Great experience. Did not have an appointment. The representative took my paperwork and prepared my taxes! Was wonderful. I didn’t have to figure it out on my own. My refund from the IRS will post after only 1 week! Good job! Thank you.

I was a walk in the lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and a little to professional she asked if I was married but didnt ask if I had any dependents. And I forgot to mention I have my daughter as a dependent so we filled out the forms and I left then as I was going down the road driving having a very busy confusing day hectic I remembered she didnt ask about dependents.so I went back to see what I can have done to add the info of my daughter and the lady acted very irritated with me said she had to get ahold of her manager cause she already sent my info in and she would have to make an amendment and get ahold of her manager very agitated about the situation. I was told she would call me when she spoke with her manager I offered to pay extra to add my daughter and was still told she had to get ahold of her manager and she would do it later and get back ahold of me and never has she did take my daughters info but dont know if she added it or not. She even told me if she amended the tax form I wouldnt get the rest iam due until way late in the year at this point . Myself they are a very good tax service but really need better employees ones that are more dedicated to there job and community but the service its self is top notch

This place was amazing quick fast friendly customer service Tanya was very helpful and polite fun to talk to focused on her work I would highly recommend letting her do your taxes Ive had many bad experiences with taxes but these people are by far the best Ive ever dealt with when it comes to taxes Phil the gm was even there and was was so eager to approach us with friendly customer service as well as Tanya was busy when we approached the kiosk Jackson Hewitt will be doing my taxes from now on!

Horrible customer service. Kiosk shut down for 2 days, but they didn’t bother to let customers know. And when you call in, they act as though they do not care. Rude and unprofessional service.
