We used Lyda to tow my moms car that broke down on the side of the interstate. Everyone we dealt with, from Breanna giving us a quote (amazing price) and getting someone to us within record time, to the driver Warren, being professional and polite. Would most definitely recommend these people!

My father had an accident on Wednesday. He passed this past Sunday. We came here to pick up the bike and his stuff. They have been nothing but polite and helpful throughout this whole process. Everyone hear has offered condolences and have offered to help us in any way. Currently my mom (who has been a since yesterday) is chatting with the very sweet older lady who works here. Its the first shes been herself really since this whole thing started. Very nice people and good, quality service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They take your money and offer absolutely no customer service. My $400 car seat went missing after I wrecked and had my car towed here. The old man on the phone is apparently the only customer service they have and he is RUDE LAZY and UNHELPFUL. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

Dangerous road raging drivers and rude dishonest staff.One of their drivers tried to run my family off the road at a merge and then repeatedly break checked us. We’re driving with a baby in the car. When I called, the company lied to me repeatedly and then hung up on me. He refused to view the video I captured of the female driver trying to cause and accident and making obscene gestures. Basically, these people suck and shouldn’t be in business.

I was in an accident in my daughter in laws car and was understandably very upset. Terry from Lyda made me feel better. He took such good care of me and my car. And when I went to empty the car they were kind and very helpful. I hope to never have to see them again, but only because it would mean I was on an other accident!!

I crashed my car and Terry towed my car and was very sweet. He also let me stay in his shop while my ride was on the way so I was there for three hours. His coworkers were very nice and made sure I was okay. They were very hospitable.

Dealt promptly and very fairly w/ us after answering the call to tow our totaled vehicle in the middle of the night! The owners were both courteous and personable as were we in carrying out necessary important business.

I called these people at 4AM to tow one of my pickup trucks that had broken down on the side of the interstate with 2 ladies and a child in it and 28 degree temperatures and no heat. They responded right away and got my truck off of the interstate and the ladies and child somewhere warm and then called me to let me know that they were safe and warm. That kind of service is unusual these days. I would definitely use them again and recommend them as well.

Signed up with this company to manage a parking space for our business. they are the worst company ever. never once have they shown up to tow a car parked in our space. since their name is on our parking sign, other companies wont tow cars parked in our space! when i asked why they are never available the person hung up on me

Absolute worst experience! Our car was stolen and was towed here after it was wrecked, when we came to get our personal belongings our iPad was missing out of the case and when we asked the owner about it he acted oblivious. So we informed him we were going to track it then all of a sudden some random mechanic they had came out with my iPad... so not only did the owner lied to us, they had got in our vehicle without permission And took our property.. and it doesn’t make sense of why they took it out of the case. And the guy said it was to make sure nothing happened to it... first off no towing company gets in your vehicle cause the don’t want to be held reliable so the whole situation was already sketchy. Super janky place and super unprofessional. Highly recommend not using this company!

Unfriendly and unhelpful. We got in an accident yesterday and the man over the phone just yelled WERE CLOSED after asking if I could come get the important stuff out of the car. He did tell me I could be there at 930AM or pay him 40 dollars to get in.Well, we call him today around noon and he rudely informed us that they are CLOSED and he drove out for nothing this morning however I was under the impression they just opened at 930. Im not a mindreader and with the hours listed as 24 I wrongly assumed they would be open at noon. It wouldnt be as big a deal if the guy wasnt so incredibly rude about it. You own a company. You own a company that deals greatly with human misfortune so to just be blatantly rude to people that need the help is unnacceptable and to charge a 40 dollar fee just to come out to your business and help your client is equally disrespectful and a money grab to say the least.NEVER EVER get your car towed here and I hope this guy learns to respect clients and be informative, not act like everyone knows the ins and out of his terribly run business and grab at their wallets like a shady conman. Get real man and learn to respect people. I guess we will be seeing you MONDAY during your regular business hours which are NOT 24 hours.

Great towing company

I had to recover a vehicle that was stolen and towed here. By far the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Stay away from these guys.

Just followed this truck up onto the Blue Ridge Parkway. After a mile of swerving across the center line and off of the road, he suddenly jerked it off the road and skidded to a halt. I stopped to make sure he was ok...and was met with Whats your g** d*** problem? and a series of threats that dont bear repeating. Reminding myself that i had an impressionable 14 year old in the car who needed to learn respect for elders (even elder idiots), i let him roll on.

We have used them for towing our company vehicles when they have broken down or gotten stuck. They have always been prompt and polite.

Called to get a quote for a tow that I needed in two days and the man who answered was rude and unprofessional. I asked for a quote and told him I didnt need the tow for another two days. He told me he didnt have anyone available today and hung up the phone while I was mid-question.

It was without a doubt the most rude, lazy, unhelpful unprofessional service I have ever encountered in my life. It says open 24 hours but when I called they said they didnt have drivers for days. I then asked when is the next available driver and the guy said not interested and hung up on me lol. So yeah dont call these guys up because they are more than likely lost in a MASH re-run black hole or something
