Went in for a quick polish change. The tech pulled out cuticle nippers that were sitting in her cart and not sterilized. For anyone who didn’t know those things should be brought out in a sealed package each time. After she finishes she put them back in the kit. Quickest way to get staph or worse.

This place is horrible, I paid 50 dollars for a set of powered dip. Only to go to another place to have a brand new set put on the next day. I highly recommend you dont visit this place

The person doing my pedicure was watching tv on his phone while working with me and was not paying attention at all. He scraped the skin off of both my heels (to the point of drawing blood) and only noticed because I pulled back in pain. Despite injuring me because he was distracted, even after he realized I was hurt he went back to watching tv. Also 5 days later 50% of the polish has come off even though I havent done anything out of the ordinary. Terrible experience

Beyond dissapointed but I should have just left once I realized they didnt know chrome which was what I really wanted!! Ive been doing dip for over 2 years and never have I broken 2 nail in less than 4 days of getting them done. That doesnt include the other nails that also have chipped you cant see.... If the man had just stopped applying dip after 5 coats instead of filing them to where they would be this thin Im sure I would be telling a different story. Word of advice if you have to wait a few extra days to visit your regular spot them wait othetwise you will likely be wasting $40 like I did..

The service was magnificent from the time my best friend and I walked through the door we were able to get exactly what we wanted Along with the beverage of our choice, they know all nail styles and I’m very happy with my short esthetician set!! My best friend got long stiletto and they are stellar! I sat in Jasmine’s chair and I can’t wait to come back!

I have been living in the Arlington, TX since 2013. In all the time that I have lived there I’ve always used US Nail Spa and even came back as a customer once they re-opened from their renovations. Me and my friend had a function to go to. We arrived to the shop today at 6:45, after a hair appointment. The stores door and website discloses that they close at 7:30 when we walked in, according to the male manager, all their people were busy. I pointed out to the gentleman that the door disclosed they were still opened until 7:30. Initially, he grew quiet and tried to tune me and my friend out, as if he didn’t hear us. Then he proceeded to tell us to come back tomorrow, but I actually told my friend about them because I was impressed with their work and their professionalism. I stand corrected. I am completely upset and outdone with this gentleman’s response and I will take my business elsewhere. I will also tell others about this poor customer treatment with friends who live in Arlington, that I have referred them to. Absolutely despicable, especially the silent treatment and the rudeness of assuming that our schedule would be flexible to return tomorrow. My friend lives way in Oklahoma and will return tomorrow.

I started with one tech who seemed to know a little about the hand process, who kept leaving. She made a call when she had just started next thing you know a man took over. The infamous Tony. I did tell him it was my first time there. He is one of the rougher nail techs who has worked on my nails but I feel he did a decent job. Not enough to make it my home shop but itll do for now. I got gel even tho I usually get dip. Been a while.

Jasmine is sooo sweet! I have been coming here for the last year and this is my new nail home! Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. My feet and nails are always amazing and I always leave happy! Jasmines margaritas ain’t a joke and will get you feeling right!!! Definitely recommend!!

I have tried many many nail salons and I went here once and fell in love. I wont go anywhere else again.

I got a basic pink and white tip my nails literally lasted a week I went in 3 times to fix each single nailthat fell off and finally called when multiple ones fell off asked for my money back because I literally would do easy task and my nails would pop off not break just the whole thing popped off. When i went in to get my money back I was told no because I work in a restaurant and that why they fell off...... I definitely won’t be back!!

I bought the most expensive pedicure because of the 25 min message... However this is the first time I actually watched the time just because I really needed it. The book said 25 mins so I divided the time for both legs (because it did not say each leg) and she only spent 12 mins total between both legs. However I will say everything else was good but I really needed the message!!!! So I hope the next time I go they give me a discount and my 25 mins. That pedi cost me $80 with gel polish.

Great experience but second nail in five days to pop off. No stress or anything out on them. Just looked down and gone. Charged me $3 both times even though it was obviously shoddy work. Again, great customer service but the actual work is not worth the money.

One star too many. On a scale from my best to worst nail salon experience, this is by far the worst in my salon visits of 20 years. It was myself and my nine year old daughter today. We came straight after school, 3:45. I walked in and both of us looked at each other and whispered oh my gosh it stinks like a dog!. I love dogs, I have dogs, Ive owned dogs that reek. In a nail salon thats a HARD no. I genuinely wonder if this space was a previous dog groomer. It smelled horrible 🤮. So many bad things happened in the course of an hour Im disappointed I didnt trust my nose. I asked if there was availability for a pedicure for me and a childs pedicure for my daughter right away when we entered- they said yes. My daughter got hers done..hour later my water is cold and no one started mine. Wrong polish applied on my daughters toes, telling the the lady over and over again until finally the girl next to her translated. She huffed a puffed when my little girl got distracted and turned her foot a bit. Now shes done, she goes to slip my daughters flip flops on... she grabs my size 8 flip flops and starts putting them on her, were waving and pointing at the fact they arent hers.... Nope she just thinks were saying its for the wrong foot. Im so done by this point. After all of this mess and me telling them I have to go we are out of time, one the girls tries to start my pedicure! It literally felt like the twilight zone 🤯 Waste of time, money and every last bit of patience. I Will Never Go Back.

Tony was very nice and did an amazing job on my nails. Its hard to find a place in Texas that can do the kind of nails I like. I will be coming back.Here again January 2017 and had lavender pedicure with Jessica and as always the service is amazing. There are so many nail places that I drive past to get here, but its worth it. Thank you for always be amazing.

Tony and Jessica are AMAZING! Jessica makes my eyebrows look outstanding every time and Tony is the only nail tech that has done my nails exactly like I want them every time. They are also very careful and particular with their work which is great!

I absolutely love, love, love this place! Not only is the owner, Tony, a total sweetheart but he and his beautiful staff do impeccable work! Due to my hectic work schedule I was unable to make it in the nail and spa by closing. I called and Tony welcomed me, afterhours, with a huge smile. He was very thorough and fast. He is a perfectionist so when I told him my nails were mostly dry, he went above and beyond the call of duty, by putting a $30.00 bottle of 6 second nail dry on my nails at No cost. He just wanted to make sure that I didnt ruin his handiwork. I so adore him and I am now a loyal customer. Go see Tony...you will not be disappointed.

Ive never been so embarrassed in my life. Ive been coming to this nail shop every 2 weeks for almost 3 months, always pay and TIP the nail techs. I have even recommended and bought coworkers to the shop. Today I was escorted out for not paying for a job upfront because I could run out of the establishment. Recognize and build rapport with your customers.

Great service! Tony and staff treated me like I was home. I was visiting from Memphis, TN. I entered the shop was assisted immediately and offered a great Margarita! If I am ever visiting I will definitely be back! My husband was offended by a statement Tony made that I know you are an American you dont work an you eat all the time lol. Tony is very small and my husband is not small at all. I kindly replied no Tony we work very hard. We are here on vacation from a very busy work schedule. Just because we are not a size 2 does not mean we dont work and eat all day. Next time he should keep that comment to himself. The service other than that was spectacular!

Very hygienic! They open the nail equipment from the bags in front of you, so you know they arent just reusing things from the last person. I asked them not to touch the bottom of my feet (very very ticklish) and they did not. :)

Very desapointed. This place had so many good reviews and I expected to leave with nice nails.Went there today and had my nails done by Tony and they look bulky, crooked, thick and unfinished. He told me my real nails were short and would look ugly if I did only the gel, so he talked me into getting fake acrylic under the gel. The acrylic was thick unfinished and the gel was badly painted on. After I left and gave a bad review he called and said he could fix it. I told him I scheduled with someone else to fix it, but that I would accept my money back. He told me he could not give me my money back. Upset that I paid $40 and my nails looks crooked and bulky. / my friend had her gel manicure done with someone else and looks great. I guess just bad luck...

Tony is the best! Other nail artist in the metro plex come and train under him in his shop. Number one in the area. Worth every penny.

I went there yesterday to get a bad nail job fixed and Tony did the best job. I recommend going to Tony. He and his staff are great and he wants everyone to go away from his nail salon with a great experience. I received a dipped nail and he answered al my questions regarding the difference between dipped and acrylic nails. I chose dipped because it was better for my thin and weak nails.Thank you Tony. Had Jasmine and J bomb give me my 1st mani and pedi when I left I was feeling great thanks girls i think it will be a date night activity next week.

This was my first and only visit, I would not let Tony give you gel nails. He used his thumb nail to pull out a what he thought was a hang nail and he was trying to take off my old gel nail by ripping it off with his nails. I am trying to keep my nails long and when you rip off gel polish youre likely going to rip my natural nail as well and that is not what I wanted. A nail tech should always use sanitary tools not his own hands, besides the fact that he should have soaked the old gel off or filed it away...after I expressed that he was physically hurting me he then used an electronic file that was set way too high and that made all of my nails hurt. As he applied the gel he forget to buff my nails and left the nail bed jagged and all the tiny pieces of my nails were sticking up over the gel and he then blamed me that my gel was turning out wrong and thats why I need a manicure before hand. ( I had already told him I didnt want a manicure and told him that my nails looked bad) Plus an extra bonus, Tony filed my nails crooked, when he walked to the back for something I grabbed the file he left and straightened them. I was then pawned off to Jessica who was pretty gentle since she had to take off the old gel and start over completely. I left with thin nails that ended up breaking less than a week after my visit. This is the second nail salon I have been to in this area and both experiences were bad. When I go to a salon I expect all of the employees should be able to do a simple gel polish with no errors, not impressed with this Nail and Spa.

This was my first time going here and I had a deluxe pedicure and manicure. I was very satisfied with my pedicure, but not so much with the mani. I do think it is somewhat overpriced. Money should not be asked for until their completely done with the clients requested service. Overall, I believe their work is good, but their customer service needs some work.

Loved this place so much! Nairy did my nails and Lynn did my toes! (They were incredible) and worked together to do my nails and toes at the same time.. The staff is very nice and caring Jennifer was very kind and sweet.. they even offer you something to drink as soon as you sit down (Margaritas, wine, soda, ect.) I felt very comfortable. I love how much time they took on my nails, they pay close attention to detail and it doesnt feel like they are trying to rush you out of the chair like other salons do, I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure and my foot were scrubbed so damn good! This is definitely my new nail spot and I will be coming back again!

I went to this place because of the reviews they had but turns out that Tony did a horrible job on my nails not only was he really rough/rude on my nails and made one of my finger nails bleed and I had to come back 2 hrs later because their cheap nail polish would not get dry and it was just horrible done not only that but he left them extremely sharp this makes me very upset because I paid them to get this cheap quality. Not professional at all, all I know is Im never going back there and I would not recommend you getting your nails done here! 👎🏻

This this the best one I’ve been to. Natalie and Jennifer did my mani and pedi and they did a perfect job. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. They were gentle with me talkative, sweet, gave compliments. It was like hanging out with one of my girls! Besides that my nails look beautiful! They are even and very well maintenanced. My feet are a challenge I have a ton of callus and corns and Natalie did work on those they are so smooth and pretty like a woman would want her feet to be! Thank you so much US NAILS I am officially done with my search for the perfect nail salon! They really know how to pamper you!

A bit more pricey than many places in the area, and the lady that did my nails cut into 3 of my cuticles.. this hurt really bad (they were bleeding) and one is still healing ( a month later)... the nails did stay on for a long time, however, which was a good thing...

Im a nail perfectionist. Been getting my nails done since 18 and I am selective when I try someone new. This shop is the best. The studsband and I stopped in after dinner to get me a fill and a fix. Ended up with a full set although he tried to save my nails. Tony explained to me why they needed to be removed and was gentle with the take off. He offered me a drink n I got it to give to my boo and he said she can had one too. NEEDLESS to say he did a Great job on my nails and being that Im relocating to Arlington he is my new nail tech. 💅..... Tony just joined Team Kalico.Very satisfied from Plano.....

I went in for lip and eyebrow. I was on the table for about 25 mins. So I’m thinking I’m going to get up looking like Beyoncé. I get up and my eyebrows look the same and my lip still has hair. I don’t know if they gave me someone who is training or what! But it was THEE worst. Then they had the audacity to charge me full price for a half done job. I declined. Just stay away. Don’t waste your time. Maybe they are better at nails and not hair.UPDATE: A week later and I have bumps lining my eyebrows. Im always getting my eyebrows waxed and this has never happened. Stay away people.

Worst service I have ever recieved, I waited two hours just too get a pedicure and they told me it would only be 20 minutes they even had me sit in a chair and they started my water but they never once changed it after it got cold. I also needed my eyebrows waxed so after my pedicure I told the lady and eventually just left because they left me in a room alone for 10 minutes and no one had still came.
