I’m not gonna lie, I was scared to come in here. I’m glad I came in though. The people that work there are so nice and helpful. There’s a lot of big machines and small machines to choose from and a lot of big dryers that actually work.

Sadly did a drop off order this week because guests were coming in town and will have to go elsewhere and re-wash the blankets due to the smell. Drop off & check out was convenient.

Going to do my laundry doesnt feel like a chore at this location. Washers wash well, dryer dry my clothes with only $1 for each load, and Lupe makes time go fast with a nice conversation. She is very efficient and friendly. I go every week.

The people here are very nice I enjoy coming here a lot. There is a snack/vending machine and a place where you can buy want you need. There are also carts that you can use to carry or move around your clothes. Would recommend to someone.

Cheap or old machines!! service is non existent dryers are the worst in Brookhaven took my money she didn’t even bother to provide any solutions.. possibly cause I wasn’t Latin. Will never return nor would I recommend anyone in that direction lol

I didnt have to ask anyone for help the machines are fairly self explanatory and I already had quarters. So I dont know anything about the customer service. The only 2 negatives really- IMPOSSIBLE to access if youve never been. Not just hard to find, Im talking its right after you turn onto this street and if you didnt see it, too bad, youre past it, you have to make a 10 minute loop to get back again. The entryway is fenced on the sides so you cant just jump into the next business lot and drive over there. No if you missed it from the street, too bad, go back, try again. Thats the first, the second being that the top compartment where you load your detergent? Is very messy. Not dirty like germy, dirty like caked with mostly wet powder detergent. Like squishing out the top like mud consistency. Just something to consider if you need to use sensitive skin liquid detergents like I do. There is a good chance mine got a bit of their powder in there. Everyone there seems to use powder. I understand this is possible at any shared laundry location, just stating.Other than that this laundromat was very clean, not ice box cold but nowhere near as muggy as others Ive been in. It seemed like they had coffee but I didnt see any cups and they have vending machines for chips and candy. I believe you can buy cold drinks at the counter. There was a claw machine with stuffed animals and fidget spinners. An arcade machine offering a few different games:donkey Kong, original 8-bit arcade frogger, and ms. Pacman to name a few. Stickers, bouncy balls, and other stuff in quarter machines. A change machine on the wall.I would go again if I needed. : )

The service here is great. The business is family owned and they are always really polite and kind when I stop by. The atmosphere is laid back and pleasant. I would recommend this business. These people care and that makes all the difference.

Laundry laundered and folded at 1 dollar per pound. Clean good smelling clothing. Dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon or next day. Great value for the price so give the ladies a good tip. $$

I’m surprised that this place has four stars. It’s really rundown and the staff was really rude. Every time I asked for help, it was an imposition. I asked how much laundry each machine could handle and the lady said that information wasn’t provided by the manufacturer, which is a lie (took two minutes on google). I was there late (but not before closing) and I checked my laundry and the lady mopping the floor looked pissed. The only positive I can give is that the laundry was cheap.

Great place to get laundry done. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bonus: they have a video game machine that has multiple titles from the premier arcade years.

If I could give NO STARS I would! Ive been coming here for literally the past 3 years but last night I had the most unpleasant experience from someone named Rosa (which Im sure wasnt her name). So I get there a little late. Possibly 7:35pm. I load my clothes into the washer and around 8 I left to go get some gas because I left work and came straight there so couldnt stop on the way. Before I leave out, this RUDE WORKER told me that shes locking the door between 8:20 and 8:30. I told her that Id be back way before then. So I come back and 2/2 of my load had stopped shortly after. So Im on the phone waiting for my clothes to dry. Around 8:15pm, she kept going by my dryer to see how long it had (about 17 mins) and I felt like she was being very petty and micro managing my clothes while they were drying. Strike 1. So my clothes finally stop and Im on the phone folding. At this point it was close towards 8:40pm. They close officially at 8:30pm. Ive been in there until almost 9pm twice before and have never had anybody keep looking around the corner at me to ask was I almost done which is strike 2. So she kept asking was I done and telling me she had to go. Im like maam can you please wait like 3 more minutes? About 5 minutes passed it was like 8:47pm at this point, SHE LITERALLY TURNED OFF ALL OF THE LIGHTS WHILE I WAS STILL FOLDING MY CLOTHES!!!! Strike 3!!! I said maam you are so rude can you please turn the lights back on its pitch black in here?! She said no because I have to go. I turned my phone flashlight on to show her I literally had 2 more pairs of pants to fold and a couple of hand towels. She told me that she was going to call the police on me that I was still there. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!? It took everything in me not to completely curse this lady out so I asked her name. She ignored me. I got my clothes to head out and asked her name again. She angrily said Rosa. I didnt believe her so I attempted to take her picture so that I can show it to her manager so hed know who Im talking about when I complain. She closed the office door and hid. Oh now you want to hide but you can PICK ON ME and HARASS me the whole time Im folding my clothes!!!!!! I took a picture of the side of her but you cant tell who she is. Maybe you can. Ive never seen her before today so she must be fairly new but I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE and its sad because this is my go to laundromat! I have never been treated like this before! And I have never treated anyone like this. Proper courtesy is to just wait until someone is done!! I am appalled! You will ALWAYS lose business by having poor attitude having workers in your establishment!

All time favorite. I go here because of availability for washers and dryers. I never wait in a line or stuck with smaller washers then I need. Also very friendly staff and it feels as if Im doing it at home. Only thing Id recommend but is probably not possible, but it should be is 24 hours bc I got there one day and it was too late for me to start washing

I needed my comforter cleaned and found this Laundromat. Very nice compared to others Ive used in the past. The lady working was very helpful and it was very clean and nice. I will definitely go back.

Pleasantly surprised with this laundromat. The machines worked great. There was a sign that advertised free Starbucks coffee but I could never get that coffee.

I had a good experience last time. Tonight, I arrived at 8:05 to do a quick load (website says last wash is at 8:30). I was met at the door by staff telling me last wash was 7:30--that the place closed at 8:30. Please update the website. It would have been nice to know the hours before driving over here.

This laundromat was pretty grungy. The arcade games didnt work and the Kids Corner was piled full of dirty laundry. If this is the best in the area, thats pretty scary.

Clean machines and cheap prices, I usually dont use public washer and dryers but mine was broken over weekend and needed to use a public place and I checked out some and they were filled with nasty hair and gross, this place is sterile with there machines I watched a staff member cleaning machines while not in use. When ever i come to the facility its extremely clean and the prices are reasonable. Especially for Buckhead. The dryers could be a little hotter but they get the job done for much less than other place.

Im giving it a 4 * only because I think they should stay open later since there one of the decent places to go and wash clothes but the ladys who work there are friendly and I always see them mopping and wiping the machines so there clean which is a plus . The people who wash here are also pretty friendly too so that helps too just stay open longer please :)

Went to this place as a college student. Now that I am back in Atlanta have found myself going back. My only suggestion would be.... the last thing before locking the doors is to leave all washers open in order to air out. There have been times that I do not want to put even my dirty clothes in there because the washer smells so bad inside. This comes from keeping the doors closed.

Hmm needs new tables and needs to be cleaned ( if your wondering about the pile of clothing thats because there alot of customers asking to wash and fold ) in summary just needs new tables place Matts floor and a good restroom I will kinda recommend to go there if there no other options, though sometimes the games dont work. The car game is upgraded to a acer display for quality graphics. And the Starbucks thing is a lie

Dirty, expensive, and the attendants are extremely unhelpful. They wont look up from their phones to answer a question.

Wow, I was traveling on business and the hotel did not have iron or laundry machines. Went to the closest coin opp I could find to de-wrinkle. Attendant was amazing freindly and constantly cleaning.

So I come to this laundry mat a lot and I dont havent had but a couple of bad things happen, one being today. Its clean always and most time the machines are fresh however here and there, a machine may have a sour smell. Today though the hot water wasnt working properly so my load didnt wash well at all. The water took forever to come in and by the time it did the wash was on rinse cycle (lol). The attendant was kind and understanding and refunded me my coins. Also two of my washers didnt spin out well so I hope the dryers can handle the dampness of my loads (well see). This wont stop me from coming here just wish I knew who to put a maintenance request into.

Overall Ive had good experiences on the weekends, but dont go in the mornings on weekdays the lady that is there has a pretty bad attitude and it seems like shes mad with the world, and the worst part is that its rarely opened at 8, I only go on a weekday when I run out of scrubs, like this morning I was there to do some laundry I got there a little past 8 and it was still closed!!! 3 or 4 customers left before I did at 8:28am

Grungy and not kept up very well. Bathroom sink barely put out any water and there was no soap or papertowels. The advertised Kids Corner was just some words in the wall as the area was full of bags of laundry. As I based my visit on other reviews and the website, I was extremely disappointed. Will not return.

I really loved this place and would have given it 5 stars if it hadnt been for my recent awful and unfortunate customer service experience there. Let me first start by stating the pros there is wifi plenty of washers and Dryers and for the most part great customer service, and for this reason I refer my customers and everyone else I know to them. Although I must say I just had an ugly experience with a young girl I believe she told me her name was Yasiri (Hispanic looking girl, w/dark shoulder length hair appears to be around 17-19). I walked up to the counter and her younger elementary aged relative was behind the counter on the employee side as Yasiri was on the opposite side where customers should approach watching a show on her tablet. I was never greeted and had to wait for her to figure out how to pause her show on her tablet before I got any of her attention but I was given a wide eyed look as if to say yes hurry up what do you want? Still she never said anything until I asked, Could I please have some change ? I pulled out a $50 Bill, From the there she huffed and proceeded to pull out a huge stack of cash with 20s,10s,5s,&1s. She said something partially under her breath about her boss and if customers were exchanging bills like mine tomorrow, I really had no idea what she was saying and asked, should I just come back tomorrow? She responded with an attitude, I guess you dont GET what Im saying. (With a rude/upset look on her face) And shook her head so I proceeded to ask, Should I come back tomorrow? Is it a problem to give me change? (She could have said I apologize for the inconvenience but no I dont have change and I would have been fine going to the gas station and coming back. . . ) She then proceeded to pull a 10 and 2-20s from her stack of money and dropped it on the counter with an attitude again. I hesitantly took the money debating in my head weather or not I would do my laundry there after her attitude. So I asked her again (me with an attitude this time), was it a problem for me to have this change she rolled her eyes stared but did not answer and at some point between me getting the money and going to the coin machine she said, I didnt have to have an attitude Im like So are you serious lady youre the one and attitude and poor customer service.. Anyway I go on over to the coin machine and get my change for ten dollars but after her behavior, I said, you know what Ill take my money back since its such a problem for you to give me this change and you can have your change back. After giving her the money back I took my clothes out of the washer and put them back in my car on my last trip out I told her I have been coming here since I moved back to Georgia 1 year and Ive never had such awful customer service, who is your manager? She said, Thomas I also let her know that my family comes here because our community is doing a multi million dollar renovation and our 4 laundromats on the community have not yet completed their renovations yet so I explained to her that my family is sending her employers laundromat lots of business and we come here because the Awesome customer service we get with Lupe and there is such a feel of community here and I would let Thomas know about my awful experience and her sitting around watching her tablet instead of helping customers and She explained that she didnt care and basically didnt care about who Came or didnt come because she would still get paid, and (her words) Thomas knows and he doesnt care he watches from home on his cameras, (I highly doubt he sees her behaviour as acceptable) I explained to the girl that she should care because without the community visiting this laundromat she might not have a job she said we get plenty of business without your neighbors coming here and Im sure this is true. Im not proud of everything thing I said or raising my voice with the girl and shouldnt have receded myself to her level. Furthermore I didnt deserve her attitude or her poor customer service tonight.

This is my first but not last vist to Brookhave Laundromat. I am blown away of how clean and well taken care of this place is. It is very spacious wich so you dont have to bump elbows with the peopel beside you while doing your laundry. There is also video games, tv, and free coffee so you feel very comfortable. It is also in a great location in in case you want to pick up a bite to eat or grocey shop before or after. Hands down my favorite laundrymat thus far.

I like that theirs always washing and drying machines available when ever and it is not exspensive, but they need a little work on the arcade want to play pacman. So bad.....
