Good spot to get it done. The automated car was was great with my two door tahoe with a 6 inch lift

Ive only gotten one car wash here (which worked decently, so be at your own discretion as to whether you want to try that here), but during the rest of the visits Ive only tried the vacuum(s), which is primarily what my rating is based upon. It seems during the majority of my visits, the suction was either too low to use, or neither vacuums even worked and I would waste about $2-2.50 combined. I think this business would benefit by investing more in the equipment. But I would recommend trying another place for vacuuming your vehicle.

Nice little place on the side of the road, good location, FYI there is an old and a new automatic wash on the end of the building, the end one does not work but the left one is brand new highest cost you need $14 for the deluxe. Personally feel did a decent job, recommend this, I will say though yes I could use a little love to bring it back to pristine condition.

The Lazer wash ate $10 of my cash. Also did not having any warring on drive up spray, my window was down from just paying more than it was worth. The cleaning wasnt good. The sprayer didnt wash the back of my hatchback.

Just not that great. Older not terribly effective drive through car wash. Was better than no wash but newer places do a better job, have nicer facilities and included free vacuumes- had to pay extra for the vacuum which accepted quarters only. Would not come back unless desperate for a wash.

Close to my house and has good washers but theyre never stocked on wipes and the vacuum stole my money and wouldnt turn on a few weeks ago.

A little dirty, and the foam brush wasnt foamy at all. Got the job done so overall good.

Great do it yourself car wash, great wash with just a little elbow grease. This place has a bunch of good washing tools for way less $$ than zips or auto bell. Highly recommend.

Bring cash because they dont accept cards. Bring quarters if you have them

Fairly decent car wash, all cleaning tools worked. Only complaint is that the brushes look like they have seen better days and the air drier dosnt seem to work well at all. Would wash my car here again.

Great car wash you have to wait in line on a warm day. So get there early or real late. Vacuum is good. Powerful water pressure.

A very good place to wash your car.

The autowash is hit or miss if it will be working or not.. Dont use the soap brush as it will but very small scratches in paint that you will have to wax out. The scented mist spray by the vacuums is always empty as well when I try to use it.. The manual wash lanes though are always working proper.

I came to vacuum my car. The first machine I went to ate my quarters and the vacuum didnt work. There was no out of order sign either. There was also trash EVERYWHERE on the ground. I feel like theyre also pretty expensive for a mediocre car wash.

It did fine. There is the middle front and middle back of my truck that it seems the miss everytime.

The first vacuum is useless at the $1 level.

Nice self wash stations and clean.. but every machine took at least a dollar from me.. even the vacuum.. it wouldnt count some quarters but didnt give them back... None of the machines with towels and armoral gave me my stuff but took the $... Ive always liked this one the best but.. its getting a lil pricy...

This car wash is AWESOME! So awesome in fact I would say that theres almost too much soap with the high pressure soap function. This place doesnt skimp on chemical on any function in the bays AT ALL!Each function in the bays worked perfectly, which can be somewhat rare at these self serve places.I would actually say that their prices are too low. They have a great product and deserve to be charging more. This is my go to wash when Im in Asheville! (DISCLAIMER - I own a similar wash out of state so I am probably the most critical customer of all the reviews for this business, if I could give it a 10 Star review I would, its an AWESOME CAR WASH! My only disappointment was that they dont offer credit cards in the bays)I honestly dont understand why theres such a low star quality rating for this car wash, go try them out, I promise you will not be disappointed!

Avoid this place at all costs. I used the self service bay where you pay for time to use different cleaners and a pressure washer. The prices arent very expensive so Ill give it that. But it became expensive when half the functions didnt work and just took my coins. Halfway through my wash the bay I was using just stopped working, so I had to pull my car out covered in foamy blue soap and wait in line for the other bay to rinse it off. It stained my car.95% of the machines are broken but still accept money without returns. The posted phone number to report out-of-order stuff is disconnected. Theres garbage everywhere, and the vacuums are infested with wasps. Im pretty sure this place is kept just functioning enough to not be considered condemned or abandoned.

This car wash has truly gone downhill. I used to love coming to it and using either the automatic wash or the hand wash. Now both just flat out suck. Half the equipment doesnt even work correctly. Please fix it! I hate to see this place go to waste.

I paid $12 for a touchless wash, and the only thing it managed to deliver was touchless. Light mud splashing on the doors wasnt touched, light stuff on the windshield wasnt touched, the hood was dirty.. even the drying fan at the end didnt touch the water that was actively spraying while it blew. Ultimately, my car was as dirty as it was when it entered, just wetter. If they let me post photos here, I have many.

The car wash took my $10 and would not perform. The trigger between the pull forward light, stop, and back up was malfunctioning and was impossible to find the happy spot where the wash would start. Before writing a review I called Four Star Car Wash to give them opportunity to reply and remedy i.e. refund my money. No response. This company is clearly under poor management. Their equipment malfunctions and no effort is made to remedy. Dont go here.

This place is junk. Went through the 4 star wash and it didn’t even clean the car. Drying doesn’t work either. Waste of money.

Vacuum machines will most definitely rip you off. I ended up spending 2 dollars in quarters for nothing. The machine would not turn on and it kept asking for more quarters. When I tried to get my quarters back, the machine released one coin....and it was a gold token....that literally said this has no cash value what a crappy place. I have been there before and had a similar experience but thought I would take a chance again. Tried to call number associated with this business and no answer.

I would give this 5 stars but but a little more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and functionality of the equipment

This is in reference to their automated drive through car washes. They are very cumbersome and leave much more room for user error than other automatic car washes. If you pay for your wash while the car in front of you is washing their car, you will have to pay a second time and be charged twice to use it. I have never seen this be the case before. They have a sign on the payment kiosk but it is not any where near where you instert your card or select the wash you want. I learned this after the fact when I drove into the wash and nothing happened. This is really unfortunate when you select the $10 wash. I went there the next day, because the other nearby washer was closed, this time paid for an $8 wash and it stopped working midway. My car was covered in soap and the last 3-4 cycles were not applied. I left a voicemail and requested a refund, but 4-5 days later, no response. Avoid this place if your are looking for an auto wash.

I dont know why this place has so many bad reviews. It wash my car just fine and it seems to be the only Self Serve Touchless Car Wash so I can find in the city. Im not from here and it was very convenient to wash my car here. The owner needs to do a better job of cleaning up some of the trash but other than that its pretty good

WARNING WARNING AVOID THIS PLACE!! No soap in brush! The soap that came out of spray nozzle was weak! The number listed on google has been disconnected, so no way to get a refund if you have issues. Giant sink hole in parking lot. Looks like a money grab to me, many other options in Asheville.

Blue foamy stuff only sprayed on right side of car. Very tedious trying to get the car positioned correctly - would go from Stop to Backup before I could stop. 5 minutes wasted.

This car wash was pretty bad I only got pretty much one half of my car thoroughly washed there was no real information about what to do and there was no drying of the car it was not helpful. Not a great bargain for $5

Okay, affordable, no person in premises, thinking in vacuum first I deposit one dollar in one of the machines, unfortunately didnt suction the way suppost to be and the hose was loose broken at the end, no sign warning of this was out of order, anyway I follow with the washing, this was fine, then I went someplace out to do the vacuum, before I leave a lady was getting ready to vacuum her car at the same machine I tried but a let her know what happen.

Spent $14.00 on a car wash and the rain would have washed off more dirt than the car wash did. Put $1.00 in the vaccum and had no suction would not even pick up a leaf. Very poor run car was. Never again.

I used the laserwash bay. It costs $10 and I feel like my truck was dirtier afterward than before I washed it. Most of the nozzles were clogged up, and it just did a pitiful job. Wont be going back.

Under Carriage didnt work I automatic wash and blue soap dripped all over top of car from ceiling in self serve section so I had to rewash n dry! After washing and drying it already, and it left a residue on my truck.

When through the automatic carwash paid for the $10 premium service and my car was still covered in dirt.

Dirty and run down however it serves its purpose by the end of the visit.

Vacuum has taken my money 2 out of three times & theres no one to call. Ill wont be back.

I pulled into a self service bay, deposited my money and grabbed the pressure washer to rinse my car. Little did I know the hose was busted and I got soaked. The bay was not blocked off and there were no signs saying not to use that particular bay. I finally found a phone number and when I called there was no answer.
