Got ran off the road by some A hole and Jeff was there in 15 minutes and such a personable guy. Made sure we were safe and ready to get back on the road.. good prices and easy & fast service. Even within the 15 min wait, a passerby stopped and suggested their company to us !

The tow driver came very quickly to pull my SUV out of a ditch. He was courteous, wasted no time pulling it out, and was careful with my vehicle. The cost of the tow was very reasonable. I would definitely call Fast Lane towing in the future if needed.

Very nice couple, when he told me hed come to my house to get the title for the junk I sold him, I was stuck at home with no food. I asked if hed bring me a sandwich, but he offered to bring a meal if I preferred. He went to Ingles Deli and bought a fried chicken plate, a 2 liter Mountain Dew, and a pack of American Spirits. I fully expected to pay for these items out of the money we agreed on. He not only didnt ask for payment, but also gave me $35 more than what was agreed upon. He could have told me no like many others would. Thank You sir

Fast, and courteous service. I had to have my electric car towed to a charger and the man who was towing asked ahead of time which way the car needed to be set into parking spot in order to reach the charger. He also stayed to be sure the charger started working before leaving me there. Great service!

I ask these guys to come to my car because they were so inexpensive. When they got here they fixed my car so that I can drive it to the shop and then just asked me to mail them $20. hands down the best experience Ive ever had with the tow truck company. You cant go wrong with Fast lane Towing.

Called around 10 the tow guy didnt call me until 130... Friendly but not as fast as they say. Not to mention i called the previous day to get the information for the next day. Im sure it was a busy day but i got another tow company out in a hour in a half when i called them at 12.

We called Fast Lane and they were there quick and in a hurry, had her in the car and onto her next job location before my other daughter could get across town.
