Very clean place,, and aesthetically pleasing. This was my first time coming here and its going to be my new go to! I wish I had gotten the name of my nail tech because not only was she so kind,, but her work is flawless ! Definitely recommend :)

I got the solar nails with gems for my birthday and I love them. They don’t hurt if I accidentally stub my fingers, which is usually a problem for me when I get gel, so I’m ecstatic about that. The gems are on very securely and I’m still obsessed with them. I believe the nail artist I had was Tran, and I loved that she took her time and put a lot of effort into my nails. The only thing I thought was odd was that they didn’t put any cuticle oil on at the end to make it look neat. But overall this is the best I’ve ever had someone do my nails!

This place is an absolute experience! The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. The people are nice and very helpful. They most likely ALWAYS have same day appointments. My most pleasurable moment is the pedicures. I am grateful for Sydney and all that she has done for my feet. I am always on these dogs so they desperately need attention. She has taken so good care of my feet and my toe nails look so much healthier than now that she is my tech. She takes her time and her hands are made from above 😂‼️. Van is my nail tech and she has me spoiled! All I have to do is tell her what I want and she delivers rather I get them short or long. I’m faithful to the two and I definitely recommend them both.

Had a great experience at TopTek Nails!! :) I have tried several nail salons in Arlington and this has been the best I have found! I have gotten several pedicures here and highly recommend Sydney!! :) She is wonderful at pedicures, is super sweet, and goes the extra mile to make your experience great! After having Sydney once for a pedicure, I cant have anyone else do my pedicures other than her! If you would like a pedicure done by Sydney I recommend setting an appointment ahead of time since she appears to be high in demand. Overall, the entire staff at TopTek Nails is very professional and provide a very clean salon! :)

One of the best dip manicures Ive ever received! Eric did a great job. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he knew exactly what to do. It was a beautiful ombre design and he took his time to make sure it looked perfect. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

I absolutely love love love this shop! They are all so wonderful and kind. Sydney gave me the most wonderful pedicure I have ever received in my entire life. I usually have problems with keeping my feet soft after a pedicure but she educated me on what products to use and the do’s and don’ts for my feet. She super friendly and sweet. The customer service was great, however the nail technician didn’t do a good job with my nails. I asked for solar nails and he did gel nails, which is fine, but the gel nails have air bubbles and are bumpy. They don’t look like I payed to have them done.

Recently went here for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was a dip one, and it wasn’t exactly a manicure. There was no care taken with my cuticles or the skin around my nail. No lotion on my hands. They just immediately started on the nails. My cuticle was repeatedly hit with the grinder and the nails didn’t exactly turn out very well. Super thick and they left so much gunk under my nails. They ground too much out so the white in the nails was rubbed off. The pedicure was fine, but they didn’t buff my feet well. They left many rough patches. I was pretty disappointed with this place and won’t be going back again.Update: A little over a week later, weird coloring under nail. Chipped it off to see if it was just in the dip powder, but it’s on my actual nail.

AMAZING service! Eric gave me the best dip powder manicure to perfection and was great company to have. The whole environment is nice to be around and the staff are super sweet and hospitable. Just come here already!

Very professional and clean. I appreciate how the nail tech made sure to ask which color I wanted down to the specific shades. I asked for an ombré nail and it was executed very well! I wasn’t hurt by the tools or anything and felt comfortable throughout my experience.

I had an appointment for 3:00 pm and they had me waiting for an hour before they seated me. I ended up leaving because it was very frustrating. The front desk girl was really nice about it and kept apologizing but idk if you’re a business then you should honor it when customers have appointments....

A friend & I visited this salon for the first time day after a previous salon we go to was booked for the day. After seeing some photos & reviews, I decided to give TopTek a try - wrong idea. First off, entering through the door the staff was extremely rude & did not want to acknowledge my friend & I. Also, when I asked for the gel book to see the shade range, I was completely ignored & then rushed to pick a color after being seated since I only had literally 3min to choose. Once seated, the gentleman doing my nails seemed such in a rush or as if he didn’t want to service me. My nails are lumpy, bulky, and hurt on the side of my nail bed. I don’t understand how this could have been $55? Plus, they don’t even tell you when they are finished w/ you, they just get up & leave. My friend was waiting for the cuticle oil (which they didn’t do) after her set & the lady said give her a moment & didn’t come back; she went to work on someone else. They are extremely poor when it comes to customer service & I feel as a customer that I should be given at least decent service. Terrible. They may have good nail techs but I’m disappointed I wasn’t blessed w/ one. Pathetic.

First but definitely not the last visit. Eric is an absolutely diligent technician. He provided such attentive and detailed services. I am very impressed. Excellent work!!!💜💜💜

What a life saver! there are not enough thank you’d in the world to the nail technician that did my nails. before I came here, i actually went to a different nail salon and they messed to my nails bad. I went looking around for another salon. I called here and I knew it was gonna be good. when I came here I knew they were going to cont out amazing. She was so nice to me and i’ll be back again!

Tran is amazing when it comes to my nails. The shop is very nice inside, clean, friendly, and organized. Sydney is the BEST to choose for pedicures. I’ve been getting my nails and pedicure done at this salon for one year. I promise you will not be disappointed with the services from these two ladies. I have only gone in my nails done twice in my life the first time I did I was in so much pain.  My nails were bleeding and to top it all they were so thick that they didnt even look real I hated the place that I went to I decided to try again at Top Tek and immediately the experience was so much better  A nice lady named Sydney helped me out for most of the time I was there she was so sweet and took very good care of me it was so refreshing to go to a place where they actually value what they do. My nails came out perfect I have never been so happy and I will definitely be coming back here every time I get my nails done

I see good reviews about this place and I wish I was here to give a good review but no!I called in at 12 and asked if they had a waiting time the guy who answered said yes 30 minutes I said okay can you schedule me for 1 thinking buy then it will be 1 hour so it shouldn’t be a problem he said yes. I get there at 1 and waited till 1:45 and nothing everyone else would get pulled back. What’s the point of having a appointment if you won’t be able to do it when the customer arrives. If you were to busy to begin with when I arrived why not let me know you weren’t going to get me in!!!

I gave you a one star simply because of cleanliness as I was getting a pedicure my boyfriend and I observed both associates use devices : callus remover, file and toe nail clipper among others and simply after finishing using the item give them a simple rinse under *water* no soap, no sanitizer was used and I think that is DISGUSTING and even more appalling during a time as this (COVID) and put back into their box (where all of there nail items they use are stored) .

This is the cleanest nail salon Ive been to in the area. Everyone seems to be well-trained, kind, and very attentive. I had an amazing reflexology foot massage and pedicure with Sydney, and Lynn does an awesome manicure! This was my 2nd visit, but wont be my last. Great place to get your nails done and feel pampered.

Cidney was amazing. I get pedicures regularly about every 1.5 months. I moved back in February and have had a hard time finding a good place to get a pedicure. I where heels a lot for work and other salons usually just do the bare minimum even for the advanced pedicures. Cidney made sure when I left that my feet were baby soft! I will definitely be back!

I got my nails done by Taran at this salon. She was very attentive and did an amazing job! Definitely recommend!

The service was great and the pedicure was very good. The mimosas were amazing. My gel polish came off on my big toe after a few hours. As soon as I took my shoes off, the polish was off too. I checked my other toes and the polish is still on them but it’s very soft and can be peeled off without a struggle. I don’t live in town and was leaving the next day. I couldn’t go back for them to fix them. I will NOT go back to this nail salon because I don’t like having to return to salons when the job should have been completed the first time.

Today I visited this location with my husband for a pedicure. Sydney was amazing, she was very gentle with my husband and she gave us tips on how to better care for our feet. I really appreciate Sydney for being concern and we will most definitely be back!!!

Great customer service, second time here. Mike does my pedis he’s really good. Go see him he will get you right! Everyone else is really good from what I’ve seen. Hing did my dip she’s really good too. It does get busy make an appt if not they do take walk in but you may have to wait a bit. Definitely recommend!

I went there for a fill, I exampled to the asian guy that I received a fill somewhere else two weeks ago, but Tip Top gave me the full set. Anyway my ring finger nail lifted they charged me $6.00 dollars to repair and an extra $ 3.00 for length of the nail. I was there 07/05/2021 this Monday. Their prices are extremely high it was already $40.00 for the fill. My pinky nail broke today 07/07/2021. That means that they didnt apply enough powder when doing the fill.

Absolutely wonderful experience. My husband and I get pedicures once a year when we can and today, after some rough news, we decided today was the day. Ive paid for cheaper nails with more longevity and higher end nails ranging in the same price and dont experience this but for some reason they just dont last.AnywayGreat place, maybe its my nail bed, too oily? Who knows! Its worth giving it a go because the experience is good and honestly so is the quality just cant figure out why mine dont lastI recommend the pedicure, no problems there.Did I mention Im out-of town? lol, it sucks.

My mom and I been coming here since they opened in May 2020. They are clean, follow COVID protocols, professional, and do their best to accommodate your wants and needs. The manager is the best! Sandy, Erik, Tran, Mike, and Cahn do the BEST nails. Thuy is THE one for pedicures. Highly recommend this place, they are so kind and friendly every time! :)

First time coming here and I didnt get the opportunity to get a pedicure due to the receptionist losing my sign in sheet and seating a family that came in behind me AFTER I had already informed him that I had arrived prior to them. Then he tried to use an excuse that the family had a baby which is why they were seated first, in which I responded Thats not customer service. You service people in the order that they arrive. Then he tried to use another excuse stating that he had spoken to the customer before me (Who was still waiting as well) letting her know that family had a baby and I replied She has nothing to do with me. He still proceeds to have me sign in and at this point Im over it and tell him just forget it and walk out. It doesnt make sense how Im skipped because an error made by your employee, but I wont be back!!!

I started coming to this Nail Spa since September 20 and it keeps getting better (at least for me). Great customer service by each technician, drinks are great, Ive always been a walk-in but Ive never had to wait more than 15 mins (have not been in on a busy day). Sydney took care of me and she topped all the technicians Ive ever experienced before. She was amazing; she made my feet and hands feel relaxed and soft plus made them look glamorous. Its hard to find a place that has great customer service and someone you can trust with your hands and feet.

Toptek changed my entire opinion of nail salons. They were professional & very courteous. From the moment I entered the salon. My tech Sydney... omg never have I ever experienced such a kind sweet genuine person at a nail salon. Usually I’m rushed through my services & leave unsatisfied, but not this time. Sydney took her time she got my feet right! Feeling soft as a babies bottom. She made my experience personable I was her only priority & I received 5 star treatment. I arrived at 11:38am & they didnt finish till 3:15pm. Spent $103 On a full set of ombre nailsAnd a pedicure. I waited for over30 minutes for them to even start.The pedicure was nice but they still cant seem to paint your fullToenail.And my nail tech Tran did a poor rush job on my nail & got upset & quite rude when i asked her to fix the shape. She had a different nail tech come fix the shape b/c Tran seemed to not understand. The other nail tech tried to Apologized and said she thinks it was a communication issue. Hum but she seemed to communicate just fine when asking for payment. I will never return nor would i ever refer anyone to this place of business.
