EWC used a special wax that results in less skin pulling and more hair pulling (what we all want), so its a no-brainer to trust your skin to their girls! Every receptionist Ive chatted with and waxer Ive been seen by at the Arlington location has been super sweet and professional. Prices are a little bit more than what youd pay at your corner salon, but worth the slight upcharge a hundred times over, especially if you have sensitive skin. Ive been coming here for years and wont even try anywhere else.

This location does what’s called a “Slow Peel”, which is exactly what it sounds like. Therefore, if you are new to waxing or still trying it out, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I wax regularly and I booked here out of a time crunch, never again due to the “Slow Peel” because it was painful when it shouldn’t be. Ive been going to European Wax Center for at least 5 years. The front desk women are very polite and helpful. DeMaria has been my wax specialist for a few months now, and she is fantastic. She pays very close attention to detail with her work, and she has a great personality. Im always surprised when she says shes done, because I definitely dont feel like Ive been in the room very long with how well our conversations are flowing. She does a great job, and I highly recommend her!

I had an appointment at 9:30. I got here at 9:20 and called to check in. She said she would call and text me. I waited until 9.50 to call them to see why it was taking long. They receptionist said they tried calling me and texting several times but I never received anything. I asked her what number where they contacting and when she told me it was the wrong number. I asked if my number was wrong in the system she said no. So whoever was calling/texting me wrote it wrong. All she said was Im sorry for the inconvenience, I can reschedule later in the day. Very frustrating when Im just here waiting and it was a mistake on there part. Im not trying to get anything free out of it, but she could have schedule me with someone asap instead of trying to make me come back later.

I would highly recommend Caitlyn. She does a wonderful job at explaining the process and every step she is taking. She does not just pull all the hair at once like other locations do. She uses a different method that truly is less painful. She explained the different products and what they are used for and is always a delight.

First Brazilian and I was terrified. Demaria was amazing, made me feel comfortable and was super quick. Very minimal pain and even scheduled my next appointment while I was there. She was amazing and I will never go back to shaving again!

I have been coming here for almost a year and had different wax specialist. However the past two months I have had De’maria wax specialist and she is by far the best I have had! Love her method of waxing she does not pull wax all at once she does piece by piece and is gentle. I have also notice my hair growth has slowed more than normal with her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else.

I have been coming to this location for a few years now, I have had about 3 different wax specialist within that time frame. Yesterday 7/3/19 I had De’maria she was awesome. She is nice and I love her hair removal method. While the wax process is not 100% painless she removes the hair in a manner that has minimum pain. I would definitely recommend her. I’m sure I found my new wax specialist!

Ask for Sana, she is super personable, gentle, and truly takes careful attention to detail and does her absolute best to get every hair. Im a big girl, big girls have crevices that thin girls dont. I booked with Tequisha for an 11:10 appointment on a Saturday morning- Feb 2020. It was easy to book as a first time guest, using their online system; however, I called and spoke with a receptionist who helped me. This receptionist was nice and professional, despite some reviews of others who work or have worked at this establishment. Her name was Sharday. Kudos to her.Side note: Demaria, who has had several good Google reviews, no longer works there, and they aren’t sure if she’s gone to another EWC or left the business altogether. She was who I was going to book with, just based on reviews, but she’s no longer available.Anyway- as a first time guest, I received 50% off of my Brazilian. It was $27. I was recommended the ingrown hair serum, which was $29.50. Whew. Nice sized bottle, because a little goes a long way. Use it twice a day. Moisturize after. Tequisha recommended it, and I trusted her judgement, so I went for it. And, of course, I’m worth it, so I invested.Tequisha was awesome. We laughed and laughed. She made me feel comfortable and explained every step to me. It was nice having her as my wax specialist. Really professional, cool, funny, and laid back.
