It’s a wonderful salon. I got a pedicure done. They’re all nice. I had a lot of callus so bad. The technician did very well. The callus came off. The spa pedicure was amazing. Good place to come

Came here based on the highly rated reviews. I was very disappointed. My hands were super rushed, and not well done. The lady who did my nails had to drill my nail because something went wrong with the gel polish which isnt a good sign. Additionally, I asked about a specific design and got a blunt response we dont have it, rather than offering me something else as an option. My nails is also chiped and its been 3 days. As for my feet, the lady ddnt do a bad job, but for some reason cut my toe nails so short it hr trust. Overall, I will not come back or recommend.

I came here with my friend and that was my first time here. My feet was pretty bad and gross. Rachel did a good job. She was friendly and nice. She did a good massage and made my feet clean. I appreciate it. I’ll be come back

3 stars because Jenny is great... go to Jenny if you do decide to try this place out- I had a very poor experience with another nail tech... Im a firm believer that if you cannot do something you shouldnt agree to doing it especially if the customer is paying. I asked if I could do the design in the picture below, and the nail tech said yes. Once she finished painting the blue and white lines I said... can we do the rest of the design? She then told me they do not have the foil stickers and that she wasnt able to do the black leaf.... really?!?! Why did I waste an hour sitting there when you cant complete the design?!?! $65 WASTED. Honestly so upset about the outcome and response of the tech that Im not coming back here. Now Im with nails that look terrible and Im not looking to pay ANOTHER $65 else where for someone to fix

I went to this spa for the first time with my mom for a regular mani and pedi. I was excited because the reviews were all so good for this place. The woman who did my mani pedi was rushed and unprofessional. She was talking on the phone on her AirPods the entire time she was doing my pedicure! She barely massaged my feet or legs. I had to get nail polish removed on my toes prior to the pedicure and my mother didn’t, and I still finished earlier than her. For the manicure my nail tech barely trimmed any cuticles down and was texting while she was doing my nails. She was so rushed with the nail polish that there are so many mistakes. This is the worst manicure I have ever gotten! The woman who was doing my mother did a very good job and trimmed her cuticles well. My service was finished a full 20 minutes before my mother and we got the same service! I think it just depends on the nail tech you get at this spa, but I’m very disappointed with my experience here.

This nail salon is okay. It is clean, modern, and Jenny is very friendly. However, the other staff is not. The woman, Danielle, I think her name is, who seems to mainly do pedicures, is not very friendly and barely massages your legs when getting a pedicure. It is more like a gentle rub up and down your legs. She didnt ask if the water temperature was alright either. Also, when taking off gel or SNS nail polish, they leave the acetone on your nails the entire time you are getting your pedicure which is sometimes 25 minutes plus. My nails were burning. I said something and was told to keep waiting another 5-10 minutes. When filing down my nails, for the SNS manicure, they put the electric nail file so close to my cuticle that it burned as well. This hasnt happened to me at other salons. I would say they do a decent job overall, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I have been coming to JVA Day Spa for a little over a year now. The customer service, quality work, and value are 10/10. Jenny is the best! Very flexible with scheduling and last minute appointments. A shoulder massage while your nails dry is a bonus! I always leave feeling pampered and very happy with my nails. Thank you!

This place is AMAZING!! I went here based on a recommendation and Im SO glad that I did! The service was fantastic (I even got a shoulder massage during my manicure), the facility was immaculate, and the prices were extremely reasonable! The second I walked into this place I understood why it had a perfect rating!!This is the cleanest salon I have ever walked into. If you’re worried about Covid, they do all the precautions and more. It’s beyond clean, they ensure everyone washes their hands and it’s HUGE, so plenty of space between everyone.They have all the new opi colors and the place is complexity renovated really making it a nice and fancy vibe.Not to mention it was the best manicure and pedicure I have had in a while, maybe ever and I was seen right away and out in a very reasonable amount of time. They even did a great job on my eyebrows. Also the sweetest and most hard working owners. Please check this place out!!Could not recommend this place more, please check it out!

Thuy (Jenny) is a fabulous business owner and service provider. She and I have really built a relationship over the past year of me going there and I really feel appreciated and comfortable there. My polish always stays and I am relaxed fully when I leave. Everything is clean, everyone wears masks and the establishment is well run. This has become my go-to. Highly recommend.

If youre looking for a nail place in Arlington, look no further. I recently moved to Arlington and was in search of a new nail place. I honestly just kind of picked this one randomly and let me know tell you 1) I am so glad I did and 2) Im never going anywhere else.JVA is a beautiful salon, friendly staff, and one of the best manicures Ive ever gotten. Ive getting dip manicures lately and sometimes the nail tech dips too many layers, the color gets higher than my cuticle, and when it grows out its so ugly - NOT HERE. Jenny made my dip manicure look so natural! Not to mention a large number of color choices for dip.Their customer service is outstanding, too. One of my nails cracked about a week after my manicure and they fixed it free of charge and were more than happy to do so.Keep up the great work JVA :)

Came here because of all the 5 star reviews and I understand why. Absolutely loved this place. Felt very safe as they were literally sanitizing every surface the entire time I was there. Jenny did an amazing job on my nails (g manicure) and was so sweet. Good prices too.

What an incredible experience. We were treated like royalty as it was my daughter’s wedding the next day. It was very clean, safe yet still a wonderful atmosphere. The owners are truly some of the nicest people I’ve met. I highly recommend this spa even with COVID.

Have had SNS done here for a few months and my nails always last for at least three weeks. Service is quick and the spa is very clean and spacious for adequate social distancing.

Ive spent an hour of a lunch break to be here, and it worths it. Best nail salon in the area. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back with my friends.

I have been going to this location for a few years. Under the previous ownership customer service became secondary. Under the new ownership, it is by far their number one priority. The techs (I see Jenny) listen to what you want and if you’re indecisive like me, help you decide. Sometimes so many options makes it difficult. I strongly recommend JVA Day Spa. It has always been clean but since the pandemic, they have gone above and beyond to keep their customers safe.

You are missing out if you don’t try JVA. It’s clean, the technicians are very kind and professional, and do a superb job. They are very careful WRT screening when you go in and all during your visit so it’s absolutely safe!

This salon has come under new management and is now JVA day Spa (formerly Divine Nails.) The new owners gave the salon a much needed redesign, and it now has a modern, fresh, and clean feel to it. Thuy is amazing at what she does --- I have been going to her for SNS for a few months now and have been extremely happy and impressed with the results. She provides a wide selection of nail colors, which is hard to find with SNS. I often have a difficult time choosing a color because there are so many pretty options! I would HIGHLY recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great manicure, and the prices are very fair for this area. I have be treated with great service from start to finish every time!
