Ive lived here for 3 years and for the price these apartments are very reasonable. The maintenance takes care of everything well and in a good timely manner. The ladies in the office are always nice and do a very good job making sure all questions or issues are taken care of. Would definitely recommend living here.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! Easily the WORST apartments I’ve ever stayed in. They said they fumigated the place for pests and I kid you not, after that I swear I kept seeing more than usual. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Also if they get the chance to up charge you for anything they absolutely will do it. They pretty much force you to stay here because to break the lease cost an arm and a leg. The asphalt in the parking lot is basically gravel because it’s so messed up. They honestly just need to bulldoze this place down.

The new team at The Village Condos were very professional and courteous to my new clients. From the moment we walked in they took care of us! I appreciate the kind demeanor and sensitive approach they took with us. So glad they settled in here and calling them HOME!

Leslie is rude and unprofessional. They advertise they give 2nd chance on facebook and deny you after taking your money with no explanation of why you were denied. Do not come here. It is in a bad area, drug area, and management only care about money.

I lived here for a year because we couldnt afford to break the lease. When my family and I first moved in it was okay, a little small but okay after our first two months there it all went down hill. They never came to fix any of the items we put on our walk through. The bugs got bad in the summer and worse in the winter. All they care about is money and they make sure when you move out unless you hire a professional cleaning company that you will not get any of your deposit back. They put in a fence to the back that you have to pay $25 per card to get past it even if you are located in the back like we were. Then they made any spot by the buildings themselves reserved which cost an extra $30 a month to park in. Even thought they have the gate if you are not white or black the security guard will use there card to let you back there. The manger changed only once which is good but the new person they put in charge wasnt​ a manger of any kind. Most of the people were okay some were not that great. The laundry mats on site do not work you have to go off property to do any laundry and its cheaper to go off property as well. On Christmas Eve my ac/heater went out completely, they said it would be replaced by the 1st it took 11 days to get just the heat back we spent the last two months without actually because it was January and not a priority, thats exactly what they said to me, I had my three year old and one year old in an upstairs apartment and a few of those days it was 80 degrees outside so in my apartment it was close to 95 and we couldnt open the doors because we were told that they cant see in or else they were going to evict us. They dont care about safety at all if you are the right color you could get away with anything but if you were white or black they will slap you with a warming quickly. Unless you have no other choice do not rent here they will bleed you dry and then charge you more when you move out. They dont care about anything except money and if anything breaks you best be able to fix it yourself if not then you have to live with it being broken.

They are sorry apartments but Wil tow your car if you dont live there. No security

If I could rate this apartment complex a 0 I would . If you enjoy hearing gun shots at night, witnessing MULTIPLE drug deals on the complex and dealing with sketchy people in general then this is the place for you! As a college student I was looking for something affordable and yes while this is affordable they get you with risking your life . Living here is not worth it AT ALL . Management doesnt care and the only visitor parking is literally half a mile from the farthest building so have fun getting jumped while trying to visit your friends . They also have no disability parking and the lady at the front said they dont care so essentially they dont care about disabled people either ...

For a all bills paid apt 2 bed not a bad price for the area have had no problems

Honestly one of the worst complexes I’ve ever been in. They like to throw random $200 fees at you, $50 fees for blinds that were damaged when I moved in. When you want something fixed, good luck getting it done. I havent had a working AC or dishwasher in months. I’ve had to pay a $50 late fee for my rent twice because of their failure to be in the office during posted office hours, I work 60+ hours a week and have 2 kids so it’s hard for me to get there first thing in the mornings, but it seems like they close the office early during the beginning of the month- probably just to get more money from people. The fridge has leaked since I moved in, hasn’t been fixed. You can’t have patio furniture unless you pay $50 a month. When my apartment flooded it took 2 weeks for them to fix the dry wall, I have 2 small children and they refused to move me apartments so my kids had somewhere mold free to sleep. Honestly just all around ridiculous. My 2 bed room is $900 and it so over priced for what you get. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person, it’s embarassing to live here. They’re uneducated on renting regulations and laws, also ignorant when you bring these violations to their attention- they’ll just argue with you. New management is much less rude than previous management, they seem to be just as lazy though.

Removed rent drop box and doesnt have online bill pay, no real pest control, no maintenance, no working central air since living here despite multiple complaints and they try to charge for window units 50$ a month, terrible parking (50%+ of parking is 25$ a month), loud neighbors screaming in spanish every night, and to top it off not a single power cord will stay in the power outlets. Price and semi thick walls are the only things this place has going for it.

Im mad at myself I thought my experience would be different but sadly it hasnt been I put down the deposit in the apartment and asked if I could see the unit I would be living in. The young lady was somewhat nice but the apartment looked like a old crack house I asked for my deposit back they told me it would be 10 business days and that was 2 months ago the most recent lie that they have been feeding me is that I need to email some lady that I have never seen or spoken to and she can hopefully get me my deposit back but I have never received a reply or anything sad to say these people are real live con artist

I came into this place because I heard it was cheap and something I could afford and I had a move-in special said I qualified just needed more information then they wanted a very high deposit higher than the rent and a full months rent and for area and place wasn’t worth the price do they decided to keep the admin fee should went with the reviews they are con artist and steal your money and not honest people specially Leslie even tho they so they were under new management all lies be careful and handing any money orders or money Be sure first they won’t give you nothing back

Renters Beware! If they had an option for zero stars, thats what I would pick. My kids moved into this place. They were shown a model apartment that no one lives in and they thought it was very nice. Its the only nice apartment they have. The apartment that you get is horrible. You have to pay to park in this complex. Theres no place for the kids to play. Theres many many issues. The cabinets were painted shut. The hinges were coming off the cabinets and doors. They tell you one price and then up the price. How can such a horrible place stay in business and not get shut down? Maybe they are not reported to the right agencies.

This place is disgusting. The staff does not care if something goes wrong. Thank god I only lived here for 6 months. Random guys knocking on your door in the middle of the night. My biggest concern was my porch light going out and them taking almost a week to fix it after calling numerous times. Each time I got a BS excuse. All bills paid but OVERPRICED for the quality of the crappy apartment. My parents/friends couldnt even come visit because of the ridiculous parking rules. There are WAY better places to live.

If you like bills paid for in a cheap apartment and you dont mind neighbors fighting/arguing in the parking lot, roaches, having management ignore you, possibly have your mail stolen, and unit broken into then good luck to you. You will definitely need it.Infested with roaches. Maintenance is a hassle to deal with. Air conditioning stopped working in June and July. Couldnt get it fixed until the maintenance guy visited for the tenth time. Poor maintenance for specific problems. Management is horrible. They gave me the impression that they are dumber than I want them to be. Mail box was broken when we moved in. Some of the neighbors and their kids are pretty bad. Emergency office number on the contract was a strangers personal phone number. Not that dog friendly unless you pay two hundred onto of your monthly rent.Conclusion if you read through this, do not get into a contract with this apartment. You will find better apartments a few miles north of this location. Good luck.

I have been living in this apartments for last 4 years. Since my last 4 years this apartment has undergone 4-5 managements and their staff except for the maintenance guy who is still hanging in here . The office staffs are very rude, they call themselves managers even they are not. I have stayed in this apartment because it is near my school and most days I spend most of the time to in school and usually come for to sleep. So my apartment is pretty clean, so no such damages done except few toilet issues because of it being old. Since my last 4 years I have seen new management change and go. I have always noticed that almost everyday one apt or the other has some problems and police cars are always here. Also new tenants are some people who smoke weeds at night. I asked apartment to put sign to smoke in the designated area but they really dont care. All they want to is make money and accept any kind of tenants . recently couple of months ago they changed the parking system, they build the gate, this apt is pretty open. I have seen people driving cars and trucks on the grass when they are moving. so anyone can come in go . they wanted to make money so they charge 30$ and $35 to park inside the gate and have a reserved space for you. I would gladly pay it if this apartment has the nicest people living in it. Just having a gate wont make this place a safe place to stay, they need to make sure the tenants are nice, run their background and then only letting them stay. Changing rules caused people living in their issue. the neighbors had roches and bed bugs. they only clean the apartment after they left, but dont care when I gave them the info about roached and my place has to be sprayed as well. I had to myself hire an exterminator and do the job. this place is seriously not a safe place to stay for a ideal family with kids. Roaches and bed bugs seems their problem. And Management has higher need to build gates and charge money for parking rather than spending time to build a better community for the people who wants to live here long term. I will be moving out soon. The new management is disappoint and I see there is no room for change for them. Goodluck who wants to stay here and try it out.

The WORST apartment & manager ever!Roaches are everywhere and pest control didnt work at all.The manager is really unprofessional, uneducated, disrespectful and very rude!He is NOT trying to fix your problem at all. I had to break my lease early due to my divorce, this company charged me both months of rent left on the lease, a reletting fee, late fees, and a cleaning fee! They also kept my deposit.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!There is no security.I caught my neighbor from downstairs trying to climb through my window.He was banging on my door during the late hours of the night.There are holes in the fence.Security is a joke!There are people downstairs doing drugs.Walls are paper thin.I can hear my neighbors doing the deed.I have caught a neighbor getting it on in the bushes.If you want to be mugged this is the place to live.The property is poorly lit and in front of a bad neighborhood.Management has changed 3 times since I moved in last year.Staff is very rude and very unhelpful.Nobody knows whats going on.Ive gotten calls from staff claiming I did not pay rent even though I have the receipt to which they signed upon receiving it.I was also told they never received my notice to vacate.They will lose your money!Very irresponsible staff.Nothing is ever fixed when I call maintenance.If maintenance comes by they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.A man came in to fix my dishwasher (which still hasnt been fixed) his pants were sagging and he was on his phone the whole time,he wasnt wearing a uniform.I honestly thought he was lying to me when he said he was the maintenance man.DO NOT RENT HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

The cleaning was good back when I was there but now its wack and now they dont have a pool anymore and some kids are always playing but fighting and all the people say to clean your pets trash but they never put poop bags. I recomend to live there if your a college student or a guy who is looking for all bills paid.

Constant crime, cops always here. Everything breaks down from electricity to the water pipes on the road. Managers tow vehicles that already have parking passes, then refuse to issue new passes.

Been here three years and any complaint Ive had has been fixed. All bills paid and management is cleaning up and I have no roach issues.

Visiting family and friends here is next to impossible. They require a visitors pass and they have one visitor parking area which is ok if youre visiting the office, otherwise bring your backpack.

I currently live here and rented it because I came from another place and I did not know anything about here and this was the only thing that was available, I would never recommend it to anyone, you do not live at ease because of everything, it is a problem starting with the parking spaces and not to mention the apartments inside I get depressed every time I enter and there is no security or privacy they put you in the apartments every time you feel like it is horrible and the stoves do not work the floor is made of wood and it peels off even walking they regulate the air with the heat, they put it at 70 it really is horrible living here

These devices are so terrible the worst that has happened to us in life my elderly aunt and her husband rented an apartment but since their work was far away they decided to speak with the administration to see if they could break the contract without any problem, they said no They understood the problem for him to write a letter explaining why they were leaving him and that they will pay the rent, which was 900 plus 678, which was the contract break 😪they paid a total of 1768 and sent them to collection per month 😡 with a total of 5000 dollars and in collection they were told that they had left without saying anything and had broken windows and damaged doors 😓 poor they only lived for 6 months and I helped them clean up when they left to see if they would return the deposit for leaving everything fine but it turns out that they did not return anything because the contract was broken 😓 these people do not know the damage they did, my aunt got bad for her price since they cannot pay for all this and she does not want to stay with The debt is so great 😡so people, if they are going to rent, be very careful with these administration people, the secretary of Hay only said that the person who was in charge of the administration was no longer there, that he was no longer working, I told him but you were a witness You gave the total, she said yes, but because she gave me the total, she was the one who charged 😡I am so annoyed with this and it is important for not being able to help my family, be very careful, people do not go to fall if they tell them that there is no problem that they give so much do not believe these people are not trustworthy.

I lived very comfortably in this place. If only the maintenance were his work and the problem of the parkiadero was not a problem everything would be better but I had mice and cockroaches and if the police go there a lot and not even the pizza maker wants to leave you a pizza after 5 oclock. the very hairy person and several cars stole things from them.

This place is of low quality starting with the roaches all over the apartment the manager is bn heavy they stole me in my car well never move in this place !!!!

I do not recommend this place because there is always the police that are always getting hot and I live in the apartments below and the ones above are very loud and you go to the office for some problem you have and they get angry because they say those in the office that We give a lot of can when it is your job to help the dogs the loose train and they throw them all, they are worth it, pure mother these apartments I am already looking for others where if it is worth the owner I should pay more attention that is my opinion
