If there was an option for a zero star, Id put that willingly. He has caused my parents to owe the IRS about $8000, and they have to pay that in less than a month. How do you not file the taxes correctly for 2 years, and its your job? Forewarned, take your business elsewhere and tell your friends and family as well!

The staff quoted me an amount when I dropped off my taxes and did not honor it when they were completed. A staff member called and told me my taxes were done and when I asked for the outcome they said no and hung up. Save yourself the $200 and use turbotax or something else. I had done them myself online and got the same return amount, tried their office because it was a big change from last year and wanted a double check. Poor service, same results, $150 more. My mistake.
