I lived here from 2015-2017 and I loved every minute of it. I never had and issues that wasn’t addressed and the community was so peaceful (besides the kids but was tolerable). Even though I lived there several years ago the villas are consistent and still come through for me whenever I need a rental verification. Thank you guys for being consistent and a great team overall!

I signed my lease December 2020. My children and myself is very pleased with our new home considering what all we just went through the last two months. The community is everything that it says it is. Very clean and quiet. We will remain here at the Villa at Lakewood a few years until I can purchase a new home but for now this home and me and my 3 children absolutely love it. Thanks you Ms. Carla for the easy process and our new roof over our heads. God bless.

They haven’t inspected in 6 months. But wanna charge me $150 for a closet door replacement. The women Lisa that is supposed to be manager has the rudest attitude. The maintenance men never do they’re job. When you call for work order they take weeks to complete it. They haven’t inspected so how can you charge me for a door. Ive been waiting two weeks for them to tell me they have to add to my rent. This is rediculous. Never move here

I have been living here for 1 year and I enjoy it very much. It is fairly quiet but also close to 85 and Lakewood Amphitheater. There are a lot of kids in the community but they are not troublesome, they just play outside. Maintenance and staff are very friendly. No complaints.

I have lived here for 2 years now. The staff by far is the best that I have ever had to deal with ( no they didnt pay me to say that lol ). The community grounds are very well kept, spacious living area and huge kitchens. I love to cook so that was important to me. If you are looking for a friendly affordable place to call home I highly recommend Villas at Lakewood.

Please avoid moving here. They put a fake charge of $750 on my final bill for a bedbug treatment they claim they had done. When asked which room they found it in they couldn’t tell us. All they could say is they found one bedbug. I asked for an invoice from the pest control company and they sent me something that looks like they had typed it out on their computers. When I did contact the property manager she was very rude and basically said if I didn’t pay she would send it to collections and it would run my credit and she didn’t want to do that because I sounded young. Honestly regret moving here

I went to apply for an apartment. The town homes are ok they are very small with no closets for storage inside the home. There are small closets in each bedroom and a small storage space outside. The storage outside cannot fit any bikes into it. The apartments are not for a large family with many personal items. The complex seemed quiet and clean, I did notice one side of the entrance gate broken. Well the staff was very nice and helpful. Was denied the apartment but everything happens for a reason. I found something much larger and lots of storage space.

I stayed here 3 years at my move out date they didn’t perform a proper walk through of my unit!! I was told that the unit was BED BUGS infested, I HAVEN’T received my $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT back and I’ve been requesting a REGIONAL MANAGER to contact me regarding my account even prior to my move out date!! My next step will be a CIVIL LAWSUIT for reimbursement and suffering for NOT informing me that my unit had BED BUGS inside of it and proper TREATMENT!! I had over 60 work orders that wasn’t properly repaired including a LEAKING master bedroom and a caved in LIVING ROOM!! Horrible place to LIVE PERIODTT

I enjoyed my stay at the villas. It is a townhome community not apartments as the name implies. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is just to die for with black appliances and enough space to cartwheel lol. Washer and dryers are included in every unit. The maintenance men are great and on time. The leasing office women are great although Deedee talks too much at the wrong time. It is carpeted and has storage outside. Im saddened I moved but I shall return at some point. The neighborhood is quiet also despite the kiddos

I called and a lady picked up saying I could come in for a tour same day so long as I come before 4pm. I reached there in less than an hour and they were hanging a be back later sign on the door while I was walking up to the office. I know she saw me because the damn door is glass. She just put the sign up. Turned around and walked away. I’d be damned if i move here.

To me it home. Peaceful and dont nobody bother nobody. I grew up over here.

Fairly nice community with spacious floorplans. Not gated and theres no pool.

The apartments are just ok... for the rent amount it is not worth it.... no amenities. Wack playground and the staff in the office is rude. Maintenance never fixes anything. And when they do they just enter your home unannounced and without permission. Roaches Galore no matter how many times “pest control” sprays... people stealing cars or going through your car. Someone tried to break into our home but failed, leaving our front lock damaged. Gate is always broken and then they decide to randomly fix it and there is a long line to get in... They are trying to raise rent because of all of the WHITE PEOPLE moving back to the city. So they feel like they can up the rent and the neighborhood isn’t even worth it, the layout is ridiculous. One big “master room” and the other two rooms are small as hell. Our time there was just ok.
