Couldnt show up when they said they would for a tow time they reserved for me in advance. I missed my appointment with the mechanic and its now leading to some setbacks for me.

Called them one evening to help take a vehicle out of a ditch, they came and said they needed 2 tow trucks and would be back in the morning. Never contacted me the next day until I called first and was told they were not going to do it anymore. Luckily Carolina Towing was available and even charged half the price. Can’t trust a company that can’t keep their word.

Davis Autos and Towing driver outside of Fort Gordon Gate 1 was driving erratically while texting and driving. Definitely know who not to use for towing needs. Probably explains wheel damage on a review below, Probably same driver swerving all over and jerking the car around it was carrying.

Horrible service. They have no respect for their customers. I would highly recommend NOT going here.

I was driving east into Asheville on Patton Ave. in the rain at 10:30 pm 24 Sep 2020. It seems I was slowing down as if to stop when I now had a green light. My error. The operator of a blue flat bed truck with Davis written on the side honked a loud horn about 4 times. Perhaps they felt frustrated. One short little toot would have been sufficient. I was really scared and the roadway was less safe.

This is the worst tow company I have ever used the driver did not know how to pull a vehicle from even a little ditch and it wasnt even in the ditch he pulled it through a ditch just to let you know if you dont want your vehicle messed up dont go through them

Ravines are no problem

Very unpleasant experience basically if you dont pay within ten days of your car being towed they will place a lien toward your credit and take your car . What if you were in the hospital and couldnt make it to pay you are out of luck.

My car was towed last night. I have a 2019 Jetta that was in absolute perfect condition. I retrieved my car from them this morning and my brand new rims are destroyed and my car isn’t driving right and is making weird noises. Again, my car was in perfect condition before they towed it. I noticed the rim damage immediately, before I even drove it out of the lot. I went to speak with the woman who released it to me and all she said was that she didn’t know what to tell me. She refused to take any responsibility for the damage and kept insisting that the damage wasn’t caused by them. Intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well as contact my attorney. I DO NOT recommend this company and would not trust them with my car keys, let alone my car.

This company towed my car for reasons not important, but with that being saidwhen I went to pick up my car they were very courteous and professional.

Davis Automotive held my car while Geico was waiting to have it fixed. I never interacted with them as everything was handled through my insurance company. Last year they attempted to put a lien on my car because they had told Geico they had moved the car when they didnt. Instead they continued to hold the car and rack up charges. I called them to clear things up. I havent heard from them for a year. I just received a letter yesterday saying they intend to AGAIN put a lien on my car. This is ridiculous that I have to deal with this again.
