My Sons and I were on our way late Christmas Eve to spend Christmas in the mountains and were caught in a nasty rain turned snow storm. Our truck went off the road sideways on a steep hill. Tim was the first to respond to me the day after Christmas, he came quickly and pulled my vehicle up on the road with no damage and tried to give me a discount instead of taking advantage of my situation. I highly recommend him if you need his services. He is and ultimate professional.

Got myself stuck in the mud, lost in the middle of nowhere at almost midnight. Called around a few places and nobody responded.Tim answered almost immediately and started working out where to find me. Within an hour or so he had found me and pulled my sorry self out of the swamp I was lodged in. He was very respectful and sympathetic to our situation. We were coming back home from Gatlinburg, TN headed to Claremont, NC. The gas petal on my car gave out on me about an hour and 10 minutes from our destination. He was very helpful and also reasonably priced. He towed my car an hour and 10 minutes to my house, he even gave us a ride as well. I am very thankful he was able to help us and would definitely call him again if we ever need help in that area again. Thank you so much. He is a really great guy!

Tim went on a long haul and happened to be going close to where I was wanting to buy this wood stove from craigslist guy and not only did he make it happen he went 30 miles off the interstate of his other run and got the wood stove and brought it to me for a great deal...... I would recommend his hauling services and if I ever need a tow he will be the guy I call ..
