Awesome place. I say that however it wasnt my first experience with my moms car. Being straight-up honest it did a pretty poor job, especially for the $16 wash. Well what I did was I called the number and within three days to a week Matthew called me back and was very apologetic and very professional and he gave me two free car washes... Were getting ready to go find out how good it does Im hecka dry. Thank you Matthew my mom really appreciate it. Come on over to the house on Sunday have to fried chicken and collard greens LOL all right

Pretty decent car wash for what it is my only complaint is that a pretty poor job with the bugs on the windshield but other than that the car was nice and clean

First time using this an honestly if i was use i wouldnt use the basic wash. It left soap all over my jeep an im highly disappointed.

Its not going to give you a $100 car wash for 10.00 but that said it does a pretty good job removing road grime & pollen... the higher in wash dont do that much so save your money! Peace

Sorry, this is twice i washed my car there, ended up with black dots all over it, like tar. It actually sticks to car. The first time, i thought i had driven past where they were resurfacing the road. This second time is the same. So, no i am not a happy camper. I am going to need to hand wash my car all over again

Paid $16.00 cannot tell a difference. Car just as dirty as before. No working vacuum.

Decent exterior cleaning, can stay in vehicle, various price s $8 and up. A lot of flashing lights to follow progress.

SOOO MUCH SOAP ON VEHICLE AFTER GOING THROUGH!?? HIGHER COSTS ? A VERY VISIBLE FILM OF SOAP RESIDUE WAS THE RESULT & SOAP WAS IN ALL DOOR WELLS, ETC. IT TRULY WAS A MESS.

Amazing car wash! Price is not bad at all for what you get. I got the Ultimate (because why would you get anything less) and it was $16. All automated and no brushes which I like. Im impressed with the quality of the wash.They also have vacuums and fragrance for your car @ $0.75 which is not bad either considering everyone else is $1-$2 for vacuum.

Gets your car clean!

I was vacuuming my car today at Blue Ridge Laser Wash and a storm was rolling in. Someone who works at the car wash came over and offered to let me pull under the covered area that is typically reserved for workers since I hadnt gotten much cleaning done on the inside of my car yet. He and another man then proceeded to vacuum the rest of my car for me while I got rid of some junk from inside my car. It was so kind of them to go out if their way to help me when I hadnt paid for full service. I really appreciate their help!

That poor ole summbitsh is closed and has been for the last few weeks, just as well. It cleaned my car real good but I didnt see any lasers at all.

Had an issue with the wash where the machine didnt function correctly and finish washing my car. I left a message and about a week later the owner called me back to let me know what happened and that they had just fixed the issue. He was very kind and professional and offered to give me a voucher for the issue that happened to me. I really appreciate it when an owner goes out of their way to make something right for their customers!

I completed a $14 car wash on Wed Apr. 22. When I got done there were pink streaks on my car. And with the car being white it is quite noticeable. I called the number with no answer. I left a message and so far no answer.

My car was still extremely dirty after paying for the most expensive car wash and left a white film on my car will never go there again

Do not come here if you are epileptic... The interior action lights blink very rapidly for some unknown reason. Im sure it was not intentionally done this way but for the last few months it hasnt changed.The wash is ok and the dry is ok, neither one of them do an excellent job as sometimes there is still dirt on the door or water left on the mirrors/windows when the service is done.The only real thing this wash does very well is that its heated in the winter so you can help keep the grime of the salt or sand off your vehicle.

For a drive thru car wash this place is AMAZING

Waste of $12. The automatic wash did not do a good job cleaning at all. My windshield still has dirt on it in the corners where my wipers don’t reach, and my side mirrors still have dust and streak marks from where I wiped frost off with my hand. My car was not exceptionally dirty before coming in, just a normal amount of dust and dirt from driving around town for 2 weeks, but this washer couldn’t even handle that. Wish I could get my money back!

No, it is not as good as hand washing and waxing, but for $12 or less, I do not think you could do better. I have had good results compared to other similarly priced drive through car washes. I did once have a problem with the undercarriage blast, but the owner was more than fair in setting things right. I continue to be a regular customer.

Wasted $8.00 for a sprinkle on my car. HORRIBLE

Car wash stopped after my car was all soapy. I had to pay for another car wash on the other side to get the soap off. I have left messages on contact number 3 times about a refund. Of course no response back. Very poor way to run a business!!!

Ok. Definitely not even good. Been through twice then got a monthly plan at Zips on Patton. Zips is way better.

All machines are maintained so they work properly. Well priced. Great wash for the cost!

It was in a small area so a little confusing getting right off Hendersonville rd. Machine easy to use but i couldnt change my order. No button for help and no mocrophone. I yelled. The wash wasnt great leaving pine needles still stuck in my windows and other corners. Left foam under the passenger door. Dryer lasted less than 20 seconds. Dissapointment. Shammies is supposed to be good right up the road.

I went to this car wash and selected the premium wash. Once I pulled into the stall the power shut off and the equipment did not work. I called twice and left a message and have not received a call back to refund my money.

They have a lot of extra things as well, including armorall wipes, extra scent, bug remover, and a machine to quick clean the interior carpets !

Could definitely get a car cleaner with hand washing, but adequate to wash most of the salt off.

It washes your car automatically. What else do you want?

I was there last night. I purchased the $8.00 wash upon exiting to go vacuum my car I noticed the car was still visibly dirty. I went through a second time and the dirt on my car was still visible.

Car wash broke while the car in front of me was in the stall, but after I paid for my wash. We both backed up, he pulled in, and got my wash - so I wound up paying for 2. Tried contacting the number they have posted, no call back. Will not be returning and recommend everyone avoid this place like the plague.
