I always have great experiences with Clarendon Nails Technician, especially Kelly, she always took time and make sure the shape I want is right angel or not, each step of kelly done she always asking is okay or not. She been in this field more than 15 years experience she know what she doing. Here all pictures that I got nails done from her… if anyone got bad experience of Kelly they much be something wrong or they just have a bad day…

Was charged $65 (without tip) for an acrylic full set with gel polish. Their website says $43 & up, so I’m curious as to what the 22+ was for ?? Ridiculous. My nails don’t even look that good, kind of see through & the shapes are different & there are visible bubbles & fibers in the top coat. Extremely unhappy with the entire experience here. Felt rushed & place was small, crowded & very very dirty. I honestly should have walked out when I saw how dirty. Definitely do not recommend this place.*update: it’s been less than 24 hours & one of the nails already broke off while I was putting tennis shoes on.*2nd updat: the manager reached out to me a couple hours after I posted review to offer to fix the broken nail & even offered to have someone come in before they open to do it to accommodate me. They fixed the nail no charge. I definitely appreciate the customer service and the nail tech was very apologetic & nice.

My experience has always been positive at Clarendon Nails. Everyone is friendly and the place is organized. I’d recommend Kelly for anything you need. Today she did my nails with dipping powder and they look great!! She’s very talented and makes sure to pay attention to the details.

I had an appointment and wasn’t assisted until 25 minutes after. It hadn’t been a week before my nails started lifting and seriously chipping. I finally gave in and went somewhere else to get them redone. They were $20 more than what I usually pay for less. Your money is better spent somewhere else!

Kelly is the best! I have been getting the dipping powder done by her for the past 3 months and have always left overjoyed with how my nails turned out. My job only allows me to have my nails done in a very certain way, and Kelly has been more than accommodating every single time. Thank you Kelly!!

I had a gel manicure with Bebe and it was lovely! She is very friendly and fun to chat with. I asked for a design that Bebe started and Katie came in to help finish and I love it! Will definitely be returning.

Lina is one of my favorite nail technicians, but the whole staff is amazing. Very clean and organized salon and love the atmosphere coming in each time. I love being able to make appointments and always receive the best service every time.

I walked in to get a mani and pedi and when I sat down the nail tech pulled out tools from her own personal box that clearly hadn’t been sanitized beforehand. I asked for her to use clean ones and she seemed confused but pulled out new ones from their enclave in the back. As she was grabbing those I noticed a hair in the pedicure water. When she opened the packet I saw there were only cuticle and nail clippers in there, none of the other tools like nail files, etc. I promptly got up and left.

As a guy I never usually get a pedi but this place is above and beyond. As soon as I got in they greeted me with welcome and offered drinks.The tech that did my nails is amazing.Did a deluxe and they offered me a complimentary VIP room.Very relaxing and great ambience.Place is super clean and they use new buffers and sanders that comes in a lit which is perfect.Definitely should try this place out very easy to find and plenty of parking.

I’m not sure if I just specifically had a bad experience, but I got gel French nails & they don’t look professionally done. I kept asking for thinner lines & they would not listen. For that price, I could’ve have gotten better nails elsewhere. There was also a really loud man who was yelling over everyone and telling customers to rate 5 stars before they even started. Also my toes bled from the pedicure.

Was looking forward to having a calming evening and relaxing/ getting my nails painted for my fall party for this weekend. I end up walking in and meeting a friend there. I have a registered emotional support animal, therapist note, ID card [real not one printed offline], and she said i had to take the animal out of the establishment. I asked to show her my identification/ dr. note for my EMS animal. She said no and kicked me out. Absolutely livid and extremely upset with this interaction. I will obviously not be back.

My service here was great from start to finish! Me and my sister brought our mom here for her birthday for a mani and pedi. I got gel done by Lucky and it was so NEAT. Sometimes my gel comes out sloppy but this set is perfect.Tony was very professional also. He attended to me the entire appointment.The location is clean and has a great aura. This is my first time getting my nails done with them and I don’t recommend them at all. I made an appointment 2 days ago and I choose Kelly as my nail stylist which was recommended to me by my friend. So when i got there i expected to be helped by Kelly, but after my stylist started I overheard them saying the name Kelly when referring to a different stylist. She wasn’t busy but she didn’t end up helping me. I wouldn’t be mad if she was unavailable or they told me that she couldn’t, but they literally said nothing and she wasn’t even busy. On top of that, the person who did my nails is in such a rush and hurry that didn’t even pay attention if she cut the nails straight or not and didn’t even pay attention if she cleaned it well.Aside from that, one of the staff there made faces behind an old customer. I understand that older customers can sometimes be tough but that was a very rude and unprofessional attitude. Never again!

Just had ANOTHER great experience at Clarendon Nails. The owners are super professional and helpful. The male owner has THE best customer service I’ve ever had at a nail salon and I get my nails done regularly. The check your temp ask you to wash your hands and keep everything very clean. Being personally affected by a loss due to Covid this means a great deal. A lot of places have got very lax with CDC standards.Today I had Nancy who not only gave me stunning nails but a great deep massage for my pedi. She took the time to make my feet extra soft. My naturals are the perfect shape and color. They actually look like acrylic!I’ve also had (I believe her name was Kim) do a pearl coffin set. I received countless compliments.If you by a slim chance have any issue they fix it immediately. Highly recommend Clarendon Nails!

A friend and I made an appointment here and I will never go back. They treated us like we didn’t have an appointment despite having called for 2 slots days prior. They tried to upcharge for every little thing shape, more than one color, removing one nail from the prior set, top coat —literally all extra $5-$10 charges. I was getting a standard full set, no design, just wanted more than one color. When asking why all the arbitrary upcharges, they didn’t have any answer for that. The shape I got charged extra for was completely slanted. I asked for them shorter multiple times and was told no—they broke 2 days later. And a standard full set took over 2 hours to complete with an appointment. Horrible experience.

Highly recommended this place to everyone. The staffs are very nice, sweet and very professional. The place is beautiful and clean. Also they practice protocols very well during the crisis time! Deserve 5 stars services! I will be back soon.

I havent gotten a pedicure in over a year and based on the reviews decided to give this place a try. I didnt have an appointment, but they told me they could still do a pedicure. I noticed that initially the place seemed dirty and was nervous about the cleanliness of place in light of COVID, but I decided to stay and try which was a mistake. While the man who did my pedicure was nice, it was completely rushed, it took only 20 minutes from start to finish and my nails were smudged. I had to keep asking the man who did my nails to come back to fix them while he was working on another client, which was uncomfortable to do. When I got home, I noticed a few other nails were also smudged. Very disappointed, wont be back.

I really wanted to like this place. Ive never had a pedicure where they didnt massage your feet. Thats usually the best part! The water was cool. Technician was a perfectionist, but she scrubbed the side of my feet so aggressively, it hurt. Beautiful interior. I wont go back.

The organic pedicure is the best! Melody gave a fantastic foot and leg massage and did a wonderful job overall. I was offered a beverage, which was nice. Place was bright and clean. I made reservation online easily and was seen on time. Small downside was no public restrooms and you have to go through a crowded, not-as-clean back room. I will definitely go again and will ask for Melody when I do!

Friendly customer service, a clean an cute little nail salon! They have a relaxing atmosphere, and there isn’t that “nail salon chemical smell” that some places have. They do a wonderful job with your nails, and are gentle too. I had gel polish and it was done perfectly! Convenient location too!

Do your research before you go! I never had a dip manicure before, so I had no idea what to expect or the procedure for it. I did inquire about how they do the SNS dip, and they told me they poured it into a cup to dip due to COVID- this was NOT the case when I went. My nail tech also grinded my nail beds down to far, because after 48 hours of having my dip nails on, I had to remove them due to the fact my nail bed hurting so bad to do basic tasks, and I have had a gel manicure many many times. Just make sure you know the process before going in so this doesn’t happen to you!

This was my first time here. Great customer service and very efficient. I didnt have to wait long to get my nail done even though it was during a holiday. My technician did a very good job and didnt rush me through at all. Everyone was very friendly. The owners even helped me picking the perfect gel color when I was having trouble recognize the shades. I went to this place because of mostly positive reviews. This salon was not near me but I decided to give it a try anyways because I prefer to get a better and safer service. My acrylic technician seemed nice and friendly at first. She said it was going to be easy peasy to fill my acrylic nails and shape them. She did my nails as if she was operating heavy machinery. She was rough with my nails and drilled into my cuticles, one started to bleed afterwords. I get that she was trying to get it done fast but you gotta slow down when go over certain nail parts.I also hated that some of this dust got into my tea which she kindly offered. And my nails were cut different lengths which I pointed out. In the end she painted over my cuticles. Not cool. It was first and last time. I can get a way better service at the salon near me for $10 cheaper. Overall I do not recommend this place. Very sloppy job with nails.

I went here a little over a week ago and got a gel manicure. The woman who took care of me was very nice. However, right after getting my nails didn’t look very clean, there was paint over the cuticles, and some nails looked like they already had growth, which isn’t ideal as this is something that would last a couple weeks.Fast forward, to last week and both of my thumbs and pointer fingers nails have started to break and peel off.I was able to compare to my friend, who her nails done somewhere else several days before me, and hers still look amazing with only some growth, which is of course normal.Everyone was nice but the quality of the job just wasn’t up to par with what you can find elsewhere.

Bingo! Finally I got my nails ( dipping powder) done at my favorite salon Clarendon Nails& Spa after almost three months lock down! I am glad that they are open in June when I need my nails done for the beach with my family.As usual they are the best customer service ever, plus they have a well prepared for customers and the staff with their new guidelines limited capacity and seating distances also the table shield which custom made is very convenient!I am their regular customers and I mentioned they have the price raised couple bucks and the manager did explain of cost of goods are higher, specially all the sanitized products are high demand during this Covid19. Understanding and reasonable! Highly recommended to everyone ! Never disappointed!PS: there are no waiting area or dryer station allowing in the store, so I treat myself a gel pedicure which is cost extra but convenience for me to leave without worry mess them up!

Excellent place to get nails done! Everyone here is friendly, especially Kim and Mia! I got the SNS dip powder in a beautiful natural color along with a relaxing pedicure. Ive gotten dip powder before but never as well done as today. Kim not only took the time to make sure that my nails looked beautiful but kept asking my preferences regarding my nails. This was great because Im rather conservative on how my nails look and want them to be as natural as possible. I also loved the time and patience she took while being efficient. Everything took no more than 45 minutes but I didnt feel rushed or neglected!In addition, the spa is clean, bright, and cheerful. The tools were sanitized and everything was on point. I can easily see myself coming back here for years to come! Especially seeing how they warmly greet and treat repeat customers.Regarding payment: they take credit card for services, but tip must be in cash or venmo. That said, you can pay the entire transaction plus tip in venmo which was easy!

I’ve been to this salon 3 times now and have had a great experience every time. Kelly and Isabelle both did incredible jobs on my nails. They’re super nice, quick in a good way, and make my nails look exactly how I want!

They are simply amazing ! I was particularly impressed by how the management took all the necessary precautions to Keep their clients and staff safe after opening again during the pandemic. Thé manager took my temperature at the front door, they have hand sanitizer stations everywhere, you are asked to wash your hands when coming as well as when moving around. Everyone sits at least 6 feet apart and you are required to wear a mask, including the staff ! And all the stations for the nail techs have a plastic mirror installed In front of them . That was simply my review on their cleanliness, as you can tell all the professional nail techs are amazing and can never complain ! The only thing is that they got a little more expensive but we understand !

Very disappointed that I spent $80. My gel nails have bumps and feel like they are going to peel off because the gel is on my skin as well. My toe nails were totally smeared by the time I got home because they didn’t have the dryers and said my nails were dry enough to put on my shoes to leave. And the dead skin around your nails that they usually cut off they didn’t do.

First and last time here. I get my nails done regularly and they are close by and with all the good reviews I decided to give them a shot. They were kind enough and helpful picking out colors. Never offered a drink of any kind including water, so not sure what other reviewers are talking about. I have natural nails and got gel. My technician seemed to be in a hurry and missed my cuticles multiple times. She did only two coats of the color and it was sloppy. The edges were crooked and there were bubbles in the gel. In sun light it was clear that there were not enough coats of color the tone was uneven. They started to peel within two days; my gels usually last me at least 10 days before any sign of wear. Being courteous is great, but if you cant do a simple solid gel nail color on natural nails youre missing the basics.

I have tried many nail places since moving to Arlington >9 years ago. Clarendon Nail & Spa is the only one is the one I’ve made my salon of choice. The staff is friendly and attentive. The foot massage included in the pedicure is always so relaxing. Massage chairs always work :-). The chairs and tools are always clean. And when I treat myself to a spa pedicure the lotions and scrubs are so wonderful.

I came in for an eyebrow wax and the technician was sweet and listened to what I wanted. I wanted to keep as much hair as possible but still with a noticeable shape and she understood. Even during the wax I asked her not to take too much on my left side near my nose and she didn’t! My eyebrows look beautiful and the wax was “chocolate” for more sensitive skin and definitely didn’t hurt as much. It was only $12 too, very affordable. I recommend 100%. Thank you!

I’ve gotten a manicure and a facial from here and both were great experiences. The manicure was quick, clean, and well done. The facial was relaxing and left my skin feeling very soft and clean. They accept credit card payments but tips are either cash or via Venmo.

Very friendly staff and fairly priced services for the area. It was pretty busy when I went at 10:30am on a Saturday, but I was immediately greeted, offered a drink, and helped within 10 minutes of arriving. WARNING: I walked into the shop for my appointment wearing a mask and as soon as I stepped in, the front desk employee screamed at me to get out, so I obliged and waited outside for about 30 minutes. When I questioned the owner on why I was treated that way and was waiting outside passed my appointment, he came towards me screaming it’s a 6 foot rule and he will serve whoever he chooses to serve, while threateningly standing less than a foot away from me without a mask. The owner claims to care about safety but I was the only one wearing a mask that day. Him and his front desk employee and another customer inside were not wearing masks. If he truly cared about safety, he should have worn masks and kept 6 feet away from me when he approached me. I read a review on another site that someone’s hand was infected after getting her nails done. Thankfully, I didnt get my nails done there, who knows what else would have happened.

My husband and I went to Clarendon Nails & Spa for the first time this evening and had an amazing experience! The customer service is impeccable! We came within a hour of closing and were immediately serviced and out within an hour. Ella, Lucky, and Tony took great care of us. Made sure we liked our pedicures and my manicure and made sure we had refreshments throughout our visit. This was our first visit but certainly will not be our last! We highly recommend this place!

I recently moved to the Court House area and tried this salon on a whim. I have been back 4 times in the last 6 weeks. The prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and they always squeeze me in- no wait. Mia did my nails last weekend, she is great and very friendly! Definitely recommend. This is my new go to spot.

This is the place where the worst customer service is done ever. I made an appointment through direct phone call with one of the female staff but when I arrived no one said there in no appointment under my name. I kept asking who was there in charge for phone call with exact data with my phone call history but they ignored to find out, might they do not want to admit their fault. No one apologize sincerely and keep insist that they can not do anything else except but rescheduling and calling security if I keep showing my anger. I realized they did not correct anything towards this situation and wasted my whole afternoon trip. Their attitude is horrible so I would like to report their store so that no one can use this place ever.

Clarendon Nails & Spa has the most reasonable prices in the area for manicures and pedicures and offers friendly, professional service. They are very hygienic and attentive and go the extra mile. When it was time for me to leave it was pouring outside and the manager who was on his way out offered me ride so I wouldn’t get caught in the storm - that’s above and beyond!

Wow!!What are wonderful place to get nail done!!^^The place was very well organized and clean.All the staffs were very friendly and helpful to me that I would get comfortable and relax.Not just service was good but the quality of work was excellent.I higherly recommend to people who want to get more than beyond excellent service!!^^
