I ’ve been living here for 2 years we’ve had 4 people to take over since then. The Robinson Group is the newest and the most incompetent, unorganized management company to take over. They’ve been here for 2 months. They tried to charge me for a previous payment that I made before they took over. Not only that it’s a new month May and I still can’t make a payment on their online portal due to them never updating my payments. It’s May 21st and they still can’t provide me with the balance that I’m supposed to pay. However they have sent out 2 updates regarding towing to make extra money. Horrible customer service. No stars. I’m glad my lease is almost up.Edit: Spoke with the office manager and we finally got everything cleared up. I hope all is well moving forward. Thanks for clearing things up.

My experience here at Tides on North Collins was nothing but excellent. I want to say a big thank you to Ms Brittany Bryant who helped make my transition into the apartments so easy. She was very polite and patient with me. Also stay in contact with me and informed me on each process and the next steps to come. She made me feel welcomed and excited to live off collins which is a busy street lol. I would most definitely love to see her as the manager if she isnt already. Thank you again Ms. Bryant.

Looking at the reviews and wished I looked at them sooner before signing the lease. JUST moved in a few hours ago and my car was towed. There’s not even a car in the spot that my car was in. One of the front office ladies explained the week before my move in date that’s there is NO way they can determine who’s parking spot is reserved since it’s mostly covered parking here. GREAT first day at the Tides on Collins.UPDATE: having to play phone tag aboht getting my car back bc there is NO information on who to call and the office is closed. THE SUN IS STILL UP. WHY DID THEY TOW MY CAR. And reading through these reviews I am absolutely horrified. Not comfortable having my vehicle here, not comfortable having packages delivered to my door step. My last apt complex had an Amazon hub which every complex should have.Also found a bullet shell casing while moving in. DAY 1.

I’ve been living here since 2016, have gone through 4 different management companies and have NEVER experienced the unprofessional treatment I just did with the new manager, Kathy Del Río. My bank messed up my rent payment and returned my check, although I had the funds and had the evidence I paid on time. I went to her to try to explain my situation and to see if they could waive the fees (since I paid on time and had all the screenshots) but she couldn’t even lift her head to look at me while I was speaking. She kept signing some papers and showed no interest in helping me. In the 5 years I’ve lived here, I’ve never missed a payment. All I wanted was for her to listen to me and try to find a solution. Instead, she ignored me, and said absolutely nothing. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

Property was sold and united appartment group management and maintenance fired.They are painting, resurfaced pools and refurbished the entire property. Kathy the manager is trying real hard to make this place live up to its potential. Its paying off i am watching it change. Good job.

I’m so ready to leave these apartments! Car was towed even though I’m a resident I hate this parking bs definitely wouldn’t recommend if you wanna be stressed about your car being towed

The apartment is not worth a first look the 3 bed room is a 2 with a storage closet. The gates don’t close and the back gate is locked but has a big hole in it and random people just walk in and out the people smoke weed under your head next to you in all apartment you go to office the look at you like it’s legal and don’t know why you complain I couldn’t transfer my foster license due to the apartment smell and size and so I found a new one and all of a sudden 903 sends me a bill for 3300 after given them 30 day notice and they move someone in my apartment 2 weeks after I left so you not losing rent or utilities poor poor apartment status and in Covid coming to work as first line defense this is the treatment

There was new management that took over about half way through my year long lease. They changed the parking rules to charge for parking spaces close to the buildings under the coverings. When I moved out, they hit my credit for some absurd reason. I paid them over $10,000.00 in rent, and I only ever asked for maintenance to come once. They claim $108.00 with no proof for their claim. They were not in the office when my lease expired, so I could not return the key at the office. Anything wrong with the unit should be more so on them for shirking their own responsibilities. Because I stayed for a year, they have to paint and change the carpet anyway. I left the apartment in fine condition, and they just greed for an extra buck whenever they can. The old management also lied to us about having a unit with hardwood and a fire place. They wouldn’t let us even see the unit until after we signed the lease and misled us with the model they showed. Overall, they just try to get away with too much. It’s a stressful overreach.

Ive been a resident for 8 almost 9 years. The apartment complex was always nice, and friendly. I never had any problems with getting anything done.....but, I moved 2 years ago for work. Whe I wS gone my mom stayed in my apartment until I came back. When I came back there was new management. Everything changed. As of right now I have been trying to renew my lease for 4 months. They are trying to charge me month to month. The month to month is an extra $120 a month. And when I go to the office one lady tries to tell me she doesnt know the system so she will have the manager handle it. I went there and saw them together while they were putting g out signs. The one lady that td me she didnt know the system said she tried to follow up with me and give me a call. But I had already told her I wanted. 11 month lease. And there was no need for her to call me if she didnt know what to do anyway. But, the manager proceeds to tell me she will send me the lease later. It has been over 12 hours, and still nothing. And rent is due again which means that they are trying to charge that $120 month to month charge again. Im feeling like they are trying to make me leave at this point. But I ill let them dig a hole for themselves. If you do move here socument everything so you dont get screwed.

New to Arlington and just stopped by last Saturday. So helpful! I viewed a super cute 1 bdrm and the sales lady was so helpful explaining the complex and what is close by. I would have never thought about traffic patterns around sporting events. Definitely returning in a few months when Im ready to move!!

Worst renting experience ever! Had packages stolen off our front step, an attempted break-in by another resident (both of which were caught on our security camera), and damages to our cars by hit-and-run neighbors/visitors, yet the office staff did nothing. Also had a rodent problem inside the walls, HVAC vents and patio storage closet, which pest control never did a thing about. That unresolved problem resulted in complete damage from rodent chewing and rodent feces and urine on all of our belongings in the storage closet. Again, no response, let alone an apology, from the office. Honestly, things were fantastic during Remington Meadows era. New owners, complete with new office staff and increased costs on everything when they changed to The 903 resulted in this complex being as awful and unsafe as it is, which prompted us to move with the lease ending.

When new management took over, everything went downhill. I moved in the when it was Remington Meadows and was told that I would get my deposit back after moving out. The 903 has been giving me the run around when trying to get my deposit back. After moving out I was told that they didn’t have a forwarding address to send my deposit to, which I’ve given to them 2 times before. Every time I call the office, I’m told that the manager is out of the office and that she will call me back.

I just moved in my apartment on Friday only to have my car broken into on Sunday and of course they are so sorry but its nothing they can do but tell me they have a courtesy patrol officer so where was he when my car was being broken into on lunch break now Im stuck in a lease for the next year at a place where I dont feel safe leaving my home out of fear that when I return it will be broken into and I want rest now because I am constantly getting up checking on my car making sure that its not being tampered with thank you for such a nice welcome to the neighborhood and my new home

Ive been living at this place coming up on 4 years and this has been the worst management by far (as far as rules). I used to love Remington Meadows but then they turned into the 903 without a word or newsletter, note, smoke signal, NOTHING. I just happened to walk in and all the staff were different. Then they started with the changes. We NEVER EVER had to pay for parking even under the carports unless they specifically had reserved on the parking spot. Paying for a reserved spot was optional but why pay if you can park under the carport or wherever you wanted right? Now theyre making EVERYONE pay $20 for a space or they will tow your car. Not only that they are charging your guests $3.00 just to visit and have the nerve to have 3 visitor spots per building. There is no way everyone can have visitors with so little parking!! These arent even luxury apartments so why charge the guest? There are several complexes around that dont do that and this was the first time I have ever heard of something like this! Its really sad that they have enforced these rules because they are literally nickel and diming people for money. Once my lease is up Im leaving. Im so sad because this was my first apartment EVER and I have so many memories here but its definitely going downhill.

With this new management coming in is it me or does this apartment starting to look like a crackhead hotel with all this white painting There make any apartments look uglier not better

When me and my family first moved in the apartment there was no working air and it was extremely hot took weeks for them to come fix it. There’s no lights in the bedrooms for whatever reason and we had to go out of our way and buy lamps. There’s roaches everywhere especially in the kitchen it’s a huge problem we called the office and they did nothing. DON’T MOVE HERE WASTE OF MONEY

Only been here two months and my vehicle has been vandalized twice. One of which was a part of my car that needed to be cut off so they had ample amount of time to get what they needed. Reported it to the police and apartment management then advised that tenants should be notified but no letters of any sort has been sent out. Maintenance completes tickets without fixing the issue. Entry gates have been broken for the last year according to other tenants. Visitors are charged to park when they visit, one of my visitors have actually been towed and it cost $300 even thought the vehicle was registered. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE, MY LEASE WAS EXTENDED DUE TO THE FACT THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND FOR MONTHS ABOUT NOT GIVING ME MY RENEWAL INFORMATION BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PAPERWORK TO ISSUE FORCING ME TO EXTEND MY LEASE NEW MANAGEMENT STATED ITS THIER WORD AGAINST MINE BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE PROOF OF EMAIL. Jessica girl told me that I wouldn’t be denied for being first time renter then tells me I’m denied and couldn’t give me a reason but she knew damn well what she was doing. $200 wasted. Don’t apply here if you’re a first time renter.

I absolutely love my apartment!!! It’s cozy and the staff is AMAZING! I’ve lived here since January 2017 and I must say I have been extremely happy with everything. I can’t say enough about Lillian. She is the first person I met when I walked into the office at Remington Meadows; and I must add what a wonderful person to represent the apartment complex. She made my apartment shopping experience a pleasure as well as my stay here. Her “what can I do to help” attitude is genuine and refreshing.

Used to love it here. Now cant wait for my lease to be over. Trash all over and they always finding new ways to charge you for stuff. That was free when I signed my lease. Also the gates are always brokenPeople walking around all hours of the night. Was not that way the first 2 months I was here. Most the time I stay at friends house to scared to be in my apartment. Its crazy for what you pay to live here not to feel safe. Wish I would have never moved here.

My family and I Relocated Tammy and Tori worked diligently with me throughout our transition even upon arriving after office hours. I was still able to move in the same day. However, out of the 15-20 apartments I toured the 903 was the one I chose & I felt very confident when choosing b/c they felt more like a home. I must say that was the best decision and they’re well worth the money !!!

These apartments are great! The young lady in the office who helped me was so polite and sweet. Her name was Cristal and she made me feel welcome. She was dressed so nice and professional. Cristal was all smiles. She was so helpful with my issue and it was taken care of very quickly. I recommend these apartments to everyone!

My experience with Remington Meadows has been extremely pleasant. The staff is very courteous and addresses every need promptly. They are great with the upkeep of the complex and have genuinely made it a wonderful place to live. The neighbors are very inviting and the overall feel of the complex is more of a family than anything else. In 15 years, this is the first place I have ever renewed a lease; repeatedly I might add. Let this be a shining example and standard to all other complexes.

Went to visit here and had an amazing experience! I will be moving in soon and can not wait! I have only heard great things about this property from a friend who sent me and she was not kidding! Staff is so sweet. Leasing agents are dolls :) Cant wait to enjoy my new home! Thank you guys!

I had leaks on my faucet and put in a work order and the office had the Maintenance fix it the next day and the maintenance here are awesome! If I could leave zero stars I would. This place was great till the new management took over, now I see trash everywhere in the parking lot, they are in the office and don’t answer phones, you put in a request online and they don’t get to you at all. You go into the office asking for something and I have to wait 3 days because management wanted to take off the whole weekend plus a day. I will not be renewing my lease, this place is trash just like the new management.

Came here and spoke with Tamika and she seemed very nice and polite until she would answer the office phone in front of me. No big deal she was the only one in office but then her cell went off and she was texting also answering her personal cell phone. I am in customer service and if its an emergency you excuse yourself but other wise you ignore until you are done with your customers. Will NOT lease here due to that. Horrible. Plus the apartments she showed me werent ready and she told me they were, they looked bad.

I have been living for less than a year and I dont like their system to pay the monthly bill. First the problem was that I set up automatic payments but the payments were always of the same amount. However, sometimes my bill was a little bit more due to the water bill and I had an outstanding balance. I would receive an email by the 5th of every month telling me that I owed $15 or so. But the system would not take any more payments anymore so I had to get a money order to pay for the balance. This might not be a big deal but if you are busy and come back home late and tired you dont want to do things twice.Now, I tried to make the payment by the end of the month so that I could do it in advance as I usually do, but there was no bill to be paid. I had an outstanding balance of 0. I checked again several times even the first of the month and there was nothing to pay. Then busy at work I simply forgot to check again and on the 5th I get a notice of eviction on my door. I check the online system and my bill was now there but I had to pay $60 extra.

Need security.. HEAVY ON THE SECURITY! These apartments will actually be okay if they have it & a actual gate that closes ... this open gate just isn’t it.

Overall a “Pleasant Place” to call home.I enjoy the warm feeling and the spaciousness of the apartment. The bedrooms are on opposite side of the apartment which allows for privacy. The hardwood floor in the living/dining area adds charm to the place. The complex is a gated community. The property is well maintained. Any maintenance request regarding garbage or gate is quickly addressed. Like most apartment complexes, they have some imperfections but I am happy to inform you that the FRIENDLY Staff is cooperative and quite efficient in addressing and resolving issues and/or maintenance requests. The Team is very easy to work with. The area is safe and conveniently located near shopping, entertainment and easy access to freeways. Kudos to Remington Apartment Complex.

So Im new to apt rental 🤔 and i called the 903 apt after seeing on zillow a 1 bd apt available, i asked the lady over the phone( Jessika I belive thats her name she then told me to apply, so i firts ask if i would be denied for nkt having rental history an she verified, assured me that it had bkthing to do that it would only ask for a lil more deposit, so i proceed to aply just to be denied and charged 200 that arent refunded and Jessika dint tell me nothibg very poor servise she cant even tell ppl that they will not get the money back or explain that they are fees and also assured that i would bebe approve i couldnt even provide the right work paper work to her and she called just to say ohh mybe they call u to explain why when my credit is good just no history and they just keept my 200 no reason given just a letter saying my credit is over 600 and that i have no rental history even tho jessika said it wouldnt matter!

I was considering moving here when my lease expires. Based on the lackluster service I received, its a clear indication I will not call this place home. Walked in on a Monday afternoon interested in looking st a unit. Person at the front desk was on the phone and did not acknowledge me. No hand gesture, no give me a minute, nothing. After waiting for about 4-5 minutes someone else finally emerged from another from and said it should be a moment and have a seat. Of course the first reps phone conversation ended soon after. Expressed my interest and she said We dont have any of that unit to view and wont for a while. She did express any empathy whatsoever. She didnt ask to take my info I case a unit became available. She didnt offer a tour of the grounds themselves, she didnt even offer a brochure to look over. Such a nasty attitude for someone whos job depends on the amount of tenants you sign up. Im glad I did not make the mistake of signing a lease and having to deal with that type of office staff.

Very good! Nice management, and professional. Maintenance is quick to respond. It is a quiet and calm complex. Gated community and overall safe place. Next door to a grocery store and everything else you need. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Extremely unprofessional. I was interested in looking at this complex, I walked in & was not greeted. The leasing consultant was busy having a side conversation about spanking kids and iPads. I waited for about 15 minutes before I walked out. As I was leaving I was not acknowledged either. It concerns me how they handle business & their residents if this is how they treat possible new residents.

I am a current resident here and this place is horrible!! They take forever to call you back about any concerns and it takes 2 plus days to fulfill a maintenance request no matter the urgency. My apartment was broken into almost a month ago and my car was stolen and nothing was said or done about it!! I didn’t receive a call asking if I was ok or anything!!! I don’t feel safe here at all and why should I??? The exit and entrance gates are always open for anybody to just walk into the complex which is probably why my apartment was broken into!!!! Everything is always all over the place, I hate it here!! I’ll be soooooo glad when my lease is up 🙄🙄

Recently got an apartment here and although I havent moved in yet, I have to say that this staff is so AMAZING. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and even though the first apartment I was looking at wasnt available, The Remington meadow staff quickly found a replacement closer to my move-in date and for less. Im very excited to be living here because I almost gave up on apartment in Arlington, and the property is soooo beautiful as well.

Vivan did a excellent. She really went out of her way to help the process go easy. Any problems or concerns I had she helped me. Making my move in easy and very helpful. I would recommend her to anyone.

Im an old timer. Have been a resident here since 1998. Have seen many groups of office staff come & go as if a revolving door. However, I can say this has been the best group of people to manage the complex. They are friendly, will work w/you if you have issues and are concerned about your well being. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. Police officer living on grounds. This group CARES. A GREAT place to call home. Wouldnt want to live anywhere else.The only negative I have is with the Investors. Modern updates are done on empty apartments for incoming new tenants. Older apartments (w/resident still residing) is still rocking the 1980s decor. No updates due to unit being inhabited. Only solution, move out of complex completely or transfer to another unit w/updates. The rent is reasonable, but should reflect dollar amount based on if modern updates have been done or not.In spite of the updates (lack of) this is my HOME and for many more years.

I moved here a couple of months ago so I could be close to my university and I have loved it here! The apartments are wonderful I have had almost no problems with them. The staff here is very attentive and whenever I need something they are right there. I would renewing!

I moved into these apartments about a month ago, and I am really enjoying my stay here. I know that the staff is very busy assisting others needs all day long, and I know it can be stressful dealing with people all day. However, I appreciate that every time I need to communicate with the staff it is always pleasant. I know working for an apartment complex can be hectic, but they always have such a great attitude. They truly go out of their way to satisfy your needs! A special shout out to Lilian for even staying late for me one day to help me get settled in. You are awesome!

Let me start by saying, I reserve 5 stars for exceptional, without a doubt, PERFECT situations. So because of such, I typically do not give those too often. I digress....so i just moved into Remington Meadows recently and I must say its been an experience. I loved the property when I first decided to move in, but because of unforeseen circumstances, my thoughts quickly changed, and not in a good way. BUT for the past couple of days, as I finalized certain aspects of my move, I must say Ive been nothing but grateful for the experiences Ive encountered. It started out rocky yes, but no ones perfect, but my amazing leasing agents Lauren, Cristal, Mgr. Lilian and Mgr. Chris have helped, aided and assisted me with this transition in such a profound and pleasing way, at this point Im simply just happy.Im not sure what youre looking for in a new apartment home, but Remington Meadows is definitely a great place to consider. A great middle-level living environment, quiet dwellings, acceptable grounds, very swift and knowledgeable maintenance team, amazing and dedicated front office ... I mean what more can you ask for.Look no further...

I have been living here for little over a year with my kids and i love it. Office staff will go out of their way to accommodate me and my children! I am looking forward to many more years here.

Pretty good complex. Gated community, a lot of parking space. Only bad thing, you can hear everything from the neighbors upstairs when they walk around and can hear the floor creaking. the walls are made out of cardboard because I hear the neighbors making noises. Also the PIPES IN THE WALLS BANG. Told the apartment complex, and they took forever to fix it! maintenance does take forever, they came a week later after my toilet wasnt working. They painted our walls and it was shoddy work. we told them to do it again, they never came. Apparently there answering machines erase messages because they never received my work order. But they are very clean and I have not had any problems with that.

I moved here from Chicago right into this place it was a easy move ive had my problems but the office staff stays on it maintenance is wonderful and Lilly and crystal are god sent not taking away from the rest of the staff cause they are also wonderful to deal with too you can tell they really care about the people who live here I would recommend this place just make sure you communicate your problems if any should arise cause there good about making sure you dont have any the maintenance team is awesome... Only thing I dont like is the answering service

I was not able to continue my lease at these apartments due to personal issues in my household, however the office staff was tremendously understanding and followed all TAA protocols and regulations. They made my stay and my departure as smooth as possible. I love the complex, the upgrades they are doing, and the amenities they offer. I would re-lease at this property 10/10.

My husband and I have been living here for a year. Everyone in the office is great but, the a/c has issue often, people complain about EVERYTHING. even if you have permission from the office to fix a flat tire, or hook up a battery charger to your vehicle so you can get to work the next day, you can still get evicted for that..... rent is a little high but its pretty good.

What a nice and quiet place to live. I moved here three months ago and its been everything that i was looking for and more. The managers are nice and respectful and makes you feel like family

I use to love living here. However, that no longer is the case. I live in the only building outside the gate which I use to love. When this new company took over my living experience has gone from great to ehh at least I have a roof over my head. There has always been very limited parking at my building. Which use to be tolerable, until they decided to turn the 2 additional parking spots across from our building to a no parking and handicap parking space. The workers park in front of our building and when we come home from work there is no where to park our cars. Im paying $20 for trash that only gets picked up for 2 days a week and God forbid you get your days mixed up and accidentally put the trash out on the wrong day. They will sit the your trash at your door and itll sit there all day until you make it home after a long and stressful day at work thats not exactly what I want to come home. The maintenance crew lacks professionalism. I put in work orders and gave the maintenance permission to enter my home while Im not there, BIG mistake. They left my apartment a mess. There was a sticker place on one of my cars due to the registration being out, which is fine I have no problem with that, my problem is there is another vehicle that hasnt moved from the spot its parked in, in over a year and registration has been out just as long. This car is just taking up a parking space, which as I stated before is very limited. At least with the previous company, I knew they cared about their residents.

This use to be a nice complex until they let the ghetto trash move into apartment the apartment . I’ve complained multiple times about the trash and cigarette butts they leave all around MY door. There were even swisha sweet wrappers left around my door. When I come home my apartment smell like weed and cigarettes because of my neighbors smoking and it coming into my apartment from the vent. There are always a lot of people coming in and out of that apartment throughout the day. i’ve called and complained to the office multiple times about the dirty diapers they just leave by the front door in NO trash bag...just random poop filled diapers I will attach a picture below. I’m sick of it! I can’t wait until my lease is up! Two of the men that live there just hangout all day in stairwell smoking and throwing empty beer cans on the ground. This complex is going down quick. Don’t move to The 903 if you care about your safety.

Lived here for 2 years when it was Remington Meadows and was very comfortable and felt safe. Out of no where the sign changed to 903 and we suddenly had new management. The first month I couldn’t pay rent because I was never notified of the change and the problems started from there.Came home almost every day to my apt smelling like weed. Witnessed “neighbors” being arrested in the middle of the day. Police started to patrol the small complex, people walking around all hours of the night, came home one day to a full on fist fight in the middle of the parking lot, people yelling at each other outside, domestic disturbances, babies running around outside unsupervised, and on and on. I didn’t feel safe the last few months living there alone and couldn’t wait for my lease to be up. And of course was charged bogus cleaning fees on move out But to be honest was just happy to get out of there. Never looking back.

I lived here 1 year. Remington Meadows was great But the company that took over The 903 is sucks.

Been living here since March and i absolutely Love it! The Staff and Property Manager are very nice and friendly. They also do alot of fun activities for the residents (taco tuesday, and sometimes they have donuts and coffee for you before you go to work) I never lived in a apartment who seem to really care about the residents. Definitely the nicest and best apartment i ever lived in! Pool area is also amazing! I only have lived here for about 8 months but i definitely will be renewing my lease!

Ive posted a review before that I decided to delete and give someone a little better of an opportunity to understand what theyd be getting themselves into when moving here. Its been one thing after another and Im mentally exhausted from living here. The main issue is our own community. My car was broken into the other night, theres not enough security. The front gates have been broken for months now. For the 6 months that Ive lived here, someone has literally rammed the gate with their car THREE TIMES. Not even them trying to get in, theyre too lazy to turn around and drive out the exit gate, so they literally HIT the gate with their car to go out the entrance gate. its not fixed for more than a week and someone will do it, yet again. Management says its the gate company that is taking their time to come fix it but this past time, its been well over a couple of months. Granted, I get if someone wants to get in, they will but maybe a closed gate could detour some. Theres so much wrong with our apartment itself too. Ive put in service orders before and issues still arent resolved on some things. We have an old AC unit - for a ONE bedroom, I shouldnt pay over 200 for an electric payment. Theres literally so much space between the door and the wall you can see the sun shine through. Obviously were cooling off Arlington as well. Maybe once they can replace units with somewhat of an energy efficient one, then tenants wouldnt struggle to pay electric in the heat of the summer. After being promised covered parking when we first signed our lease to having to pay for a spot a couple months after moving. Im over it. Its expensive to live here and crime is high.

Its fairly quiet for the most part. The cabinetry in our unit is updated, however, there are outdated appliances that have needed replacing. Our biggest issue has been the horrid smell of our upstairs neighbors smoking weed and it seeping through the vents. The only thing management can do is send out notices, but nothing ever gets resolved. We wont be renewing our lease for that reason. You get what you pay for...cheaper definitely wasnt better here.

Love these apartments just moved and my move in was awesome thanks to Anitra doll and Vivian valdez all the lady’s in the office is great and they get things done and fast the apartment complex is clean very quiet I really do love this place

This apartment complex has truly depreciated. The water situation here is horrible. The shower is always like this: extremely hot or just cold. With NO pressure! And is usually turned off monthly for upwards of 1 day. If there is a break in or theft, you are just out of luck, as you won’t be warned of the threat. The only way you might get lucky is to hear through a neighbor. Or you see the Arlington PD on the property answering a call from the victim. I have been here 3 years and have seen now 6 different managers. Ranging from drug addict to racist. Depending on the color of your skin, you will receive either satisfactory customer service or unprofessional treatment. The policies offered vary from resident to resident. Unfair referral compensation and leasing rates and terms. Simply because of ones race! Crazy! It’s 2018 right?!? Seems this property is doomed. My hope is that one day a new owner will clean this property up, from the inside out! Or else it will continue to be an eye sore in a upcoming renovated area! No matter how clean you are you will still have bug problems. I have seen dead rats by swimming pool areas. And there have been human feces found in the front pool. Be careful!!! Walking your dog, you’ll see used needles in the grass areas. Parking is a nightmare! The property gate is always broken! Only 1 exit, so you can imagine the mayhem when it’s pouring rain and you can’t get out of the complex due to gate being broken. Congestion at this time reminds me of a 1-way freeway under construction! Reading reviews before mine, you will get a better understanding of what I and others have experienced. From the racism to property upkeep! Do NOT move here!!! There are other apartments nearby that are actually worth your RENT FEES! Trust me!

We have recently been bought out by a new company and I absolutely hate it. Management doesn’t take care of noise complaints or service request properly and it’s very inconvenient. There is also not enough parking if you live in the front so it’s very inconvenient Our neighbors are extremely loud through that night and leave trash on lawn and management refuses to intervene or fix the problem. Lastly the tenants quality is extremely low. They only allow hoodlums and potheads to live here and it’s very unreasonable to me. I will not be renewing my lease under this new company and I advice that no one else should. We pay so much and all I want is some peace and quiet and a clean lawn is that too much to ask? Remington meadows was a lot better.

I have never encountered such a incapable staff. Nobody knows what they are doing. Rules in place are not enforced. Unless your on the “retaliation list” maintenance is ordinary. They pacify problems rather than fixing them. My mom, is living in a apartment that leaks tremendously from the roof! There’s got to be excessive mold. That they paint over the stains from leaks, instead of actually solving the leaks! So unfair! Gross! I feel terrible that my Mom believed she should just deal with it until her lease was up. They do the absolute minimum in repairs due to”budgeting”. But her rent is not subject to budgeting! It’s compared to surrounding Complex’s that are ACTUALLY renovated! Bizarre to say the least! Shes paying for amenities that aren’t even applicable! Like a playground, gym, laundry... it’s not worth the money. It looks ran down, and it is ran down! Move into a Budget Suite before you move there! You’ll encounter the same shenanigans, bugs, drugs, and sketchy individuals. This property was actually decent in 2014-2015.... gone are those days!!! It’s nothing like it was.Today is 6/20/2018- I attempted to call this number and reached the complex office! As stated they are a bunch of liars.... so why would I speak with them? Have a owner contact me! Retaliation has been made for the last time from this office! I’m calling on civil rights activists and the news! You guys are the worst examples of rental management! The worst! The legal ramifications are mounting!

Lillys gone.....damn!!!, the best manager if experienced, with this new team i will not be renewing. Was told by lilly that the new manager, has made racist remarks about blacks and Latinos....its just not a good vibe anymore.

I love these apartments my first lease here was for 6 months because of my job I thought i may have been relocated but once my lease was up I sighed another lease for a year. I love it here my neighbors are great and very friendly as well as the staff everytime I go in the office they always greet me with a smile and are so helpful with whatever I need. Any problems I have the maintenance fixes it the same day and always leave a note to let me know what they did. Everything about the apartments is clean and kept up with. Plus its a great location between Dallas and Fort Worth The only suggestion I would offer is having dog wast bins threw the apartments just because I hate buying those little bags lol but all in all I will be living here for a long time to come as long as my job allows.

This Apartment complex is managed by Willmax management Co. and they will TOW residents vehicles without warning, even when residents have a parking permit / sticker. Be forewarned that this Apartment management team is not up to par, and they will let you be towed illegally at your expense, even if you pay for a reserved spot every month. They are not respectful and very unprofessional. The maintenance staff are helpful, but forget everything else. Go somewhere else. NOT Remington Meadows.

The staff are good but don’t get Fooled. The apt are old and service is bad. Once my contract ends I am leaving . I have been living here for 4 month and every time it rains the ceiling start dropping water, I put my first request to fix it the day after I moved in and it become a habit to put request and not getting it fixed, be sure you will lose one your electronic device because of water damage. I live in one bed room apt and my electric bill is 150 while it used to be less that 50 in my old apt . Ac is old and they are not willing to replace it or fix it . the maintenance guy told to put it down to 50 degree all day long as a solution . The parking lot area is filthy dirty. Shutting water with last minute notice is a habit so you have to get used to it and it happen a lot. Cheap and old material in the kitchen and bathroom area. More over the rent is higher than surrounding complexes, so why renting here

Great people at remington meadow. Manager and assistant manager lily are nice people. Very helpful and accomodating. Apartments are very nice. community is very quiet.

OMG!...the new owners are indian, so you know where this place is going, 1)it wont be about quality anymore so theyll let anybody in.2) quality of life of the property will go quick. And OMG....the staff....straight trailer park apes, Ive lived here for three years, Ive lived in Arlington since 1995, Ive seen this place go from classy to trashy rapidly. This place is just spiritually draining its lost its zest of life, its a trap house complex, Ill be so glad when my lease is up if i last that long, this place will be looking like india in no time.

I moved to Arlington from the East Coast in April and after sending a local friend to half a dozen apartment complexes, we knew that Remington Meadows would be my next home. It had all the amenities I needed: gated, large dog friendly, w/d, covered parking, price point for size of apartment (lots of storage - A4 unit), pool, patio, centrally located and an added bonus was knowing that a local cop lived on the property as well. (along with a couple of the office staff) The manager and staff were nothing but wonderful and patient when I called nearly every day with questions. Maintenance is quick and pleasant to deal with. As with any complex, no matter location or what you pay, you always have a few bad eggs but management deals with them pretty quickly. The only reason I did not give all 5 stars was that unfortunately the buildings are older and you can hear your upstairs neighbor at times if you live on the bottom floor (my choice since I have a dog). I would recommend Remington Meadows to anyone.

A lot of things went wrong when i moved in due to some missteps of the management, but they did everything possible to make things right. That speaks volumes.So if you like a great staff, then you should look into this place.Some of the things to look out for that arent obvious.1) it is not a walker friendly area. The only way to get in and out of the complex is at the main entrance on collins street and there are no sidewalks there.2) there are no ceiling fans3) there are no lights in the bedroom or living room.4) there is one window and a patio door in the entire unit.

This apartment complex is allowing a tow company to take cars that are LEGALLY AND CORRECTLY parked. Will be canceling my lease ... DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Just renewed my lease, rent went up a little but Ill be ok i hope, love this place.

Though the apartment is nice, they do TOW! Even with a paid parking sticker, you will get towed if you arent on your ps & qs. Special parking spots are not clearly marked & because its an apartment complex, they will tow at 3AM, when youre asleep. Be forewarned.

Very unhappy with the current change in having to pay for a free parking spot. There is no reason to have to suddenly pay $20 to park your car. Insane! I will be leaving after my lease is up if there isnt serious change here. These apartments are going down hill.

Realy good place to live. The staff is very nice

This place is trash. The restroom is tiny in the one bedroom. The front office takes forever to come out and fix problems. They have a bug problem that always comes back, even if you live clean. The AC unit is on top of the bath tub so it leaks all night and you can hear it from your bedroom. Trash don’t move there.

Terrible management!This apartment complex is greedy. They always talk about the money, but they never serve for residents. For example; they are trying to sell gate clicker. They should provide this equipment as free. And also, If u are thinking to stay this apartment complex, u will always encounter maintenance problems.

My friend rented a flat here. However, they did not let him see the actual flat before moving in. What only they showed is a furnished and well lighted example which might deceive your decision.

The application process was very hard due to miscommunication with the people in the leasing office! We couldnt see the exact unit till we moved in and we figured out that the AC was broken and no water in bathrooms! We couldnt use the unit for 2 days and still cannot use it properly! The office is not responding fast enough to our emergency needs like AC in this crazy weather over 95f outside!!!

Horrible customer service by Reda...Rita when I called to inquire about the apartment. Like I was bothering her with my questions, I even offered to call her back if this was a bad time (since i was feeling rush).
