This is by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a staffing agency. I originally met with a woman by the name of Tori. Very polite upon entry but her communication is DEPLORABLE. I was told that she would contact me in regards to a job that I expressed interest in, NEVER once heard from her. The staffing agents REFUSES to answer the PHONE as well as EMAILS and please SAVE YOUR BREATH when it comes to VOICEMAILS because they will NEVER call you back. I would rather leave NO STARS but I cant publish the post unless I give them a star, so one star it is. Save your time and energy when it comes to this staffing agency.

Supervisors/management Latrice & Howard are very reasonable, And just wants people who will dedicate there time as well show up on time to get the work done as needed.While giving you the opportunity to advance. But like life itself being responsible means being on time and showing up to work. Soooooo, what can i say? Ive worked with TRC since the beginning of last year & out of all recruiters, Ms Latrice Bigelow by far is the best as what she does & more. Always answering the phones, emails, & even takes time out of her busy schedule to give out hands on training for various roles to ensure your job is done effectively & efficiently.

CONS FIRST:I never got use the healthcare benefits I PAID for because the card came literally the day after I got hired on. Two ignored emails were sent to Emily about the benefits prior to the cards ridiculously late arrival.You’ll hardly get an answer if you call the office, especially after noon. Afternoon is understandable to an extent. Their should be someone available to assist you during all business hours.Finding the location via GPS, in my experience, was frustrating. I ended up in a different location twice. It wasn’t until after I showed up late for my interview that I was notified about the GPS problem that others were having. So it’s good for those who know the area.Emily Hernandez had the biggest impact on this review. She acts like she don’t like to answer questions. It’s her low key attitude until I show up at the location. Psst there where times I’d message her and not get a reply, so I’d have my sister message her agent with the same question with an answer from her agent. Unless she has more responsibilities than the rest of the agents, she’s just plain lazy. She made things way more frustrating than they needed to be. Or maybe I’m just used to having an agent that helped the employees.I’m glad I asked questions my first day on the job because the wrong times were given to me and a few employees.Pay stub issue. I had forgotten to send in mine and my sisters time cards. That was on me. But I had to drive 20-30 minutes to the office to, that doesn’t include the 30+ minute wait, to send them a picture of our time cards via email? The police were called on the guy who I was to send the timecards to. Emily wasn’t in. His attitude was way better than hers and he seemed sincere but it still didn’t help the situation.PROS:My job through them was very decent pay, better than most temp jobs.I got hired on.That being said the review deserves at least one star. Minus the unnecessary anxiety, thank you for your services!

Emily and Natalie are very unprofessional. They took weeks to send my money from a job i worked. I was accused of sleeping on a job, i proved my innocence and never received an apology from the staff or anyone at TRC. I would NEVER recommend anyone to work for TRC! They are unprofessional, rude, non responsive and just disrespectful. And currently a error was made at my current job to which two of my checks where mistakenly sent to TRC and instead of TRC sending them back knowing i no longer work for them, they kept my checks and i dont know where they are. Its being looked into, but not by TRC. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH TRC!!!

This company is very unprofessional! They do not communicate well at all. The two individuals I dealt with were the most nonresponsive people Ive ever encountered in my life. They had me waste my time purchasing college transcripts for a job I never got to start. These people act as if they have no experience in the area in which theyre employed. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Luckily I had an actual career and was just looking for something part-time but irregardless they wasted my time!

I have two tests to take. One for my GED, another one for machine operator for Clorox..This is going to be my new year of 2021.
