Do not use for shoe repair!! I was charged over $50 for a single shoe repair without the company obtaining my consent. This is more than I paid for the shoe originally. No offers of partial refund despite the outrageous price and promise they usually make sure the customer approve. They will have your information on file and charge you, leaving you no recourse. Do not use them!

Poor communication. Inconsistency in delivery and service . Ended service to my area and I was never informed. I found out after placing an order and being told the service was discontinued

I sent items to be repaired. I was never contacted about my order as promised and my card was just charged. Also, the items we’re not repaired properly and I had to go find another company to repair my items because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I was totally disappointed.
