Definitely not 24 hours. Had someone blocking my in at my apartment complex a few times now (crowded lot) and they don’t pick up their phone, although they are the towing company posted in our lot.

Transmission died in less than a month, water pump, timing belt failed. 2 cylinders failed, Warranty was false. Buyer beware! One star cuz it wont go lower.
