I started working remotely but my system started to mess up. I tried reaching out with no response. I finally get a call back weeks after the issue and then she says let me call you back and never called me back. Her name was jashae or something from change Healthcare. I still have their equipment because nobody can get back in touch with me.
It has been two months since you all claimed that you were escalating the issue about Monica. Well Monica is still working there and she is still absolutely horrible. My boyfriend just started with you all and he has received zero help from anyone. He calls and calls but no one answers. It isnt okay to screw with people like this and you should absolutely be ashamed. Stay the hell away from this company because it is garbage.
The reviews are not consistent save one area: Paula. It’s apparent she is in dire need of training as she lacks the PR skills necessary when assisting clients with job placement. No one should have a bad experience with the staff at a staffing agency. No one. Why? Well, because e v e r y o n e that walks in through the doors is money for the firm. Another company is paying you to lease these people. Integrity is key, and if you have it your name is good, but if not your name isn’t. Haven’t you heard that a good name is more to be desired than silver and gold? That motto is something to model after. Management would be wise to do better than escalating these problems. They need to do one better and actually make them right because that is just good business and exhibits good character. Thankful for reviews that would steer me away from a company that only knows how to parrot one sentiment, “We’re sorry this has been your experience. We will escalate this concern to management.” If in two plus years you are escalating the same concern then someone does not know how to escalate.
My experience has been great so far. Our RemX representative is on site and very attentive to MY needs. She communicated with the site and everyone made/makes sure I am okay. I am very grateful to RemX for all that they do/have done for ME...
This company is very rude and unprofessional Michelle is rude and very nasty and Jashe dont help you after you sign up my recruiter was caroline and she dont respond back not sympathic glad i went to another company with better service not one even addresses issues
Do not sign up with this company. The Glennridge location is so unprofessional. Caroline, Monica and Chris are all the worst. They will not have an open communication with you. They removed me from my assignment without notice, I had been going for two weeks straight and doing a great job. All the sudden they decided to just give my hours to someone else and didn’t bother to tell me why or anything of that sort. No consistency at all.
I was out of work for about 3 months looking for work and I was referred to RemX and to ask for Caroline. I was told she was very good and will find you what you are looking for fast. Well I had an appointment with Caroline i had an interview the next week and was hired the following week. She is very very efficient and follows up with you. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY LIE ON YOUR HOURLY RATE!!!This was my first and last interaction with this company. They will promise you a certain amount during the initial phone/ in-person interview BUT when you receive your check expect a pay cut. When I discussed the situation I was told it was a communication error. HOWEVER, literally 2 weeks later when a new agent arrived to the contracted site she was shorted money as well and told the same thing. !!!THEY PURPOSELY LIE ON THE HOURLY WAGE!!

AGAIN, WAS GREETED WITH ANOTHER (DIFFERENT INDIVIDUAL) UNWELCOME ATTITUDE. I’VE NEVER HAD INTEREST TO WORK THROUGH TEMP SERVICES. ALTHOUGH I ATTEMPTED TO USE THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION, THEY HAVE VERY WELL DISCOURAGED ME WITH USING ANY THIRD PARTY EMPLOYMENT. I HONESTLY THOUGHT TEMP SERVICES WERE HELPFUL, ESPECIALLY FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH BUSY LIVES. Paula is amazing she always reaches back out to me. She goes above and beyond when helping me. When she says she’s going to do something she does it. I don’t get that type of help from the rest of the staff. She can even be out of town or out of the country and she responds to me. I really only want to deal with her directly because everyone else gives me a hard time or don’t show a sense of urgency when it come to my problems. I have to reach out multiple times before I get a response if I get one at all from other staff members. Especially when it comes to an issue with my checks. Paula is great I appreciate her.Update. I still think anybody that applies here should work with Paula directly. Aimee and Julie you do not hear from or get responses back unless they’re telling you you’re assignment has ended. I’ve never gotten real help from either of them. And they also do nothing about the rude and disrespectful people they have working for them.
Let me start by saying that if you EVER decide to go with a better offer and you inform them I believe they will put you on the do not hire list although they lie and take days to reply they don’t care to assist you if you have ever had a better offer & decided to move forward with that, they don’t understand that life happens, all they see is money signs when they get new candidates, Paula is super rude, not sure why she’s still there..but that’s RemX for you. I will never refer any of my business colleagues looking for employment here.Hire dynamics cares more about their candidates rather this place..

My 1st encounter with this company, a rep contacted me (sorry I forgot her name) to ask if I was still interested in an opportunity that was previously posted online. I told her yes and she stated she would contact me again to set up an interview. I never heard back from her again. My 2nd encounter was last year. A rep named Caroline contacted me and we scheduled a time to meet. I went in and completed some paperwork and provided her with my info. An interview was scheduled for me with a respected company. It appeared to have gone well as the manager that I interviewed with asked if I could come back that same week. Afterwards I contacted the agency to update Caroline as to how the interview went (as she instructed me to do). The person who answered stated that she had gone to lunch. I asked for voicemail and was transferred. I left a detailed message and asked for a callback. I never heard from her. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while and what prompted me now is an email that I keep receiving periodically asking if I’m still looking for employment.
They should honestly do better about reaching back out . For 4 months I occasionally would check-in to get inquiries about open positions; just for in the end, being transferred, send to voicemail and never contacted back. Truly unfortunate, in thoughts of having high hopes for this company.
I have utilized the services of RemX and I will always use them, if I ever find myself out of work. They have always placed me with a formidable company, with the pay I was seeking. Caroline was always prompt with her responses.If you come with workable job skills, professional attire and patience, they are a great benefit to your search.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was told I would be getting payed $13.50 I stayed at the job I was assigned to and when my check came I was actually getting payed 11 something. If anybody will work here in the FUTURE please make sure you have a paper where it says what you will be getting payed the amount you were told. Also, to anybody who thinks you are going to be getting helped or have any additional questions save it for yourself. PAULA IS THE WORST! & made me waste my time. I DON’T RECOMMEND anybody to this staffing agency PAULA JUST MADE IT BAD! she should get fired. If I could rate this a 0 I would in a heart beat.
Very straight-forward, no-frills organization - my onboarding process was efficient even though it involved a ton of paperwork. Zena and the rest of the staff were effective. I typically work permanent jobs so the benefits were a step down, but much better than nothing. There were a couple of technical issues with the timesheet initially but they had a backup process so my pay schedule was unaffected.
Horrible place. They promise me and four other people a job at a call center (chime solution). When we got hired they told us to call our recruiter. My recruiter was Paula Amerson. She did not pick up at all. It took her two week to pick up my phone call. She started talking about how it was the job fault and blah blah blah. Please people save your time. People like Paula give this place a bad name.

They will not pay you ; will claim to have issues with their cardholders ! They are entry level workers who make less than 16$ an HR and have no college education . They are not well spoken nor smart enough to complete an onboarding process . Please save yourself some brain cells and do not ever work through RemX
This place is really trash. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. They put my coworker on a final due to missing 2 days,after getting into a car accident. That is simply not right. YES YOU CAN FIRE ME FOR SPEAKING MY MIND
I am totally dissatified with remx service as i worked 15 hrs and was suppose to been paid $15hr, working for change healthcare but instead was paid minimum wage of 7.50 hr.I was told by headquarters that i quite without notice which is not true cause i had car problems and i called. It was your guys policy that i was not able to return back to work. It was stated that a form was sign stating i agree to work for minimumwage. Which is crazy. I cant believe this is how u guys do business and will leave a review to advise others of this disclaimer. I was only paid $100 for 15 hrs. I would not work for this staffing agency .I still would like to know what form i signed that said that. I hope all do not believe issue has been esculated neither, It was headquarters that I spoke with. I do not recommend this agency.
As a single parent I try my best to be a positive role model for my kids. That mean not taking things that I cant pay for and always being positive and working hard. When I can to remx staffing I was greeted properly however once I went into the interview room with other candidates the experience began to fall. After what seemed to be as if she had given us the job we were told we would get a call Friday to interview with the company. Before I left I was speaking with the receptionist at the time about in-house work. The lady that interviewed me laughed and said this girl wants to work in the office and walked away. Mind you Im 30 years old. as if I wasnt good enough for the position. As if I wasnt capable of actually working hard. So I waited. No call. Ive called numerous times before the offered position came up. I was told I would get called back by Paula, but of course she never called. Each time I call she is busy. Ive applied to numerous positions and have not been called back for any of them. When I called today I was told that the positions were all filled and I would be contacted when something else came up. Funny thing is, listed on their website there are multiple jobs that I qualify for. So why is it that miss Paula doesnt see fit to place the young lady that wants to work to support her family. Is it racial, is the fact that someone else my be more qualified, or is it that she doesnt want to fully fulfill her job requirements. Its been almost 4 weeks and I keep getting the response of well call you back. I wasted time that I cant get back. Waiting for a job lead that could possibly keep me and my children off the streets and in a home. And Im not even given a true chance to actually show my ability to perform. Its unprofessional to have someone waiting thinking they may have a job and then not say anything. I hope that this company can get a representative that wants to work as bad as the people that apply to work through them. Customer service is expected to be high, this company truly disappointed me and I hope they didnt do other applicants the way they did me.

This is the of THANKS you receive from RemX for your hard work..Employed by RemX since August 2015. My 1st assignment in Sept. was at Altegra Health as an Onsite Scheduler, which later on near our project ending was promoted/assigned to Document Management. May 9th, myself and about 20 reps were advised by Penny that our project was COMPLETED at Altegra Health, the whole thank you for your hard work spill, we were instructed to contact our recruiter for a new assignment. May 10th I contacted via email Penny (my supervisor at Altegra whom works for RemX) & Paula (my recruiter directly at the RemX office)for a letterhead document stating my duration at Altegra. I was contacted back by Penny asking was I requesting a separation letter. Myself unaware what they called their forms for what I requested, I stated yes. I received via email a separation letter May 11th that stated I was let go by Altegra Health due to my ATTENDANCE! I immediately emailed Penny back, never received a response. I called Paula at the agency and from our conversation she was UNAWARE of this separation reason just as I was! Long story shorter, I spoke with Bill at RemX after I threatened to take action, he called me. He goes into a long drawn out spill YET at the end of the day:I was NOT fired (I was told my project was COMPLETED the season had ended)I was NOT told by Penny NOR any other staff member that I was being let go by Altegra prematurely due to ANYTHING! HEDIS season had ended. (There was NO negative feedback, when I was relieved of my project assignment)I NEVER received corrective action for my attendance. (I received 1 email in April from Penny warning me to watch my attendance and that was the 1st and last I was ever spoken to about my attendance)This agency DELIBERATELY falsified a government issued document in attempts to prevent me from applying for UNEMPLOYMENT if needed. They had NO right in general NOR by law to place anything on that separation form that they did NOT discuss with me upon my last day BESIDES the project was COMPLETED!
Remx helped me get into a real good company. Nothing but love for them.

It was a waste of drive and gas I’ve email Tiffany and Aimee a thousand times about a job they said I would start in December I’ve never received a email back I called spoke to Tiffany she said they hadn’t done my background yet mind you I did the interview before thanksgiving she said there would be a class in January and she would call me back on Monday with details that was 2 weeks ago and I’ve email her as well and nothing ......for people reading this please don’t waste your time go somewhere else😡
