I was disappointed with this location sense I like the Cedar Hill location a lot. This place is 5 minutes from my house, but I’m not going to visit this location again. The technician barely spoke to me. First, she barely spoke or understood English. Secondly, she was having a great conversation in her language on her AirPod. My teenage son was with me and he was surprised that this was going on. I got French tip design tip on my natural long nails. I thought that I liked her technique because the lines were good and curvy-straight, which not everyone knows how to do this well using dip powder. But I guess the product was old or something because the nails cracked in about 2 days. It’s been about a week or so and my nails look pretty bad. They look like mini earthquakes cracked them. I am wondering if the nail is cracked under. In addition, she left several nails swollen because she over trimmed and filed my nails so hard while laughing and talking on the phone. I’m going to get them redone somewhere else. Sorry but I didn’t like the experience either. When she was done, she got up and walked away. I wasn’t asked to wash my hands or anything. I had to ask 2 other employees if I was done. That’s not cool.

Guys need pampering too. Gabby did an excellent job. I recently had a motorcycle accident and could not take care of my nails and feet. Not only was it peppering but therapeutic as well.

I used to love this place, but I feel like the quality of work has gone down.I havent been fully satisfied the last few times.I kept going because I like my girl, but unfortunately, Im moving on.

I was a loyal faithful customer since the beginning when they opened. However it has not been good service the last two times I’ve come here. I have decided that I can’t give them any more chances and will be going elsewhere probably back to my original nail salon in Grand Prairie where the prices are reasonable and they do excellent high-quality work. Unfortunately sad to say that they nickel and dime you here five dollars for length five dollars for shape five dollars for I don’t even know what other extra thing on there, $5.00 dollars For three additional things and it’s all the same nails-so by the time all was said and done could you just pick one extra service for five dollars rather than charge me an additional $15 for the same nail. It’s really sad how greedy they have become I will not be going back buyer beware!!!And after all is said and done my nails are not even all that.

Got my nails done by Lisa, 👍 *3STARS*It was been a while since I got my nails done. My first experience here was great. On my 2nd experience not so great. I was charged $5 for removing my nails that I got done here and charged $40 for dip= $45. Literally just so they can put it on my nails. I wanted the shortest possible. I ended up with the shortest possible the man could file down. My nails ended up w no shape. Uneven. My cuticles where not even removed. I took my child w me who got polish mani pedi that was supposed to be 22. At check out her tab was $28 also got a pedicure, the lady removed the cuticles and all I got polish @$32 when my tab was $105 I questioned my tab after the fact that my card was already charged w these hidden fees of $11 that got added. The lady was so offended that I asked like her attitude would justify my tab. If she is owner/manager she should have that same energy at making sure the tech does good work. I left no tip. She hollered something in a bothersome tone in whatever language she speaks. 105 was the same I was charged for my previous visit of a full set. Pedi. And my child got a pedi only. So I guess a mom and a child tab will always be $105. No matter what service you get. I will be changing the 5 stars to 3 stars soon.

My mom and I got our nails done for my wedding coming up this weekend. I was told to pick out my stones which I thought was weird because I couldn’t even get them out since they were so small. Typically the nail lady picks them out since they should know what looks best. My moms nail lady left her hands with nail polish spots. The price was for her was service $126! She was charged for every little detail including the shape. We will stick to going to at home nail specialists who do a better job, offer better service, and the price is significantly less.

Came here with my wife and will never return! Very dirty and disgusting place. They charge way too much money for the cheap nails they use. We had to wait for 45 minutes before any one even talked to us and then had to wait another hour and a half before they could get to my wife. I talked to Danny about this and he did not seem to care at all. Sounded like he is use to hearing complaints like this and never does anything to try to improve. If I could give American Nail Bar in Arlington zero stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE.

I couldnt believe that if u dont pay 20 u cant get your nails dry. I guess it is true when u dont buy the full PKG you leave looking smugged.. For those who like to enjoy and unwind, this is not the place. Services are quick and unenjoyable for the prices. My brother and I came here because we both wanted Mani and Pedi. Sadly we left without getting a Mani. They had forgotten.

Great place, amazing attention to details. My tech stayed after closing time to finish properly shaping my nails and they turned out beautifully. Ive never had a manicure as good as this. She made sure not to leave any extra nail gel on the bottom of my nails and theyre not too thick, this is my new nail place instead of the Collins St nail salon, I can totally see the difference the extra time made.

I love my glow in the dark nails. They are super friendly. Danny was my nail tech. My 3 yr old had a great time and they loved her😍🥰 My bff enjoyed herself as well. We will be back.

Kimmy and Victoria were outstanding. The whole staff was so cordial and friendly and we had a blast. They do require you to wear a mask and they keep 6ft between each customer for safety reasons (which to me is a plus) and they are very kind and listened to mine and my friends requests. Thanks again girls!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I was able to get a walk-in appointment for a mani/pedi with gel polish today, the day before Thanksgiving. Everyone was friendly and efficient; I had both sets of nails finished in around 45 minutes. I also received a complimentary beverage! Most importantly, I love how how my nails turned out. As someone who rarely gets their nails done, I always have low levels of anxiety until I see the final result, because I dont have a regular place to go. I will gladly return with my daughter on another occasion. Five stars applies to the salon setup, the customer service, the pricing, and the lovely staff members.Thank you!

I went to this mail bar on Saturday to get a pedicure .. by Monday my toe had a major infection... I would not recommend this place.... They did not use sterilize utensils like you normally see...

JUSTICE IS SERVED: The nail tech who had done my nails was flawless and /to the point/ I must say. I will definitely be coming here again. The check in was quick, easy, and simple. My 4PM appointment went smoothly just like the outcome with my nails! She didnt torture my cuticles or rush she took her time. I forgot her name, but I do remember the Le part of her name. I thought I wrote it down on my receipt...Best place 5 stars!

Just received the most incredible pedicure and full set from Hugh and Kenny! Hugh has magical hands and precision skills I will come back for! I have had some poor experiences in Arlington and American Nail Bar is by far above the rest! Almost any beverage you may desire at your fingertips with incredible customer service. They gained a lifetime client out of me! Can’t thank them enough for a relaxing day after a tough week at work.

Nails looked amazing as always! They really took precaution for the Covid19 and really disinfect after one person is done getting their nails done. Very good about social distancing. Glad I was able to get mine done in a safe environment!

They tried to overcharge my friend and i after they told us it would be 40$ before we even got our nails done. i went to the counter and they tried to charge me 10$ extra, i told them that’s not what the lady told me and then they got mad at me because i corrected them. their website has completely different prices from the paper of their services. i asked the guy why the prices are different and he said that’s an old paper. throw the paper away because that’s misleading.

This place kept upping my prices when they told me that it would only be 7 dollars for long nails and they upped my price to 75 dollars, this is extremely un professional and they proceeded to not give me my money back, they cut up my fingers really bad(i was bleeding). If i were you i would not waste your money at this place.

EVERYTIME I go I make an appointment before going in, yet when I get there I have to wait 30-45 minutes. The wait may not be so bad IF someone at least acknowledged that I am here and let me decide if I want to wait. This happens often, and it’s annoying. They do great nails but the service is horrific

The lady doing my nails said the length i got would be $55 total then charged me $75 and tried saying i was wrong. She also dragged my hand different ways aggressively when she could’ve just asked me, cut my nail and it started bleeding and right when i left i noticed the paint from my nail peeling off.

I have made a visit to this location several times for years. The staff is pretty nice and does a good job. The manager which is the tall slim lady that usually has on designer clothes and belts with heels is disgustingly rude. She always makes my visits unpleasant even if the other staff has been nice. A few times I had small issues from just asking for something that I WANTED and was paying for but she again made it difficult and I was not fully satisfied. After tonight I will never visit this location because of her. Also Kenny does not work there anymore so that is another determining factor.

I almost did not get the dip dolor I picked out and in the end still did not get the color I asked for. I paid 80 bucks for a pedicure I guess the person at fron had forgot she offered a 10% off because they were getting busier AFTER I came in. This place is junk. Oh and my dip started to want to peel after 1 week.

I will say that I was extremely impressed with the service that I received. I absolutely love my nails however what I was not happy with it + not satisfied with was the price. I looked their website up + all of their prices and when I calculated what Id pay I even included the charge for long nails and the extra charge for the type of shape that I wanted. When I got to the counter to check out my services were over $20 more than what I had calculated. When I asked why its bc what I got was way more than what they charge, but even their sign in sheets had a different price than what I was charged. I feel they have false advertisement. If you dont mind their false advertising they do amazing nails.

I went to get my nails done and a pedicure done yesterday. The quality of pedicures that I get from this place I usually enjoy, which is why I come back, but this was the first time I’d been back in months so I was looking forward to a pleasant experience.Long story short, the service I received from the lady I got a pedicure from was very “low effort” and not what I was used to. She also cut my big toe pretty bad, in which I didn’t make a spectacle out of, but it did devalue my whole experience because it kept stinging as she kept working. Today my toe is still swollen and bleeding from it.I probably wouldn’t come back for a pedicure but my manicure turned out really nice.

Ive been going here for almost 3 years. Its Always clean, I always love my nails, drinks are good, they always ask if you want something and the nail techs are friendly and quick.

I had an appointment for 12:15, I went in, they seated me, had me pick colors and didnt even try to start on me and my friends nails until almost 1. We had something we had to be at starting at 1:30 so we finally just had to leave at 12:55 because she almost started on my friends nails and no one had even looked at mine yet so I assume it would have been 1:15 before they were even going to start mine. If you have the time I am sure this place is great, but expect to be waiting even if you have an appointment time.

The manager: overly sarcastic with customers, pushy, chauvinistic energy, publicly rude to nail techs. Hes why we quit going unless I am in a bind and cant get in anywhere else. Some nail techs rush and do sloppy nail work but we love Lisa & a couple of other nail techs though!!

Sunday My boyfriend and I decided to America nail Salon. We had a little bit of a wait for our service but they were also very busy. Rather than that we had an amazing time! The service was so outstanding I came back today for pedicure! We definitely will be coming back!

One of the best pedicures Ive ever had! I got the $46 dollar package and it was totally worth it. She massaged my feet and calves with cucumbers, hot rocks, put my feet in hot wax and wrapped them in hot towels it was amazing. She did a beautiful job on my nails and I love them! They also offer you drinks from their bar or soft drinks for free. Only 4 stars tho bc she didnt give her name and also didnt tell me that getting the gel was an extra $20 I found out at the register. I told her I wanted a design on my toe and she took it upon herself to use the diamonds which was beautiful but cost 10 more dollars when I usually get a design for $5. So in total I spent around $80 😳 I felt she was kinda pushy in a way to upcharge us more which is their job, I get it. But she kept trying to convince my sister to get the pedicure package that I was getting even though she said she didnt want it. Other than that it was a great experience and I will go back👌

The nail tech that attended me was very rude. She didn’t even greet me and thew stuff at the table. Her station was trashy just like her attitude when I changed my mind on wanting acrylics she started giving me an attitude again and I even apologized. Her set up was so bad that she made my hands lean up on a lotion bottle? I was looking around and the other nails techs looked very sweet and professional. At the end I did give her a tip because she did do a decent job but then today my nails started to chip and I got them done yesterday. Yup $50 went down the drain for me.. never coming back.

My first time here and I loved it!! Roc was my nail technician and he did such an amazing job! I switched nail salons because my nails kept falling apart and breaking off. Roc was very thorough, courteous, and detailed with my nails! I showed him a pinterest picture and he not only did them that way but put his own spin on it and made it even better. Im very happy with my service and will be coming back to see Roc!

Today was my second visit to this location. Both times I received a signature pedicure. My first visit was a great experience, but this second visit was absolutely amazing. I was seen by John. He’s a kind spirit, meticulous, and diligent. His massage technique made me so relaxed. I actually closed my eyes and reclined in the chair, which I never do. I could’ve went to sleep. I couldn’t be more happy with my pedicure and the service at American Nail Bar. If you haven’t been here, give it a visit. And I recommend you see John. Honestly, you won’t regret it.

Awful! I left bleeding. Still bleeding. Two nail techs noticed but never said a word or tryed to help. I touched the side of my foot and my hand had blood all over it. Still demanded I pay $67. I was probably exposed to God knows what. Reporting this place to the Health Department first thing Monday. I will also dispute this charge and get my money back one way or another. You people are terrible!

Wonderful! Today I got a pedicure with my sister and it was amazing! The staff was attentive and caring! Lately I’ve been avoiding nail salons due to previous bad experiences. I have dry skin and I have a lot of dead skin so usually when I go to the nail salon the nail techs gossip and make unnecessary comments. Ignoring the fact that I come to the nail salon to get a pedicure and to unwind. Today I had a new experience! Lisa explained what I can use on my feet to help! She provided insight about my feet and told me that I shouldn’t be using hard scrubbing tools on my feet because that causes more harm than good. Lisa educated me on what to began doing at home and encouraged me! Lisa made me feel comfortable and at ease. Great customer experience! I will definitely come back!

You have to come see JOHN!! He is the best!! He does my nails and feet. He is very detailed and attentive. Very good work!! However, the BEST part is the massage on both hands and feet, his technique and use of reflexology is AWESOME!! Come ask for JOHN, you will be pleased😊

August is my new tech. He was what seemed like a perfectionist and did exactly what I asked for. He didnt rush, took his time, and made sure I was happy throughout the process of doing my nails. I wont be going to anyone else since he did my nails. He was also very friendly! I loved this place before anyway because everyone is nice and service is just awesome!

This is my fourth time coming here. Initially it’s was really good when they first opened but now it went down hill. Went for a pedicure and the polish was horrendously done a four year old would’ve done a better job. Not to mention the attitude of her and the front desk girl who would flip her hair when asked for a beverage I did not pay for the attitude so save it. Will never come back!!!

A good place to get your nails done. They follow the guidelines well and make sure that you are too. A little expensive but They give good service. Ive come here quite a few times and have yet to be disappointed.

I experienced American Nail Bar for the first time this weekend and it did not disappoint! It was absolutely amazing. I have never been to a more clean or well taken care of nail salon. Hugh did my pedicure while Lynn did my powder dip manicure & they were both wonderful. Hugh really took his time on my pedicure, gave an incredible foot massage, & was very friendly. Lynn gave me one of the best powder dip manicures Ive ever had! My nails look flawless from head to toe. I highly recommend this place if youre in the area & even more so recommend Hugh and Lynn for manicures & pedicures!

Its been a week since a gel polish and I was skeptical on how long they would last me specifically since I do a lot of stocking. They still look perfect like the day I got them, no gems have fallen off and no paint chipping, even after working with tons of boxes.I’ve also gotten their dip set and it too lasted a very long time.They have great prices and do not over charge for the little things. They offer free water and have a lot of other drinks. Everyone is super friendly and they want you to leave happy.

My first time visiting this location. Tampa and August were awesome! She listened to what I was looking for and didnt make my nails too thick or long. August had a hard time with my small toe nails bit made them look awesome! Im going on vacation feeling sexy as hell! Thank you both!

The service was good, there wasnt really anywhere convenient to park because the surrounding businesses were very busy. I got dip nails and then the very day I got them, one broke. One week later, 2 more are breaking. I have NEVER had this experience in years of consIstently getting dip nails done. I also did not recognize the brand they were using for the powder. I dont know if its the quality of the powder or the technique but I will definitely NOT be going back. Felt like a waste of money.

This was my first time coming to the American Nail Bar, but it is also rare that I go anywhere to pamper myself, due to some experiences that were not so good, in dealing with getting my hands and feet done. I went to this location in Arlington on a Friday morning, the weekend of Mothers Day and my college graduation. The surrounding area is a little busy, due to that its located near the Parks Mall, but upon entering this facility, I was immediately welcomed and the chic appearance had my attention! I usually like to know what type of service I want ahead of time, but since it had been years that Ive had anyone to do my hands and feet, and Im a little bashful, I just chose an option really quickly because I didnt want to hold up the process. The gentleman at the front counter did go over some of the services, though. I chose the Pearl Pedicure, and the Dipping Powder for my manicure. Lisa, worked on my manicure and she did exactly what I asked for, as well as give some suggestions. She massaged my hands and arms, up to my elbows and placed a warm towel over my hands. Hugh, did my Pearl Pedicure and he was excellent! I have flat feet😫, so he did them some justice! He massaged my legs up to my knees, and all the way back down, to the soles of my feet. He also placed long slices of cucumber around my legs, wrapped my feet and legs in hot towels, and rubbed my legs with hot stones....oh yeah, both professionals asked about the heat tolerance too. Lisa and Hugh were also sociable and made me feel super relaxed! Im most definitely going back, and it would be great to take someone so they can enjoy too😊 complimentary drinks are served at this facility too, I had a mimosa! Thank you Hugh and Lisa, for the wonderful work!!

Terrible terrible terrible. Asked for gel french manicure, they stared something else. When I asked them to stop because that is not what I wanted it went downhill from there.They removed this dip stuff they put on and changed out the tech. They spoke nastily about me in front of my face, as if I could not understand them. Jokes on them, I could. She cut my cuticle so far back my reflexes kicked in and I pulled my hand back. She filed a nail into the meat of my finger. I explained that I had a nail bed injury, showing her where the quick of my finger was showing. And that is why it hurt when you rub sandpaper over it. She actually tried to tell me that it didn’t hurt. I assured her it did.There was no pampering to this experience. She couldn’t be done with me fast enough. What a waste of money and time. Full disclosure- I left no tip. 40$ to be talked about in front of my face and what seemed to be purposely being rough was far far too much payment. They got my money and time once but never again. Take your 40 plus dollars elsewhere.

Came in on Sunday at about 2:30. They said they didn’t have anyone available. Made an appointment to come back at 4. Got there at 4:15. They said someone came before me and they still have no one available. Poor customer service. They acted like they didn’t want to help me. Won’t be coming back.

Theyve improved the place since my last visit. Its definitely more customer-centered now and I had a much better experience. John did a great job and Ill be going back to see if the service is consistent.

Went there with a friend of mine, because I myself have no Nails. Im an extremely bad nail biter. BUT! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly to both my friend and myself because I just decided to wait there till she got her nails done. Very pleasant atmosphere, very pleasant people.

Service is great. Went there for the second time now. They really take their time with you. Not just another place that puts color on your toes or fingernails. I really appreciated the massage part of the pedicure. When I had gotten my gel nails done they also lasted really well. No peeling at all.

Great nail salon. Very classy, clean and they have a bar!! Ken did my full set and Mindy did my pedicure. I love how gentle and funny Mindy was, sometimes pedicures are painful because they’re rough. Mindy was very nice and gentle. She took her time massaging, applying lotion and she actually did my cuticles! Lots of nail salons I’ve been to don’t clip the cuticles.Ken did a great job on my full set. It’s one of the best acrylics I’ve gotten. He did a good job at the almond shape, not too pointy but not too square.This is a great place and will recommend to my friends.
