efficient washers and outstanding dryers. Reasonably priced as well.

Irritating. I spent $10 on one of the biggest washers. As the wash progresses there was clearly not enough water in the washer. I tell the attendant and he says that they already know the washer does that. (Yet they obviously haven’t fixed it and there was no sign anywhere 🙄) at 5-6 minutes left my clothes were still soapy. I was going to spend another $10 and wash them again without detergent just to make sure they were cleaned right but I didn’t have time. This is not cool. I won’t be coming back here.

The staff is nice and it’s always clean, but the prices went up, and half your machines don’t work.

I thought this place was legit awesome. I just moved over here and this was the closes establishment. However my thoughts was inaccurate... first they make you use there card system. As a person who might not come back that’s inconvenient. Also, I wanted to load $12 on the card and it cost $1 for the card. Assuming that the total would be $13. Oh no... when I went to pay for my wash, it stated low balance. Excuse me, I put $12 on my card. I went to check the balance it’s $11. So you use the total I want for your card to be paid for, ok cool. What really frustrating me was when I ask the lady tenant for a $1 I had in coins to get a paper $1 so I can load my card. We don’t have cash... so that detergent behind the counter is cards only? Y’all I’m heated at this point. When I went to load that $1 back on the card, it had to be $5 and up. Why do I need to add more money than necessary?First the washer machine smelled really bad, but then I find a hand full of dread locs in there as well. Ask for a bag, “we don’t have a bag, but I can give you a paper towel”. I’m expected them to go clean it out, excuse me twice I had to do it myself. Lord I don’t think I will be back after this experience. I will travel somewhere else then deal with this foolishness. I gave the remaining balance card to someone who frequents this location because I will not be coming back.

It is a decent laundry place but they force you to use their card system where you put money on a card and us that card on a washer or dryer. The cards barley read so you have to swipe multiple times and you cant get that money back if you dont use it on a washer or dryer, seems pretty scammy. Also they definitely are not enforcing a mask policy so if youre covid conscious you may want to look elsewhere

Nice but a Bit OVERPRICED!! Especially for the Hood!!$3.75 for a Small wash. Just left Jacksonville & Most places are $2.75-$3 for same load + a 0.50 Discount if you wash between Midnight & 6am.

I went to this laundry Mat on Tuesday April 13th at 3am. The young man working had a handwritten sign posted “CLOSE At 2:30 to 2:30 for Cleaning”. He was not cleaning when I knocked at the door, he was leaning against a washing machine talking to a customer who was inside. This laundry mat is a 24hour service location as seen on the website. Since they’ve hired this new person I’ve been having issues at this location. The last time, I tried to get assistance with the card machine I had to wake him up. He said “If it’s not working for you, it won’t work for me.” What?It was an extreme inconvenience to have to go to another location. I wash at this time because it is the only time I have available. He told me that this closing time was approved & to go to another location if I couldn’t wait until 4:30am. I had no choice but to got to The Headland location by Greenbrier. The site manager Kenya was a real help. While I was there other customers said they had issues with this young man as well. I believe his name is “L”, or at least that’s what he told me.My experiences at the Oak St location before this new hire was fir the most part pleasant. However if he is still there I’ll have to find other arrangements.

Its a young lady by the name Monica she very rude. She will not allow people to use the restroom,she told my son that the restroom didnt have a toilet but minutes later gave the key to another young man to use this has been a continuous thing with her in her words if I say the bathroom close its close Im not cleaning behind nobody till Im ready.

Super clean and spacious laundromat with very modern washers and dryers. You have to purchase a card that you can funds to in order to use the machines. You can add funds through cash or credit/debit card.

On Monday March 29 I washed and dried 3 blankets I recently purchased at the location on Oak Street in Atlanta. After using the dryer I noticed black stuff all over all 3 blankets. I made the person that was working the shift award of my issue he took my name and number and said the manager will call me when she come in the next day. The next day once I realized it was getting too late in the day and I still haven’t received a call from her I decided to call her. She told me she hadn’t called me because she was waiting on an email from corporate or whomever to see what she needed to do but they haven’t responded yet. It’s March 31st I went back up to the location the manager wasn’t there and still has yet to call me. I need for someone to call or email me or reach out to me with an answer on how this issue is going to be resolved. I just purchased these blankets this year and as of now me and my kids don’t have a blanket to keep us warm.

This place is always clean and the staff work hard to keep it so. Now with the new covid-19 guidelines, its much better. It actually keeps people from just hanging out inside the place, which is what used to happen. The restroom is clean and stocked each time Ive had to use it, and Im happy to see it being locked now.

A LAUNDROMAT THAT IS CLEAN AND HAS WORKING EQUIPMENT!!💯😁😁😎So I wanted to find a place to wash my comforter, because the machines where I live are too small to do so. So I decided to do a search of laundrymats to see what would come up in the search results.One place that came up, I was familiar with; its a hell hole! A few other places came up and they were okay I guess. But then this place came up. It had a reliable amount of reviews for such a place and I liked the pics that are on here. Yes I know pics can lie so you gotta be able to see.☺️I get there and the first thing I noticed is that the machines dont take coins, but a card. WHAT!?😎 Anyway I get the courage to ask the attendent, Charlene, for help. And she was very helpful.👍☺️She showed me how to obtain a card from what looked like an ATM or MARTA machine.You can use cash or your bank card but not coins apparently.Anyway, Charlene helped me obtain my card for which I can add money to, and then she showed me how to use the washers with the card. She is absolutely an apt instructor! frfr.I Loved that the washers didnt have that smell that so many have at other laundrymats!They have front loaders large and small.Now I will say it cost a little more than one may be use to; but the washers did get my comforter and the other clothes I put with it very clean.The dryers cost $1.35 for 30 mins as of September 12 2018. But call ahead to find out what the prices are.This place takes some of the chore out of having to do laundry as it is because the energy here is smooth. There are vending machines and places to eat nearby. And if you need it they have drop off service and they do excellent work there too.Try this place out you wont be disappointed. 💯😁💯

Cant use coins. Have to load cash or credit/debit onto Laundry card. $5.00 min to start so if you need to add more money later you have to add in $5.00 everytime. Kind of wish I knew that before I started to wash. For regulars it wouldnt be so bad but for someone just passing through town I wish I didnt have to spend so much and leave money behind on a card I will most likey never use again.**UPDATE**Overall its a clean well built place to wash clothes.

Do not do your laundry here!!!!!!!! The manager is VERY unprofessional and unresponsive!!!!! My comforter was damaged in their washer, and they Refuse to take responsibility for it!!! They keep giving me the runaround!!! The manager even hung up the phone on me!!! Very rude!!

They constantly change their hours different from the company, ads, website and posting on the doors by closing early. Some staff are friendly others rude and unattended to customers. Great company deals, discounts and rewards for repeat customers.

I received an advertisement stating I could drop off my laundry for wash, dry and I fold same day service for .30. With the starred details (disclaimer) I was advised I will need 20lbs min and I will have to provide my laundry in a reusable laundry bag. I called to confirm I could drop the laundry off today for same day service. I was told yes and reminded I just needed a reusable laundry bag. I get to the location and meet the young lady I spoke with who would later hesitantly/delayed response tell me her name is “Sarah” (which makes me wonder if she was lying). “Sarah” tells me comforters aren’t included in that price and it’s a set price. I then advised/show her the advertisement doesn’t show this as well when you look where exclusions are. She shrugs her shoulders and pretty much says the price is what the price is. That’s not acceptable. I’m annoyed because this was my purpose for coming. I drove here for nothing. I Ask her to call a manager; she calls a manager named Kevin and he said the same thing. Which I again advised it doesn’t say this on the advertisement and I would like him to honor this and I understand going forward that’s different but it’s false advertisement. Kevin says that he can’t and it’s never included comforters in that price. Kevin proceeds to tell me the price for my 2 king comforters. I ask him for the number to corporate and he tells me I can look it up on the internet. We hang up and find a 800 number for corporate. I call but they are closed on Sundays. I then ask “Sarah” if this location is franchised and she tells me, she believes so but can’t give me the name and I can call the 800 number I find online or email them. I asked can she call the manager back to get it and she said she can’t; she stated she is very busy and she won’t be calling him back. This customer service and false advertisement is not acceptable. I would like for someone to contact as well before I post in the Neighborhood social media pages I’m apart.

Im a guardian grandma of my 5 grandkids,and a lot of clothes to wash,the washers are the right size to wash my clothes,I chose to use the bigger washers with the amount of clothes I got,and the dryers dried my loads and I didnt have to add more money to dry,very satisfied but I wish the price was not so high with the income i have I wasnt able to wash a couple of my loads,other than that I would recommend it to anyone who wants to wash. I finally found a laundry mat that I love! Ive been here twice so far and havent had any issue either time. This place is fairly new. Its very clean. The washers and dryers work VERY WELL! Its a fairly decent price to wash and dry. This will be my go to laundry mat. I love how you use a card rather putting coins in the machines. Its not hard to put the money on your card and the money I have left over on my card, Ill just use it when I visit again. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always monitoring and making sure its clean! My favorite thing about this location is that they are open 24 HOURS!!!! I like going late night around 2 or 3 in the morning when its less crowded. I work night shift as a security officer so it works out nice. Id definitely recommend this location to everyone I know.

Paid to have my laundry washed and folded!! When I pick it up its just washed no folding or nothing just stuff in laundry bags!!! Talking about the girl did it wrong so whats the point of her being there if she cant comprehend simple instructions!!? Im very upset!!! What was the purpose of paying for the service and I still have to take them home all wrinkled all up and fold them... SMH!!! Horrible customer service because the guy didnt even try to fix the situation!!! Will not be going back there ever again!!!

I have been here all of 3 times and ill never return again. The first time was an great experience, with a gentlemen. we came at 7 or 8 on a Sunday and had bought the bag to get our clothes washed for the first time and it was cool, no problems really. Second time we came around 7 a lady told us they stop doing wash and folds at 6 p.m. so we were confused but thought nothing of it and went to the spin cycle in decatur and had a great experience. Then today, Sunday again 10/11, we got in around 5 and the same lazy lady tells us she cant accomadate us because she has people thats spending 300 bucks on a wash and fold and shell be too busy. So well just rather go all the way out the way toDecatur just for a better overall experience and accommodations because they are open 24 hours a day and is slightly less expensive. And its called Spincycle in decatur off memorial drive

I really liked this laundromat. The young man, Dexter who was working during my visit made a really good impression on me. He is a hard working, sincere and polite gentleman. It was a pleasure to meet him. Please thank him for me.

Too many people could not dry laundry

I usually go to the laundromat faith every week. This morning I called and the person who I talk to told me that they was open. After taking a Uber with my 3 month and daughter and bring my clothes inside the young lady says I can wash my clothes but me and my kids have to wait outside. I understand what’s going on in the world but to tell someone with a infant that they have to sit outside is crazy. Then on top of that she didn’t even want me to wait inside for the Uber to come back to pick us up. I will never spend another dime here again.
