This place is THE WORST. Don’t waste your time and money here. I’ve waited an hour outside of the salon when I have an appointment and the place has been locked. Their google phone doesn’t work or they never pick up so I had to make the appointment through their website, showed up here and waited for an hour. I have neverrrrrr written a review but this place really pushed the button

I had a checkup recently on my acne treatment which started a month ago. The results are starting to show and the products that my nail technician recommended are working well. They know my skin well and my facial helped a lot. Ive struggled with acne and scarring for long time, and Im happy that my girlfriend took me here for my birthday.

My wife had an amazing experience here when she bought a mani-pedi and 50-minute massage package. Prices are reasonable compared to other places in the area. Service was friendly and professional. Shes looking forward to going back.

I purchase service from Avida spa. First, the experience was uncomfortable with rude staffing customer service was awful. I purchased the choice manicure and pedicure spa however, at my arrival I had no choice, but only if I paid extra.I did not recieve the service as stated on print purchase.Also, I was having public transportation errors due to National Confederate parade/protest. I call to info them I was running about 10 mins behind or can I reschedule. They state I will have to send a replacement of be charge for reschedule fee.

Showed up for a confirmed 4 o’clock appointment only to find it locked up with no sign of life. I am not impressed.
