I have never been confident in a gym, I found this place by searching google and it’s the best decision I’ve made especially after 2020!! My trainer Geoffrey is truly amazing, he takes the time to understand my fitness level, and tailored a plan that is attainable. I’m not afraid to push harder and become more disciplined, this is the first time I’ve had this confidence in a gym !! The owner Zak is also amazing, if you need a place for fitness guidance and training, Trust this place is for you !!
Zachary is a wonderful trainer. He truly cares about your outcome and communicates well. He takes time working with each person even when he has several people in one session. He is knowledgeable with joint pain issues/ injuries and will help you work towards resolving them. Gym is clean with great equipment.
I began working out with Zachary in October 2020 as a present from my sweet son in law and daughter to help build my strength and endurance since I was then 70 years old. Zachary has been great, he pushes me to be better and stronger but does not push me too far. He is tough but in a good way. He is is very observant to be sure I am working my body correctly to avoid injury, but also to make all parts stronger. In the 8 months I have been working with him I have less pain in my joints, neck and back and my overall wellness has improved. This week I was able to plant flowers in my niece’s flowerbeds for 12 hours without being stiff or sore. That is a testimonial to how much “younger” my body is from Zachary’s training. He is a great trainer!!

My husband and I have been training with Zach for the past couple of weeks. We made the decision to hire him right after our first complimentary session with him. Zach is super knowledgeable and focused. He encourages and motivates you constantly. He has personalized training programs for the both of us. His gym is super clean and he has great equipments. He’ll check to see if you’re doing ok throughout the week and will respond to any questions I have promptly. Both my husband and I are on our path to improving our health and fitness and Im thankful that we came across him. I highly recommend Zachary!

Zachary is great! He has the perfect personality for a personal trainer- stern but compassionate. He’s not going to let you slack. I love that this isn’t like other gyms. Everyone there has hired a personal trainer and is about their business. This was money well spent!

My experience with Zak has helped me tremendously. The first few weeks of my work out With him I lost about 10 lbs. Zak makes sure to push you and motivates you enough to get those last sets in when you feel like you can’t. He sets a nutrition plan based on your goals and keeps track of you, always giving a fast response to your questions! Definitely one of the best trainers I’ve had.

Zak really knows what he is doing. I have been training with him for about 4 months and the results are amazing. Im getting stronger and look better than I have in years. My kids and friends can’t believe the difference. Zak works with my crazy schedule and is always available if I have any questions.
I have worked with a lot of personal trainers, and Zak by far has been the best! He focuses and teaches you correct form, and is all about injury prevention. He is also great with muscle recovery, and is quick to respond when you have questions or concerns. His gym is also very clean, and most importantly it has air conditioning for the hot Texas summers.
I’ve been training with Zak for a few years now. Zak has helped me reach so many goals mentally, but most importantly physically. His gym has tons of equipment and is always clean. Zak is a fantastic trainer in all aspects of the word. He is constantly changing up exercises and machines in order to give you the best results in the shortest amount of time. Extremely knowledgeable in regards to how to work around/through injuries, and is always positive!
I started training with Zak in the beginning of the year with the goal of changing my lifestyle to a healthier one. Training under him was one of the best decisions I made. Zak doesnt rush through your sessions like other typical trainers do which typically is one hour, he pushes you to complete your circuit for that day in a healthy fashion. His gym is clean and well maintained unlike public gyms.

Zak is great and truly invested in his clients! Youll start where you need to and progress at a controlled but challenging pace. Zak shares insights into how the body works, and encourages self-care and healthy choices. If you have an injury, even a chronic one, he can work with you to find the right exercises to strengthen and improve that area (I had shoulder pain for 6 years and after working with him for several months I was finally pain free). He checks in with his clients on a regular basis, and I never felt like he was doing it just for the money, he truly cares! Additionally, the price per sessions is extremely competitive and fair, I wasnt breaking the bank just to get a good trainer! The only reason I left the gym was because I moved out of state. So, if youve been looking for a trainer, or gym, look no further!
Before meeting Zach I had been through a lot of programs literally, had 3 different trainers previously who only cared about the money I paid and not really helping me, did programs like Slim4life, Herbalife( just drinking shakes and coach checked on me once that was it), weight watchers, keto diet, attended different camp programs these are just a few of what I had done before in the past. Tried doing it on my own but wasn’t consistent so kept falling off also. I needed someone to keep me accountable and also push me hard to achieve my goal since I have a hectic work schedule. Zach was the answer to it all. I was skeptical at first but I decided to give it a try and I love how involved he is with all clients. Pushes u literally, encourages you, and responds to all your messages. Zach had a procedure done and still came to the gym with crutches this is how dedicated he is and this is what I haven’t seen in any trainer have come across with. If you want results he is your go to guy. In two weeks already have seen a lot of changes overall both mind and body! Lastly, he keeps you accountable by weighing u and measuring you every two weeks so if you aren’t doing the work he will know!

I met Zak when i was at a point in my life where i was giving up on my health and fitness goals.I had gone through a bunch of trainers,wasted lots of money on quack trainers and i was frustrated.A friend of mine advised me to use thumbtack to search for a trainer and Zak popped up on my search.Lets just say,that was the moment that changed my life.First time training with Zak,April 14th 2016,i knew he is the trainer i was looking for.I noticed that unlike most trainers,Zak was not in it for the money.He was more interested in having me lift using the correct form to avoid injuries.He did not rush me through the workouts, so he can move on to the next client,he took his time and helped me get the most out of,my workouts.Zak noticed my potential and he encouraged me to do a body building competition.With Zak as my coach and with his expertise in nutrition i went on to become a bikini Pro in sept 2017,which was my first ever body building competition.I have competed in numerous more competitions and even after moving to the pacific northwest,i still have Zak as my online coach.WHY WOULD I KEEP HIM EVEN THOUGH I AM MILES AWAY? Because Zak is a unique trainer;cannot be replaced.He says it as it is.He notices when i am not following my meal plan,and is not afraid to say things as they are.Zak believes fitness is lifestyle and he has taught me to get my workout despite all that is happening around me.Zak is the only trainer that i know, who will not buy all the silly excuses we all have not to workout.Zak always calls me out when i start missing my workouts,blaming it on a thousand things happening around.me.Ive learnt from Zak what mental toughness means.I hope anyone who took the time to read my loooong review will stop looking for quack trainers and settle for Zak.You will not regret,and in the meantime,just like me,it just might change your life.

I’ve been training under Zak for six weeks now and the experience has been transformative. This review shares my own experience and comes from the perspective of a former couch potato, binge eater who could never understand how people found working out enjoyable. I’m now moving more, eating right, losing fat, and gaining muscle; most importantly, I’m finding the joy in the small gains I make each day and creating sustainable habits. This shift in perspective is entirely thanks to Zak and his approach to fitness.He places consistency at the bedrock of his program; a small activity repeated daily is better than a large activity inconsistently done. My sessions with Zak are not an endurance test to see how sore he can make me the next day. They are challenges which push me to be better but leave me with the strength and flexibility to live my life normally. Zak understands that life still goes on after I leave his gym and often ends sessions by having me roll out muscle groups to keep them open and flexible and providing other tips to keep me from feeling the dreaded soreness which often slows people down post-workout.Zak’s nutrition plan is equally sustainable. For me, getting my eating in check has been the biggest hurdle and Zak makes it simple. If I’m eating brown rice, I’m counting the carbohydrates. If I’m eating chicken breast, I’m counting the protein. Certainly, there are trace amounts of other nutrients in those items but stressing over them adds complexity when I need to focus on consistency. I throw a bowl on the scale and keep filling until the weight matches what I’m supposed to eat for that meal; no stressing over calories and no going hungry.Finally, Zak triumphs in one area which has been the biggest determinant of my success. Zak is my trainer but he’s also my biggest cheerleader. Not many days go by where I don’t receive a message from him asking me if I’ve done my cardio, if I’m feeling sore, or how I’m eating. I can message him anytime with a question and he’s always happy to answer. This is above any beyond anything that I ever expected when I first signed up to train under him, and it is a testament to how great he is at his job and how much he cares about his clients. I knew from the first session that I wasn’t just -another customer-, and that personalization is always being reinforced when I see how Zak works with each of his clients according to their needs and goals during a session.Ultimately, Zak is an amazing trainer who works with each client individually to ensure their success. There are not one-size-fits-all approaches to training with him. Each person receives the fitness, nutrition, and encouragement which are best suited to their situation. It is very rare to find someone so good at their job that there are not enough words to adequately describe just how great they are, but Zak is definitely one of those people.
