I completely understand that a sheriffs interceding call for a tow takes immediate priority. I just wish that instead of having to wait what would have been a total of five and a half hours for a tow to arrive for my vehicle that I could have asked to provide my debit card info *much* sooner to the dispatch person, asked to leave my keys in the car for the driver when he/she would arrive along with minimal instructions for where the drop-box is for them at the garage, where I did not have to wait for what did end up being about four and a half hours. I wish the process could have been better explained so that I did not have to continue to wait upon being initially told it would be a couple of hours, then a driver would be there pretty soon, then another hour before I was called and asked for my debit info to then ensure a driver could be sent out, and then about another half-hour before I called dispatch back to ask if I could just go home, leave my key under the seat, and not have to continue to wait.

Its a 24-hour service and they never answer the phone my car need a tow and I was in a dark dangerous part of the neighborhood I will not ever call them again

Nicholas was amazing!!! He was my Angel last night. One of my nightmares happened... breaking down on the Blue Ridge Parkway! It was right before sun down, and let’s say I was low key freaking out. But thank goodness he called, and I was able to pin point my location via GPS, and send it to his cell. Because trying to describe your location in the mountains to roadside assistance was challenging. They actually had me listed as being further down the mountain than I was. He even texted his ETA. I am so grateful my Progressive Insurance policy roadside assistance connected me with this company! Thank y’all and I highly recommend! Tip people who help save your life and your car!

Outstanding service and professionalism. After filling out a request for a tow online Patrick called and arrived 15 minutes later. He took every precautionary measure and attention to detail to make sure my car which sits around 6-8 inches from the ground would not scrape during the tow. Along the way back to the house there are several speed bumps and pot holes. Patrick masterfully navigated these obstacles adjusting the hight of my car attached to the roll back numerous times to make sure it wouldnt scrape. I couldnt be more pleased. Look no further if you are in need of a towing service!

Got to my car quickly and wasnt too pricey

My old Mercedes wouldnt start. AAA sent Allegiant to jump start the car, but it still wouldnt start. The Allegiant driver did some research and found a second battery in the trunk of my car which only needed a jump. I didnt even know my car had 2 batteries! Good thing the driver researched this for us because we were ready to have it towed to a mechanic thinking it was the alternator.

Called roadside assistance at 3pm. Got a response at 4pm that tow would be at 530PM (not tow company fault probably). Tow company calls at 528PM stating going to be a little late. 745PM they show and tow it off. Now the dealership states they dont see the vehicle and no key in drop box...hmmm....still on hold with roadside now trying to track down vehicle.UPDATE: Veh was dropped on chevy side of dealership vs Dodge side...regardless 2+HRS is little longer than a little late! bumped it a STARUPDATE 2: Dealership still can’t locate veh. Still unsure if dealership or tow, regardless a mess.UPDATE 3: 1030AM call from roadside says vehicle located at dealership. Looks like locating issue was with dealership, however I still wouldnt consider 2+HRS a little late. Understand that this was a Govt vehicle/contract and not personal so only so much info/contact I have with all parties. Star bump since sounds like it was bit of issues from all 3 entities involved.

They came out at 1:30am and got us unstuck from a nasty ditch when we had nobody else to go to. No other tow company answered the phone. The guy who came out was super kind and chill.

My vehicles roadside assistance sent Allegiant. Its always stressful when you have car trouble, but Patrick was professional, efficient and an expert tower. He maneuvered my car safely from a crowded parking situation, and I felt confident my vehicle would arrive safely. They sent text updates as to arrival time and were very prompt. The truck was top notch, and so was Allegiant.

My car emergency brake went out in the night and my little Nissan Versa went of a very steep mini mountain in Jupiter Heights. If it hadnt been for Chad ( I think), my car wouldnt have been saved. His professionalism and expertise had it up out of its position in no time. Thanks,

I had a great experience with Allegiant Towing & Recovery and I highly recommend their service!!! They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing. The equipment they arrived on the scene with was exactly what was needed to get our car out of the ditch and they did so with ease! Should the need arise in the future for towing, Allegiant will be my first call!

I feel like he wanted to hear what went wrong and was interested in resolving the problem. I am amending my response to reflect a more positive review for that reason alone.

I called this company based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. They were outstanding from being on time, professional, reasonable price and a great driver (dont remember his name though). I highly recommend this outfit.

Ricky is THE MAN. I broke down on Patton Avenue in West Asheville, and this guy saw that I was parked in a weird spot and might be having trouble and stopped to see if he could help. He was on shift and didnt have a call and went OUT OF HIS WAY to help me, what kind of company does stuff like that anymore? He helped my drive to the nearest gas station to get fluid for my car, and when that didnt work he offered to wait next to me in the freezing cold to make sure my insurance paid for the tow. I know for a fact that whenever I need to call Triple A I will always be asking for Allegiant because of Ricky in particular. Easiest 5 star of my life.

I would highly recommend this company! Cameron & his guys had to come to tow our vehicle over 100 miles. It’s not fun or convenient to be broke down but glad it was this company that came to the rescue. These guys were friendly, professional & efficient!

Prompt, friendly service! Allegiant towed my car via State Farm’s roadside assistance and Thomas helped make a scary situation as smooth and easy as possible. He even took care of updating information with my insurance when my original tow destination wasn’t equipped to receive my vehicle. I hope I never need a tow again, but if I do, I will definitely call Allegiant.

This was the best experience I have EVER had with a tow truck company. After waiting 2 hours for another company to cancel on me, Allegiant arrived in 20 minutes and were AMAZING! The guys who came to help me get unstuck from a railroad beam I drove over on the gravel driveway of the Air B&B I was staying at were the BEST! They were quick, efficient and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all your towing and tire needs. I only wish they worked closer to Fayetteville, I would use them for all my car troubles!

It’s typically not a great day when you are out of town and need a tow, but these guys were great and made the experience as good as it is going to be. They were kind, professional and on time. I highly recommend them if you need a tow in the Asheville area.

They were called out to help me because I locked myself out of my truck. They tried multiple times but then could not get it unlocked the driver then came back to tow it but something told them to try the lock one more time and they got the lock and unlocked my truck great team they got there

Allegiant was responding to a AAA request. I was given a one hour window. Less than 20 minutes later Thomas and Matt arrived. What I thought of as an insurmountable problem that would force me to pay something between $160 - $600 at the dealership was resolved by these two knowledgeable technicians in less than 5 minutes. No additional charge (AAA membership covered it). And they shared the Propriatary Manufacturer/Dealer Secret so from now on I will not get stranded. 5 star service from a 5 star company.

After my insurance provider requested a tow for my vehicle. A previous tow service that was assigned had canceled their services after 1-1/2 hours later. Luckily the insurance co. called Allegiant Towing Service and they sent Cameron throughout the tornado warnings we had last night within 15 min. tow service was provided.

Prompt, courteous and professional -- arrived to me witin 20 minutes of my call to Progressive. Brandon Collins was great -- took great care with my vehicle and graciously dropped me at home (on his way).

I called State Farm, my insurer, to get a tow because while I was driving my car it went into limp mode, your car stops accelerating and basically shuts down. They dispatched Matt Willis from Allegiant and I had a tow in 30 minutes, and I live way out on in the middle of nowhere in Weaverville and had a tow very quickly. To compare this to other tows I’ve had due to cheap batteries for my car, I was at shell in Fairview and swannanoa and the dispatch said 45 minutes. They arrived in an hour and a half. They came quick, for me to my car shop, and helped give me an explanation of what he thought the issue was so that I sound like I know what I’m saying and don’t get ripped off or pressured into fixing unnecessary, expensive issues. Overall good experience with this company, much better than the last one i was dispatched to.

USAA should take this company off the list of roadside assistance. Austin was no help. He could not find the required tools to dismantle the spare tire. He left me stranded with no advice. He is incompetent and should not be put in a position to respond to situations which require a knowledgeable staff. He did not provide a service and should not be paid.

Fantastic experience today. Mr. Brandon Collins came with truck #W31.. initially thought it was just a battery charge. It was decided that the problem might be otherwise. We needed a battery for the faub, in order to determine need. He went to a nearby auto shop and brought the battery, fixed the faub, and fixed the problem with our car. Great service.. very patient, most helpful!! Thank you.
