I have been calling this place for 4 weeks and have not received a return call regarding my W2s. I do not know what is going on but this is crazy

If I could give over a 5 star a would . Their customer service is beyond great . You won’t ever not catch the workers without a smile on their face . Every time I came in they had bright smiles, asking how my day had went,and before I left assured me how thankful they are for me/thier team. . By far the best agency I’ve worked for . It would be my pleasure to work for them again !

Today Was Terrible.. I Worked My Butt Off At The Experience For You Guys To Get To The MOST Important Day Of The Job To Be Turned Around Due To Things Being Unorganized... I Stood In Line 3 Hours To Be Turned Away And Told By The Agency And Told We Would Be Paid For 4 Hours AFTER That Long Wait That I Wasn’t In Some List To Work.. I Was Given My Blue Card To Recieve My Credentials To Work Today By You Guys So Why Give That Card To Me If I Am Not On This List When I Signed Up To Work This Day... Other Things That Are Disappointing... There Was No Parking For Staff Or Vouchers For PAYING Yo Park, I Never Recieved A Schedule For My Workshifts Was Just Told To Show Up For Work The Day I Would Like To Work And Then My Name Is Incorrect In My Check... Today Was A Complete Slap In The Face Especillay To Fans And Hard Dedicated Workers That’s Supported This Agency Like Myself. I Came A Hour Ways Drive To A Part Of Thid And It Really Doesn’t Feel To Have To Go Through This...

Actually didnt want to put one star, but let me tell yall about the hoe Charmaine I call her and ask does she have anything available she tells me she does actually 2 positions sends me over test to complete and also not to mention rush me to finish it. Then calls me and says oh did you say you would be able to come in for an interview my automatic response was yes she proceeds to tell me to come in the following day and also sends paperwork for me to fill out!!!!!! Then calls back and say which position would you like data entry or receptionist not to mention she included the pay. So the next morning I get a call from Charmaine saying the lady Deborah I think wasnt going to be in she supposedly had an emergency appointment so she wouldnt be available for my interview. So I do an anonymous call and low and behold the lady is there!!! Charmaine Charmaine she is a LIAR YOU GUYS STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!
